Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用少量的除草剂获得必要的除草效果的技术。该技术涉及特征为将派罗克杀草砜浸渍在粒状肥料中或包覆在粒状肥料上的含有除草农药的粒状肥料及特征为将该含有除草农药的粒状肥料施用于旱田的杂草的除草方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有除草农药的粒状肥料,更详细地讲,涉及一种可以减少除草剂成分的散布量的含有除草农药的粒状肥料。
背景技术
在农业中,为了除去农田中生长的杂草,广泛使用除草剂。但是,从对操作者的安全性及对环境的影响、经济性等方面考虑,显然优选该除草剂的使用量尽量少,并经常寻求开发利用更少的除草剂获得必要除草效果的技术。
另一方面,目前对可以同时进行农药施用和肥料施肥的含有农药的肥料进行了许多的探讨,并投入到了若干个实际应用中,从其形态的均匀分布性、安全性的观点考虑,粒状物(粒剂)正在成为主流。
例如在专利文献1中记载有一种将农药成分用在常温下为固态的水不溶性低熔点的蜡状物质覆膜并负载到粒状肥料中的粒状农药肥料。另外,在专利文献2中记载了一种含有氨氟乐灵的粒状肥料,其特征在于,将包含作为农药除草剂活性成分的5-二丙基氨基-α,α,α-三氟-4,6-二硝基-邻-甲苯胺的水分散液浸渍到粒状肥料中或包覆在粒状肥料上,并添加而使之含有白炭黑。
但是,这些专利文献中记载的含有农药的肥料是以农药散布及施肥操作省力化、防止农药飞散到农田外、使肥料中含有的农药活性成分的稳定化为目的的,或者是以防止含有农药的肥料制剂的粉化和结块等为目的的,关于农药成分的活性变化,则没有特别报道。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明是以提供使用少量的除草剂获得必要的除草效果的技术为课题的发明。
解决课题的手段
本发明人对在肥料中含有农药的含有农药的粒状肥料,特别是含有旱田使用的除草剂的粒状肥料进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过将特定的除草剂与肥料成分混合,可以获得更高的除草效果,虽然散布量比单独散布少,但是可以获得与单独散布同等程度的除草效果,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明为一种含有除草农药的粒状肥料,其特征在于,将派罗克杀草砜浸渍到粒状肥料中或包覆在粒状肥料上。
另外,本发明为将派罗克杀草砜制成粉剂、粉粒剂、可湿性颗粒、可湿性粉剂、乳剂、液剂或者悬浮剂的剂型后,浸渍在粒状肥料中或包覆在粒状肥料上的上述含有除草农药的粒状肥料。
进而,本发明是一种杂草的除草方法,其特征在于,将所述含有除草农药的粒状肥料施用在旱田中。
发明效果
本发明的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,与单独散布时相比,更能提高作为除草有效成分的派罗克杀草砜的作用,因此可以降低其使用量,从对操作者的安全性及对环境的影响、经济性等方面考虑,较为有利。
另外,本发明的含有除草农药的粒状肥料通过将其散布,可以同时实施农药散布和肥料施肥,从而减少农作业上的劳动力。
具体实施方式
本发明的含有除草农药的粒状肥料(下面,称作“含有农药的肥料”)是将作为除草有效成分的派罗克杀草砜浸渍在作为基剂的粒状肥料中或包覆在该粒状肥料上的含有除草农药的粒状肥料。
本发明中使用的粒状肥料没有特殊限定,可以是一般性的化学合成肥料,可举出:一般的化学合成肥料、缓效性肥料、一般的有机化学合成肥料等。
作为本发明中使用的粒状肥料的肥料成分,例如可举出:氮、磷酸、钾、硅、镁、钙、锰、硼、铁、铝、钠等旱田作物要求的各种元素。其中优选氮(N)、磷酸(P2O5)及钾(K2O),优选包含这些肥料成分的一种以上,特别优选包含以上优选的这三种肥料成分。
另外,该粒状肥料可以采用球状、橄榄球状、卵状、圆柱状、块状等各种的粒状形态。另外,本发明中使用的粒状肥料的粒径没有特殊限定,通常为0.1mm~20.0mm,优选为0.5mm~5.0mm。
上述的粒状肥料可以以一般的肥料成分为原料进行制备,作为其原料,例如可举出:尿素、硝酸铵、硝酸镁铵、氯化铵、硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、硝酸钠、硝酸钙、硝酸钾、石灰氮、脲甲醛工艺肥料(UF)、脲乙醛工艺肥料(CDU)、脲异丁醛工艺肥料(IBDU)、脒基脲(GU)等氮类肥料;过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙、过磷酸镁、磷酸铵、磷酸镁、硫磷铵、硝铵磷钾、氯磷铵等磷酸类肥料;氯化钾、硫酸钾、硫酸钾钠、硫酸钾镁、重碳酸钾、磷酸钾、硝酸钾等钾类肥料;硅酸钙等硅酸类肥料;硫酸镁、氯化镁等镁类肥料;生石灰、熟石灰、碳酸钙等钙类肥料;硫酸锰、硫酸镁锰、锰矿渣等锰类肥料;硼酸、硼酸盐等硼类肥料;钢铁废渣等含铁肥料等肥料管理法中规定的普通肥料(包括复合肥料)。
另外,在本发明的含有农药的肥料的制备中,作为防结块剂,也可以适宜配合、使用例如硅藻土、粉末硅酸等硅石类;例如膨润土、酸性白土等粘土类;以及粉末状表面活性剂等。
另一方面,在本发明中作为除草有效成分使用的派罗克杀草砜(pyroxasulfone)是ISO命名(国际标准化组织的通用名),其化学名为3-[5-(二氟甲氧基)-1-甲基-3-(三氟甲基)吡唑-4-基甲基磺酰基]-4,5-二氢-5,5-二甲基-1,2-唑。该物质为专利文献3(WO02/062770号公报)中公开的已知化合物。
本发明的含有农药的肥料是通过在不添加任何其它成分的情况下直接将上述派罗克杀草砜或者将派罗克杀草砜与其它任意成分一起,浸渍到上述的粒状肥料中或包覆在上述的粒状肥料上来制造的。
在将派罗克杀草砜向粒状肥料中进行浸渍或者包覆在粒状肥料上时,可以将派罗克杀草砜制剂成任意的剂型之后含在粒状肥料中。作为此时的制剂的剂型,例如可举出:粉剂、粉粒剂、可湿性颗粒、可湿性粉剂、乳剂、液剂、悬浮剂等。另外,在这些制剂中,作为有效成分以重量比计通常只要含有0.001%~95%的上述派罗克杀草砜即可。
在使派罗克杀草砜向粒状肥料中浸渍的情况下,优选的制剂为悬浮剂、可湿性颗粒或者可湿性粉剂。另外,在使其包覆的情况下,优选的制剂为可湿性粉剂(水合剂)、悬浮剂、粉剂或者粉粒剂。
予以说明,可以配合作为在上述制剂化中利用的任意成分的固体载体或液体载体等载体、表面活性剂及其它助剂,来制剂成各种形态。
作为固体载体,例如可举出:淀粉、活性炭、大豆粉、小麦粉、木粉、鱼粉、奶粉等动植物性粉末;滑石粉、高岭土、膨润土、碳酸钙、硫酸钠、沸石、硅藻土、白炭黑、粘土、矾土、硫铵、尿素等无机物粉末。
作为液体载体,例如可举出:水;异丙醇、乙二醇等醇类;环己酮、甲基乙基酮、异佛尔酮等酮类;二烷、四氢呋喃等醚类;煤油、汽油等脂肪族烃类;二甲苯、三甲苯、四甲苯、甲基萘、溶剂石脑油等芳香族烃类;氯苯等卤代烃类;二甲基乙酰胺,N-烷基吡咯烷酮等酰胺类;脂肪酸甘油酯等酯类;乙腈等腈类;二甲基亚砜等含硫化合物类;大豆油、菜籽油、棉籽油,蓖麻油等植物油等。
作为表面活性剂,例如可举出:烷基苯磺酸金属盐、二萘甲烷二磺酸金属盐,乙醇硫酸酯盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、聚氧乙二醇醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单烷基化物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物的盐等。
作为其它的助剂,可以使用例如:羧甲基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、黄蓍胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、糖类等粘合剂或者增稠剂、金属皂等消泡剂、脂肪酸、烷基磷酸盐、硅酮、石蜡等物性改进剂、着色剂等。
关于本发明的含有农药的肥料的制造方法,没有特殊限定,例如可以通过以下的方法来制造。
(1)将粒状或块状的肥料(50~99.9重量份)加入到没有粉碎元件的混合机中,在混合操作过程中喷射含有粘合剂的水、醇类或者乙二醇类等溶液。使粘合剂溶液在粒状或块状的肥料表面上分布均匀后,向该混合机中加入制剂后的派罗克杀草砜(作为有效成分量,约1~95质量%),混合直至均匀后,通过一边转动混合机一边在温度50~150℃下干燥、或者风干,得到本发明的含有农药的肥料。
(2)将粒状或块状的肥料(50~99.9重量份)和制剂的派罗克杀草砜(作为有效成分的含量约1~95质量%)加入到没有粉碎元件的混合机中,混合至均匀。在该混合物中喷射含有粘合剂的水、醇类或二醇类等溶液,混合直至均匀后,通过边转动混合机边在温度50~150℃下干燥、或者风干,得到本发明的含有农药的肥料。
(3)在水中稀释派罗克杀草砜(作为有效成分的含量为0.01~95质量%)制剂,使用没有粉碎元件的混合机,使该稀释液涂层或者浸渍在粒状或块状的肥料中后,通过在约50~150℃下干燥、或者风干,得到本发明的含有农药的肥料。
(4)使用没有粉碎元件的混合机,将使派罗克杀草砜(作为有效成分量,约0.01~50质量%)溶解或悬浮在丙酮、甲苯、二甲苯等溶剂中而得的液体涂层或者浸渍在粒状或块状的肥料中后,通过在约50~150℃下干燥、或者风干,得到本发明的含有农药的肥料。
作为(1)~(4)中举出的没有粉碎元件的混合机,可以使用例如V形、双锥形或者圆筒形等容器旋转式混合机、内置有带子、螺旋、 桨叶等机械搅拌式混合机、流动搅拌式混合机等。
作为方法(1)或(2)中使用的粘合剂,可以使用例如蔗糖、糖蜜等糖类;淀粉、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯树胶、明胶、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠盐、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙酸乙烯酯等高分子类、高纯度膨润土、硅藻土、白炭黑、碳酸钙等无机微粉、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、木质素磺酸盐等表面活性剂、液体石蜡、蜡类、动物油、植物油等。
在本发明的含有农药的肥料中,派罗克杀草砜的含量占整个农药肥料的0.001%~10%左右,优选为0.002%~5%左右,更优选为0.003%~2%左右。
这样制备的本发明的含有农药的肥料,在从作为除草剂对象的有用作物的前茬作物刚收获后至该作物的生长期之间,可以任意地使用。作为具体的使用方法,可举出以下示例的方法。
(1)在旱田的表面上均匀地施用本发明的含有农药的肥料的方法。
(2)上述施用之后~六个月后,通过使用拖拉机、耕地机等,与土壤搅拌混和,由此使本发明的含有农药的肥料均匀地分布的方法。
(3)通过作垄后在垄上施用或者施用后与土壤进行混和,从而使本发明的含有农药的肥料分布在旱田的表层土壤中的方法。
(4)在对象作物的播种前、播种时、播种后,苗的定植前、定植时、定植后的旱田中施用本发明的含有农药的肥料的方法。
本发明的含有农药的肥料,通过至少一次上述示例的施用,可以充分地防除旱地杂草,并且也可以发挥施肥效果,从而使旱田作物的栽培中大幅度的省力化成为可能。特别是,在收获前茬作物后,通过将本发明的含有农药的肥料均匀地施用于土壤中,从而直到播种对象作物的长时间内,可以防除杂草,并且提供用于作物生长的养分。在此,所谓前茬作物是指对象作物之前栽培的作物。
在此,本发明的含有农药的肥料在旱田、不翻地栽培地或者道路、公园、坡地、庭园或者山林等非农耕地等中成为问题的各种杂草,例如:包括稗、马唐、狗尾草、早熟禾、约翰逊草、看麦娘、多花黑麦草(意大利黑麦草)、硬直黑麦草、燕麦、菵草、野燕麦等禾本科杂草;以及酸模叶蓼、白苋、白藜、繁缕、苘葵、刺金午时花、田菁、豚草、牵牛花、猪殃殃、阿拉伯婆婆纳、睫毛婆婆纳、宝盖草、东北堇菜等阔叶杂草;香附子、油莎草、水蜈蚣、具芒碎米莎草、碎米莎草等多年生及一年生碎米莎草科杂草的发芽前到生长期的广范围内,用低剂量发挥优异的除草效果。
特别是可以有效地防除旱田中的主要杂草,例如卷茎蓼、糙叶蓼、马齿苋、白藜、反枝苋、野芥、田菁、草决明、苘葵,刺金午时花、裂叶牵牛、圆叶牵牛、曼陀罗、龙葵、苍耳、向日葵、田旋花、泽漆、鬼针草、豚草等双子叶植物、以及稗、狗尾草、大狗尾草、金色狗尾草、马唐、牛筋草、假高粱、偃麦草、シヤツタ一ケ一ン、多花黑麦草(意大利黑麦草)、硬直黑麦草、燕麦、菵草等单子叶植物。
本发明的含有农药的肥料可以对稻子、小麦、大麦、玉米、高粱、大豆、棉花、甜菜、油菜、甘蔗、向日葵、马铃薯、草、茶、果树、蔬菜、花卉、木等有用作物及有用植物进行使用。此处所说的有用作物及有用植物也包括根据基因技术进行形质转换的、对除草剂或害虫、病害等显示耐受性的玉米(PIONEER 31R87RR等)、大豆(ASGROW SN79624RR等)、棉花(FIBERMAX 960BR等)、油菜、甘蔗等所谓的转基因作物及通过育种、筛选而对除草剂或害虫、病害等显示耐受性的植物。
另外,本发明的含有农药的肥料可以与选自其它的植物病害防除剂、杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂、肥料及土壤改良剂中的一种以上混合后施用,或者也可以同时施用。
实施例
下面,利用实施例、制剂例及试验例对本发明进一步详细地进行说明,但是本发明并不限定于此。予以说明,以下的制剂例中的“份”是指“重量份”。
制剂例1
可湿性粉剂:
粉碎混合以下成分而得的混合物,得到可湿性粉剂。

实施例1
含有农药的肥料组合物的制造(1):
将制剂例2中制造的250份的50%可湿性颗粒稀释在40,000份的水中。搅拌混合该稀释液和500,000份的粒状肥料(マツプ264号,セントラル化成社制)*,通过将其风干,得到含有农药的肥料。
*粒状肥料:
成分氮∶磷∶钾=12∶16∶14
粒径2~3mm
实施例2
含有农药的肥料组合物的制造(2):
将1,000份的聚乙烯醇溶解到10,000份的水中,将该稀释溶液一边搅拌一边喷射在500,000份的粒状肥料(マツプ264号,セントラル化成社制)中。使聚乙烯醇的水溶液均匀分布在肥料表面上后,将其放入到双锥形混合机中,再加入制剂例5中制造的5,000份的2.5%的粉剂并混合30分钟。接着,通过一边转动混合机一边在温度50~90℃下进行干燥,由此获得含有农药的肥料。
试验例1
将每公顷的施用量相当于500kg的粒状肥料(マツプ264号,セントラル化成社制)用每公顷的农药有效成分为实用剂量的量的派罗克杀草砜以实施例1为基准进行处理,制备含有农药的肥料(本发明品1)。
准备11cm×11cm×11cm的塑料盆,在其中填充砂壤土至10cm的深度,在其上覆盖1cm的混合有狗尾草(Setaria viridis L.Beauv.)种子的土壤来用于试验。
将制备的500mg含有农药的肥料置于盆的中央部(直径2cm),在该盆中洒相当于降雨量1mm的水。18天后,测定达到除草效果的范围(效果范围直径),调查除草作用。
比较例1
在与上述试验例1同样准备的塑料盆中,将以制剂例2为基准制备的50%可湿性颗粒,用派罗克杀草砜稀以每公顷的农药有效成分为实用剂量的量,释在每公顷相当200L的水中,将该稀释液在盆的中央部(直径2cm)进行滴加处理。处理18天后,测定达到除草效果的范围(效果范围直径)。

由该结果可以知晓,与单独施用派罗克杀草砜的情况相比,使派罗克杀草砜含于肥料中进行施用的方法除草面积广、具有高的除草活性。
试验例2
将每公顷施用量相当于500kg的粒状肥料(マツプ264号,セントラル化成社制),用每公顷派罗克杀草砜为实用剂量的1/2及1/4 的量,以实施例1为基准进行处理,制造含有农药的肥料(本发明品1~3)。另外,除使用S-异丙甲草胺、乙草胺、精二甲吩草胺及氟噻草胺代替派罗克杀草砜以外,与上述同样操作,制备含有农药的肥料(比较品2~13)。
在与试验例1同样地准备的塑料盆的中央部(直径2cm)放置制备好的含有各农药的肥料,在该盆中洒相当于降雨量1mm的水。18天后,测定达到除草效果的范围的直径,调查除草效果。除草效果是利用下述式通过求得防除指数来进行评价的。将该结果示于表2。

如该结果所示,本发明品中,在实用浓度的本发明品1及其1/2及1/4的制剂(本发明品2及3)之间,其除草效果没有大的差异,且通过与粒状肥料进行组合,可以减少除草剂的使用量。
与此相比,其它的除草剂中,随着从实用浓度减少到1/2、1/4,除草效果降低,通过与粒状肥料进行组合,也没能提高除草效果。

作为肥料成分,使用以12∶16∶14的比例含有氮、磷酸和钾的粒径为2~3mm的粒状肥料(マツプ264号,セントラル化成社制),通过向该规定量喷射用自来水分别稀释下述量的派罗克杀草砜或者S-异丙甲草胺的药液并干燥,制备下述的发明品和比较品的含有农药的肥料。
<含有农药的肥料>
发明品a:
粒状混合肥料 450重量份
派罗克杀草砜 0.5重量份
发明品b:
粒状混合肥料 450重量份
派罗克杀草砜 0.25重量份
发明品c:
粒状混合肥料 450重量份
派罗克杀草砜 0.125重量份
比较品a:
粒状混合肥料 450重量份
S-异丙甲草胺 4.28重量份
比较品b:
粒状混合肥料 450重量份
S-异丙甲草胺 2.14重量份
比较品c:
粒状混合肥料 450重量份
S-异丙甲草胺 1.07重量份
接着将获得的本发明品a~c及比较品a~c以下述所示的量,散布到设定的玉米田试验区中。
第1区:以使作为肥料的量达到225kg/ha的方式散布发明品a。
第2区:以使作为肥料的量达到450kg/ha的方式散布发明品b。
第3区:以使作为肥料的量达到225kg/ha的方式散布发明品b。
第4区:以使作为肥料的量达到450kg/ha的方式散布发明品c。
第5区:以使作为肥料的量达到225kg/ha的方式散布比较品a。
第6区:以使作为肥料的量达到450kg/ha的方式散布比较品b。
第7区:以使作为肥料的量达到225kg/ha的方式散布比较品b。
第8区:以使作为肥料的量达到450kg/ha的方式散布比较品c。
散布48天后对杂草的生长状况进行调查,通过下述方法,将苋菜/苋属植物(Amaranthu species)和刺金午时花(Sida spinosa)作为调查对象杂草,调查防除值。将该结果示于表3。
(防除值测定法)
将用不含农药活性成分的粒状肥料以450kg/ha或225kg/ha进行处理的区域中的调查对象杂草的生长状况设定为0,将目标对象杂草完全枯死的状态设定为100(满分),研究者用目测观察调查日中的各试验区的杂草防除状况,以100分为满分进行评价。

由于考虑到如果肥料由225kg/ha增加到450kg/ha,会促进杂草的生长,因此认为只要农药处理量相同,在肥料施用量多的试验区中就应该有防除值下降的倾向,事实上,在处理作为比较品的含有S-异丙甲草胺肥料的试验区内,观察到如所设想的防除值的倾向。
与此相比,可以看出,使用作为发明品的含有派罗克杀草砜的肥料处理的试验区的防除值为1区≤2区、3区≤4区,即使肥料增多防除值也没有降低,反而有升高的倾向。这种效果在用其它除草活性成分时不会产生,是派罗克杀草砜特有的性质,作为含有派罗克杀草砜的肥料,是通过与肥料同时施用来实现防除效果的提高的。
产业实用性
本发明的含有农药的肥料与单独散布时的情况相比可以提高作为除草有效成分的派罗克杀草砜的作用,因此可以降低其使用量,从经济性方面考虑非常有利,与此同时还可以提高操作者的安全性,降低对环境的影响。
另外,本发明的含有农药的肥料在处理一次的条件下,可以同时实施农药散布和肥料施肥,因此可以减轻农作业上的劳力。
因此,本发明的含有农药的肥料是一种特别是在旱田农业中可以极为有利地使用的肥料。
Claims (10)
1.一种含有除草农药的粒状肥料,其特征在于,使派罗克杀草砜浸渍在粒状肥料中或包覆在粒状肥料上。
2.权利要求1所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,该粒状肥料包含氮(N)、磷酸(P2O5)及钾(K2O)中的至少一种肥料成分。
3.权利要求1或2所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,该粒状肥料为选自球状、橄榄球状、卵状、圆柱状及块状的形状。
4.权利要求1或2所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,该粒状肥料的平均粒径为0.5mm~5.0mm。
5.权利要求1或2所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,其是将派罗克杀草砜制成粉剂、粉粒剂、可湿性颗粒、可湿性粉剂、乳剂、液剂或者悬浮剂的剂型后,向粒状肥料中浸渍或包覆粒状肥料而制成的。
6.权利要求5所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,向粒状肥料中浸渍的制剂为悬浮剂、可湿性颗粒或可湿性粉剂。
7.权利要求5所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,包覆粒状肥料的制剂为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、粉剂或者粉粒剂。
8.权利要求1或2所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料,在全部组成中含有0.001%~10%的派罗克杀草砜。
9.一种杂草的除草方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1~8中任一项所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料施用在旱田中。
10.一种杂草的除草方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1~8中任一项所述的含有除草农药的粒状肥料均匀地施用在前茬作物刚收获后的土壤中。
