本发明公开了一种制备聚丙烯酰胺的配料方法，按照规定的重量百分比取丙烯酰胺、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、尿素；第一步，首先将碳酸钠用纯水溶解，然后将硫酸钠加入到溶解后的碳酸钠溶液中，调整用水量使混合后的水溶液不出现沉淀为准；第二步，将第一步所得溶液与丙烯酰胺混合；第三步，将尿素加入到第二步混合溶液中即可。本发明优点在于避免硫酸钠溶解时结块造成配碱釜底部管道堵塞的不足；将碳酸钠和硫酸钠混合水溶液、尿素与丙烯酰胺混合，解决了碳酸钠、硫酸钠、尿素分别用水溶解，再与丙烯酰胺混合所造成的混合后配料总体含水量难以控制的问题，大大提高了配料的精确度和工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚丙烯酰胺制备方法，尤其是涉及制备聚丙烯酰胺的配料方法。
背景技术
目前，聚丙烯酰胺制备工艺多为：配料、聚合、造粒、烘干、破碎、成品。其中配料步骤是将丙烯酰胺、纯碱（碳酸钠）、元明粉（硫酸钠）、尿素按照规定的重量百分比进行混合。由于丙烯酰胺为液体而纯碱、元明粉、尿素为固体，因此目前多采取先将纯碱、元明粉、尿素分别用水溶解后再与丙烯酰胺混合。这种混料方法存在的不足是：1、元明粉在水温低的情况下溶解时非常容易结块，造成配碱釜底部管道堵塞；2、分别用水溶解，使得混合后的配料总体含水量难以控制，从而降低了配料的精确度；3、配料过程时间较长。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种制备聚丙烯酰胺的配料方法，以提高配料的精确度和效率。
为实现上述目的，本发明可采取下述技术方案：
本发明所述制备聚丙烯酰胺的配料方法，按照规定的重量百分比取丙烯酰胺、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、尿素；第一步，首先将碳酸钠用纯水溶解，然后将硫酸钠加入到溶解后的碳酸钠溶液中，调整用水量使混合后的水溶液不出现沉淀为准；第二步，将第一步所得溶液与丙烯酰胺混合；第三步，将尿素加入到第二步混合溶液中即可。
本发明优点在于首先用水将碳酸钠用纯水溶解，然后将硫酸钠直接加入到溶解后的碳酸钠溶液中，由于碳酸钠用纯水溶解时产生热量使得碳酸钠溶液具有较高的温度，这就避免了硫酸钠溶解时结块造成配碱釜底部管道堵塞的不足；将碳酸钠和硫酸钠混合水溶液、尿素与丙烯酰胺混合，解决了碳酸钠、硫酸钠、尿素分别用水溶解，再与丙烯酰胺混合所造成的混合后配料总体含水量难以控制的问题，大大提高了配料的精确度和工作效率。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的制备聚丙烯酰胺的配料方法，首先按照规定的重量百分比取丙烯酰胺、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、尿素，然后按照下述步骤进行：
第一步，首先将碳酸钠用纯水溶解，使之达到饱和溶解度，然后将硫酸钠加入到溶解后的碳酸钠溶液中，调整用水量使混合后的水溶液不出现沉淀为准；
第二步，将第一步所得溶液与丙烯酰胺混合；
第三步，将尿素加入到第二步混合溶液中即可。

1.一种制备聚丙烯酰胺的配料方法，按照规定的重量百分比取丙烯酰胺、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、尿素；其特征在于：第一步，首先将碳酸钠用纯水溶解，然后将硫酸钠加入到溶解后的碳酸钠溶液中，调整用水量使混合后的水溶液不出现沉淀为准；第二步，将第一步所得溶液与丙烯酰胺混合；第三步，将尿素加入到第二步混合溶液中即可。
