Abstract
本发明涉及一种无阻足阀,包括阀体、阀盖和阀口,阀盖上开孔,并通过皮碗紧固封闭该孔,皮碗内设一杠杆,杠杆一端与皮碗内表面底端接触,杠杆另一端与阀板连接,该阀板置于阀口下侧并可完全封住阀口,且阀板与杠杆连接端下侧垂直于阀体固定一转轴,所述阀板可绕转轴转动。本发明通过转轴杠起阀板,使阀板全部打开,消除流体阻力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种足阀。
背景技术
传统的足阀是靠泵吸液时,通过流体将阀板顶开,由此造成流体阻力很大,白白浪费资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种无阻足阀,可消除流体阻力,提高经济效益。
本发明的技术方案为,一种无阻足阀,包括阀体、阀盖和阀口,其特征是,阀盖上开孔,并通过皮碗紧固封闭该孔,皮碗内设一杠杆,杠杆一端与皮碗内表面底端接触,杠杆另一端与阀板连接,该阀板置于阀口下侧并可完全封住阀口,且阀板与杠杆连接端下侧垂直于阀体固定一转轴,所述阀板可绕转轴转动。
当启动泵后,阀体内便形成负压,皮碗在大气压力下向内压入,紧紧的将杠杆向下压住,通过转轴杠起阀板,迫使阀板全部打开,这样阀体内流体不至受到阀板的阻挡,从而消除了流体阻力。
停泵后,阀体内立即又变成正压,在极短的时间内,皮碗在正压的作用下又向外凸起,解除施加在杠杆上的压力,这时阀板靠自重下落,并在回流液的作用下,关闭阀口。
由以上可知,本发明通过转轴杠起阀板,使阀板全部打开,消除流体阻力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种无阻足阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2和阀口8,阀盖2上开孔3,并通过皮碗4紧固封闭该孔3,皮碗4内设一杠杆6,杠杆6一端与皮碗4内表面底端接触,杠杆6另一端与阀板5连接,该阀板5置于阀口12下侧并可完全封住阀口8,且阀板5与杠杆6连接端下侧垂直于阀体1固定一转轴7,所述阀板5可绕转轴7转动。
如图2所示,启动泵10,打开泵阀9,液池12内的流体经吸液管11被抽吸,再通过无阻足阀13进行泵液过程。

1.一种无阻足阀,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)和阀口(8),其特征是,阀盖(2)上开孔(3),并通过皮碗(4)紧固封闭该孔(3),皮碗(4)内设一杠杆(6),杠杆(6)一端与皮碗(4)内表面底端接触,杠杆(6)另一端与阀板(5)连接,该阀板(5)置于阀口(12)下侧并可完全封住阀口(8),且阀板(5)与杠杆(6)连接端下侧垂直于阀体(1)固定一转轴(7),所述阀板(5)可绕转轴(7)转动。
