Abstract
一种天麻即食片的加工方法,属于食品加工领域。为了解决天麻食用不方便的问题,本发明将蒸制的天麻捣成泥与膨化米粉、琼脂(或果胶)、蜂蜜(或者白砂糖)混匀,经压片、低温烘烤切片得到天麻即食片,方便了天麻食用与携带,且能充分发挥天麻功能成分效能。

一种天麻即食片的加工方法,属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种以天麻为原料,加工即食的天麻片的方法。
背景技术
天麻是一种高度进化的多年生药用草本植物,又名赤箭、神草、定风草、鬼督邮、仙人脚、独摇芝、合离等,是中国的一种传统名贵的药食两用中药材,由于其疗效、功效显著,素有“国宝”之称。天麻的作用有:1镇痛作用:用天麻制出的天麻注射液,对三叉神经痛、血管神经性头痛、脑血管病头痛、中毒性多发性神经炎等,有明显的镇痛效果。近年来,经一些医疗单位1000多例患者的临床试用,有效率达90%。2、镇静作用:有的医疗单位用合成天麻素(天麻甙)治疗神经衰弱和神经衰弱综合症病人,有效率分别为89.44%和86.87%。且能抑制咖啡因所致的中枢兴奋作用,还有加强戊巴比妥纳的睡眠时间效应。3、抗惊厥作用:天麻对面神经抽搐、肢体麻木、半身不遂、癫痫等的一定疗效。还有缓解平滑肌痉挛,缓解心绞痛、胆绞痛的作用。4、降低血压作用:天麻能治疗高血压。久服可平肝益气、利腰膝、强筋骨,还可增加外周及冠状动脉血流量,对心脏有保护作用。5、明目、增智作用:天麻尚有明目和显著增强记忆力的作用。天麻对人的大脑神经系统具有明显的保护和调节作用,能增强视神经的分辨能力,目前已用作高空飞行人员的脑保健食品或脑保健药物。日本用天麻注射液治疗老年痴呆症,有效率达81%。
中国专利CN03106956.8一种天麻制品及其生产方法,该发明所述的一种天麻制品是天麻脯,是以天麻为原料,经糖制而制成的天麻脯,生产方法由以下步骤组成:(1)、备料,(2)、去皮后切片,(3)、电解质液浸泡,(4)、漂洗沥干,(5)、糖制,(6)、真空渗糖,(7)、糖渍,(8)、烘晒,(9)、分级、包装;CN200410012859.0天麻面条及其制作方法该发明公开了一种天麻面条及其制作方法,天麻面条含有面粉和天麻,其重量比是:面粉∶鲜天麻浆液为1∶0.03~0.15。天麻面条包括普通煮食面条和快餐面条。天麻面条的制作方法按如下次序的步骤进行:备料(洗净、刮皮、破碎、打浆)-灭酶(80~90℃,保温时间30~50分钟)-混料-成形及包装;CN00113023.4一种银杏天麻胶囊所述是一种天麻胶囊的方法;CN00131103.4乌红或红乌杂交天麻制种及工厂化袋栽白、米麻技术;CN00134935.X天麻的工厂化栽培;CN01100253.0纳米天麻首乌制剂药物及其制备方法;CN00134935.X天麻的工厂化栽培CN01100253.0纳米天麻首乌制剂药物及其制备方法;CN01100254.9纳米天麻制剂药物及其制备方法;CN01100254.9纳米天麻制剂药物及其制备方法;CN01105401.8一种天麻藏红花保健酒的制备方法;CN01105557.X一种含有天然植物天麻的健康环保型香水的制备方法健酒的制备方法等天麻中国专利较多,本发明采用的方法未见报道。
发明内容
为了解决天麻食用不方便的难题,本发明将天麻切片蒸制倒泥后与膨化米粉、琼脂(或者果胶)、蜂蜜混合,经反复折叠压片、烘烤切片工艺方法生产出的即食天麻片,食用方便且充分保留了天麻功能成分。

具体实施方式
1、天麻处理:将新鲜的天麻清洗干净(或将干制的天麻浸泡复水清洗干净),然后将天麻切成厚度3mm左右的片,放入蒸笼内,蒸制20-30分钟,取出捣成泥待用。
2、膨化米粉的准备:将粳米除杂后经挤压膨化、粉碎、过80目筛,得到膨化米粉。
3、食用胶的准备:将琼脂(或者果胶)加少量的水熬煮溶化,加入蜂蜜(或者白砂糖),继续熬煮待蜂蜜或者白砂糖充分与胶液混匀后,用纱布过滤得到食用胶液。
4、将上述1步骤得到天麻泥、2步骤得到的膨化米粉、3步骤得到的胶液按照比例混合,反复压片折叠至均匀,压成1mm左右厚的片,放入烤盘内,烘烤控制在温度60-75℃,烘制水分小于15%时,停止烘烤,趁热切成1.5cm×5cm的小片,放置干燥阴凉处摊凉,脱去部分水,使水分小于11%检验包装即得到本发明的即食天麻片。

1.一种天麻即食片的加工方法,其特征在于天麻蒸煮倒泥后与膨化的粳米粉、蜂蜜胶(琼脂或果胶)水混合经压片、烘烤、切片、冷却、包装得到的即食天麻片。
