2.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌剂其特征在于:柠檬酸2.5、苹果酸2.5、乳酸(50%)35、乳酸钙2.5、丁二酸二钠7.5、谷氨酸钠125、氨基酸类调味酸料12、甜菊甙2.5、植酸5、麦饭石2000、纯净水37.5L,红薯淀粉浆10.5L。
3.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌渍剂①其特征在于:柠檬酸2、苹果酸2、乳酸(50%)35、乳酸钙2.5、丁二酸二钠5、谷氨酸钠100、氨基酸类调味酸料8、甜菊甙1.8、植酸3.5、麦饭石1600、纯净水33L。
4.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌渍剂②其特征在于:麦饭石2000、红薯淀粉浆10.5L。
5.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌渍剂②其特征在于:麦饭石2000、红薯淀粉浆7.5L。
6.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌渍剂的制备方法,其特征在于:实施例一配方①是直接对蔬菜进行腌渍。
7.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌渍剂②的制备方法,其特征在于,实施例四配方②是将蔬菜焯水后进行腌渍。
8.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌渍剂其特征在于:①将麦饭石置于软水中,滤去石块,留水待用,然后将原料柠檬酸、苹果酸、乳酸(50%)、乳酸钙、丁二酸二钠、谷氨酸钠、氨基酸类调味酸料、甜菊甙、植酸按其质量份混合均匀掺入待用水中,采用食品加工均质机均质溶液,随机灭菌包装成瓶至成品。
9.根据权利要求1所述,一种蔬菜腌渍剂的其制备方法,其特征在于:②将麦饭石置于红薯淀粉浆中,滤去石块,然后将溶液均质,随机灭菌包装成瓶至成品。
