Technical Field
The invention provides a method and equipment for detecting a rubber sample identifier for rubber mixing production, in particular to a method and equipment for tracking and detecting key performance parameters based on an RFID information reading mode, and belongs to the field of rubber machinery and automatic production control.
Background
With the continuous innovation of rubber manufacturing technology, the mixed production of rubber materials organized into various formulas has become popular. In order to improve the quality in the mixing process, and improve the dispersibility of the auxiliary agent and the overall uniformity of the rubber material, a plurality of continuously produced rubber materials of the train number are positioned, sampled and inspected to judge the quality of the mixed rubber so as to obtain data support for improving raw materials, rubber mixing process and rubber material stability. And (4) judging key parameters of rubber mixing quality, such as detection items of the rheology, the Mooney viscosity, the scorch, the hardness and the like of the rubber material.
For example, in the Mooney viscosity detection of rubber products in China at present, a laboratory Mooney viscometer is generally used for off-line measurement, the detection data delay is generally more than 8-10 hours, the quality control of a production field is delayed, and real-time information cannot be provided for process optimization and production quality improvement. And the field sampling mainly depends on manual experience to carry out timing and constant temperature sampling, the glue sample is marked in a handwriting mode, and the glue sample is sent to a quick detection position for detection processing after reaching a certain quantity. Because the field sampling equipment is simple and crude and the sampling means is laggard, the judgment error is easy to cause, and the larger error is caused, so that the verification reference function of sampling and submission is lost.
Moreover, the manual participation degree is large in the sample feeding detection process, and the continuously produced rubber material production process information of a plurality of car numbers is easy to generate errors or mix, such as the car numbers, operators, dates, rubber mixing time, working condition standards and other contents. Once errors occur, the error correction of the banburying production process can be directly influenced, so that the continuous quality problem is caused, the integral production energy consumption is increased, even scorching is caused, and the waste rubber is formed.
Therefore, how to ensure the timeliness and the accuracy of the detection data of the continuously produced rubber materials in multiple batches and improve the automation level of the operation of the whole internal mixing system by detecting the information feedback from sample feeding becomes an important restriction factor of the existing rubber mixing production.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a method and equipment for detecting a glue sample identifier based on RFID information reading, which aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and introduces an RFID electronic tag technology in the steps of sampling and detecting the glue sample, and binds the uniquely stored identification information in the RFID electronic tag with the production process information of a certain batch of glue material of the glue sample, so as to uniquely identify the operation record of the glue sample in the whole process of sample feeding and detection, and further improve the automation level of the identification, packaging and information feedback of the glue sample.
The RFID electronic tag is used as a data information carrier, and the data information carrier is based on a computer network management technology, so that the data information carrier plays a role of an 'electronic identity card', an identification code with uniqueness can be completely stored in the RFID electronic tag, and the identification code can be transmitted/received, read and identified through a radio frequency signal processing terminal. Based on the RFID information reading mode, the glue sample is added with a unique glue sample in the whole sample feeding detection link and is distinguished from the glue samples of other train numbers or other processes.
The invention aims to introduce the RFID technology in the sample feeding detection process, and track the whole detection process of a certain cycle of rubber samples through a rubber sampling detection control system so as to improve the automation level of rubber sample packaging, identification and rubber sample information feedback and avoid confusion of detection data and production process information.
The other purpose of the invention is to reduce the feedback period of the rubber sample detection data, which is beneficial to timely rectifying deviation of the banburying process and the production system according to the problem of the detection data feedback, and improve the overall rubber mixing production quality.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the method for detecting the identification of the rubber sample based on the RFID information reading is applied to a sampling device to collect the rubber sample on the specified rubber material to perform sample feeding detection. In contrast to the prior art, the present invention,
comprises the following implementation steps of the method,
placing the glue sample into a sample feeding device with an RFID electronic tag inside;
reading identification data stored on an RFID electronic tag in a sample sending device;
the read identification data is uploaded to a sizing material sampling detection control system and is bound with the production process information of the detected sizing material;
in the sample feeding detection process, reading the identification data stored on the RFID electronic tag in the sample feeding device again, and combining the production process information of the detected rubber material with the rubber material performance detection data to form a detection report;
and feeding back the detection report to the rubber material banburying production process through a rubber material sampling detection control system.
According to the basic scheme, the identification data stored on the RFID electronic tag plays a role of identification codes in the sample sending detection process.
The glue sample is placed in the sample feeding device, and reading the identification data is equivalent to attaching the production process information to the glue sample.
When sample sending detection is carried out, the identification data stored on the RFID electronic tag is read again, which is equivalent to forming a combination form of 'glue sample' + 'production process information' + 'detection data' in the detection report.
Therefore, a set of targeted identification system and control flow with unique identification can be established by using the identification data stored in the RFID electronic tag to obtain the detection data of the glue sample of a certain cycle from the process data of the original production link to the time of issuing the final detection report.
In order to utilize the identification characteristic of the RFID electronic tag to the maximum extent, the identification data stored on the RFID electronic tag can be unique in different sample sending devices, namely, each sample sending device has unique identifiable characteristic.
In order to prevent the misoperation of using the RFID electronic tag and reduce the error rate of data identification processing, the following improvement measures can be specifically implemented:
in the sizing material sampling detection control system, when the RFID electronic tag is read, the identification data is locked.
After the glue sample detection is completed, the identification data of the RFID electronic tag is released for the next glue sample identification.
That is, when a sample sending device is used for sample sending detection, the identification data of the RFID tag is not used or introduced into other identification processing links of the glue sample.
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the sample conveying device and shorten the sample conveying detection period, the following identification control method for placing a plurality of glue samples in the same train number in one sample conveying device can be adopted:
two or more glue samples are put into a sample feeding device, identification data of the RFID electronic tag is read when each glue sample is fed and detected, and performance detection data of each glue sample is combined with production process information.
And after all the glue samples are detected, the identification data of the RFID electronic tag in the sample feeding device is released.
The further optimized and improved scheme is that the RFID electronic tag with the radio frequency antenna is packaged in the sample sending device at one time, and the reader antenna is used for reading data of the RFID electronic tag.
Based on the inventive concept and improvement measures, on the basis of realizing the rubber sample identification detection method based on RFID information reading, the invention also designs the following rubber sample identification detection equipment different from the prior art:
mainly comprises a bracket which is connected with a sizing material sampling device and used for receiving the sizing material transmitted. The brackets are respectively provided with a plurality of fixing holes,

the reader antenna is used for reading data of the RFID electronic tag in the material box;
and the driving mechanism is used for sending the material box into the marked material box device from the unidentified material box device and sending the material box to the antenna of the reader for data reading.
Further improve sizing material sign efficiency and operating flexibility, the improvement scheme to actuating mechanism is:
the swing cylinder is connected to the bottom of the feeding transfer rail through a swing arm in a driving way;
the opening part of the unmarked material box device is arranged above the feeding rotating rail, and the opening part of the marked material box device is arranged below the feeding rotating rail.
In order to ensure that no confusion occurs between the material box in which the rubber sample is not put and the material box in which the rubber sample is put, a wide air claw which is driven and connected by an air cylinder can be arranged above the opening part of the marked material box device.
And a photoelectric switch for detecting whether the rubber sample is put into the material box is arranged at the position opposite to the wide air claw.
In order to ensure the accurate action of the driving mechanism after the sizing material is conveyed, a photoelectric switch for sensing the sizing material conveying state is arranged at the joint of the sizing material sampling device and the bracket.
The improved scheme of refining the action accuracy of the related glue sample put into the material box can be adopted, and a push plate which is in driving connection through a push plate air cylinder and used for pushing the glue sample into the material box is arranged at the position opposite to the wide air claw.
In summary, the method and the device for detecting the glue sample identification based on RFID information reading have the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. based on the RFID technology, one or more glue samples of each train number are uniquely identified through identification data in the whole sample sending detection process, so that the automation level of glue sample packaging, identification and glue sample information feedback is improved, and errors of detection data are avoided.
2. The method effectively reduces the feedback period of the detection data, and is beneficial to improving the banburying process and the rubber formula by using the detection data, thereby improving the overall rubber mixing production quality.

Detailed Description
Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the process of using a sampling device to collect a rubber sample on a specified rubber material to perform sample feeding detection, a rubber sample identification detection method based on RFID information reading performs the following operation steps:
the RFID electronic tag with the radio frequency antenna is packaged in the sample feeding device in advance at one time, and data reading can be carried out on the RFID electronic tag by using a reader antenna;
the glue sample is taken down from the glue material by glue material sampling equipment and then placed into sample feeding devices with built-in RFID electronic tags, and identification data stored on the RFID electronic tags in each sample feeding device has uniqueness;
reading identification data stored on an RFID electronic tag in a sample feeding device, and locking the identification data in a rubber material sampling detection control system when the identification data is read until the sample feeding detection is finished;
the read identification data is uploaded to a sizing material sampling detection control system and is bound with the production process information of the detected sizing material;
in the sample feeding detection process, reading the identification data stored on the RFID electronic tag in the sample feeding device again, and combining the production process information of the detected rubber material with the rubber material performance detection data to form a detection report;
feeding back a detection report to a rubber material banburying production process through a rubber material sampling detection control system;
after the glue sample detection is completed, the identification data of the RFID electronic tag is released for the next glue sample identification.
In the above method for detecting the rubber sample identifier, the production process information may include information such as the number of vehicles, shift, operators, production date, process profile, and specific performance test items for producing the rubber sample.
The method for detecting the glue sample identification can be suitable for only filling one glue sample in each material box, and can also be used for placing two or more glue samples.
Putting two or more glue samples into a sample feeding device, reading identification data of the RFID electronic tag when each glue sample is fed and detected, and combining performance detection data of each glue sample with production process information;
and after all the glue samples are detected, the identification data of the RFID electronic tag in the sample feeding device is released.
The rubber sample performance detection item of a certain train number is not only one item, and a plurality of rubber samples are put into a material box with an internal RFID electronic tag after the rubber samples are taken. Through the reading operation of the RFID electronic tag, the related identification data can be uploaded to a sizing material sampling detection control system so as to complete the binding with the production process information.
And at the glue sample detection position, radio frequency wireless data reading is carried out on each detection item by adopting RFID electronic tag reading and writing equipment, and relevant information of the produced glue sample is called out from the system and combined with the detection data to form a detection report.
And when the next detection item is continuously carried out, reading the identification data, calling out from the system and combining with the detection data in the same way until all the detection items are completely executed.
According to the control method, the detection data of all the detection items are combined with the same identification data, namely, the same identification code is quoted to the rubber sample of the same vehicle number for identification, data tracking and feedback, and finally the detection result fed back to the banburying procedure link is beneficial to accurately and timely correcting and adjusting the production process or the rubber formula.
No matter each material box is only provided with one glue sample or a plurality of glue samples, the identification data stored on the RFID electronic tag plays the roles of unique identification and data tracking in the execution process of all detection items.
On the basis of realizing the method for detecting the glue sample identification based on RFID information reading, the improvement scheme of the identification detection equipment is as follows:

The holder 1 is provided with an unidentified cartridge device 11, an identified cartridge device 12, a reader antenna 3 and a drive mechanism, respectively. Wherein,
the reader antenna 3 is used for reading data of the RFID electronic tag in the material box 2;
the drive mechanism is for feeding cartridge 2 from unidentified cartridge device 11 into identified cartridge device 12 and feeding cartridge 2 to reader antenna 3 for data reading. Wherein, the feeding rotary rail 4 is arranged on the bracket 1, and the swing cylinder 40 is connected with the bottom of the feeding rotary rail 4 through the swing arm 41.

A wide air claw 5 which is connected through an air cylinder in a driving way is arranged above the opening part of the marked material box device 12; at a position opposite to the wide air claw 5, an electro-optical switch 6 for detecting whether or not a gum sample has been put into the magazine 2 is provided.
And a push plate 9 which is in driving connection with the push plate cylinder 8 and is used for pushing the rubber sample into the material box 2 is arranged at the position opposite to the wide air claw 5.
A photoelectric switch 7 for sensing the transmission state of the rubber sample 100 is arranged at the joint of the rubber sampling device 10 and the bracket 1, and the photoelectric switch 7 is used for detecting whether the rubber sample 100 is transmitted onto the transmission belt of the rubber sampling device 10.
The unidentified material box device 11 is a cylindrical metal cylinder and is used for storing the unidentified material box 2 with the built-in RFID electronic tag. The metal has shielding effect on signals, and misreading can be prevented in the operation process.
The diameter of the inner wall of the unidentified material box device 11 is about 1mm slightly larger than the diameter of the material box 2, so that the material box 2 can be conveniently placed and fall down. The top and the bottom of the feeding device are both open structures, and the distance from the bottom to the feeding rotating rail 4 is 1 magazine 2.
The marked magazine device 12 is a cylindrical metal cylinder with one closed end and a buckle at the bottom end, and is used for storing the marked magazine 2 in which the glue sample 100 is placed.
The material box 2 is made of engineering plastics, namely, the material box does not have adverse effect on radio frequency signals, the material box 2 is of a cylindrical structure, and the diameter of the material box can be designed according to the size of a rubber sample to be loaded. During processing, a groove with the depth of about 0.5mm is formed in the bottom of the material box 2, then the RFID electronic tag INLAY is implanted into the groove and then the groove is filled, and the material box 2 is packaged at the bottom of the material box at one time.
The specific working process is as follows:
the rubber material sampling detection control system sends a system instruction, and the swing cylinder 40 drives the swing arm 41 to shift the material box 2 with the RFID electronic tag below the unidentified material box device 11 to the position below the reader antenna 3 along the feeding rotary rail 4;
the reader antenna 3 reads data of the RFID electronic tag in the material box 2, and the read identification data is sent to the sizing material sampling detection control system;
binding the read identification data with process information for producing sizing materials;
the swing arm 41 shifts the marked material box 2 to the wide air claw 5 above the marked material box device 12 to wait for the arrival of the glue sample 100;
when the rubber sample 100 is conveyed to the identification detection equipment from the conveying belt of the rubber sampling equipment 10, the rubber sample is sensed and uploaded to a rubber sampling detection control system through the photoelectric switch 7;
the system starts a push plate cylinder 8 to drive a push plate 9 to push the glue sample 100 falling into the receiving groove into the material box 2 marked with the RFID electronic tag;
when the photoelectric switch 6 detects that the rubber sample 100 is pushed into the material box 2, the wide air claw 5 is started to be opened, the material box 2 containing the rubber sample 100 falls into the marked material box device 12 in parallel, and the detection of taking out and delivering the rubber sample is waited.
