Abstract

一种梯子接头，用金属制成套筒状，设置成上下接口，上接口的直径大于下接口的直径，下接口的长度大于上接口，上接口上口设置卡箍，上接口纵向开“V”字槽，下接口上段设卡箍，下端制成燕尾形，这样的接头用下接口固定在竹木梯子的上端，另一架梯子的下端插入接头的上接口，用卡箍收紧，从而达到方便，快捷接长梯子的目的。

本发明涉及一种梯子，具体地说是一种梯子接长时使用的接头。
背景技术
现今，随着农村建筑物的增高，常常需要使用长梯子来蹬高，但是，现有木制成的长梯子，搬运和储藏及不方便，因此经常把两架梯用捆帮来接长，这样即麻烦又不安全。
发明内容
为了解决竹木梯子接长的问题，本发明提供一种梯子接头，该梯子接头，不需要绳索来捆帮，直接插入接头就可将两架梯子接长，使用时快捷方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是，用金属材料制成套筒状的接头，接头设置成上接口和下接口，在上下接口连接处用隔板封闭，上接口的直径大于下接口的直径，因为竹木梯子的直杆上端要小于下端，尤其是竹制梯子下端的直径不能过于削小，所以接头设置上接口直径大于下接口的直径，上接口开纵向“V”字形槽，上接口的上口设置卡箍，卡箍用螺杆和元宝螺姆来调节“V”字形槽开口的大小。下接口的长度大于上接口，其下段制成燕尾形，上段设置二道卡插，梯子直杆上段的直径小，如果接头的下接口不设置成燕尾形，应力易集中在下接口的沿口处，梯子直杆易在这里折断，设置成燕尾形就能将应力分散，燕尾部更具有弹性，在同等应力状态下，可避免梯子折断，用二个这样的接头与梯子的直杆上端连接，用卡箍固定，使用时另一架梯子的下端插入接头的上接口中，拧紧元宝螺丝即可，从而达到方便、快捷接长梯的目的。
本发明的有益效果是，搬运、储藏和接长方便，结构简单。

在图中，接头1用金属材料制成套筒状，制成上接口6和下接口7，上接口的直径大于下接口的直径，上接口纵向开“V”字形槽2，在上接口的沿口处设置卡箍3，卡箍3用螺杆4和元宝螺姆5连接，下接口的长度大于上接口，下接口的下段设置燕尾形9，下接口的上段设置二道卡箍8。

1.一种梯子接头，用金属制成套筒状，其特征是：所述接头设置成上接口和下接口，在上下接口处用隔板封闭，上接口的直径大于下接口的直径，所述上接口开纵向的“V”字槽，所述上接口的上口设置卡箍，所述下接口的长度大于上接口，其下段制成燕尾形，上段设置二道卡箍。
