背景技术
左旋肉碱，又名肉碱、L-肉碱、肉毒碱、维生素BT，学名为β-羟基-γ-三甲铵丁酸。左旋肉碱是一种白色晶状体或白色透明细粉，极易吸潮，稳定性较好，可在pH3～6的溶液中放置1年以上，能耐200℃以上的高温及具有较好的水溶性。
左旋肉碱的研究始于20世纪初期。1905年，俄国人Gulewitsch和Krimberg从肉类提取物中发现了左旋肉碱，此后，各国科学家进行了深入的研究，早期的研究发现，左旋肉碱是一种类维生素营养素，并将其命名为维生素BT。事实上，肉碱的化学结构类似于胆碱，与氨基酸相近；另外，由于一些动物可由自身合成来满足左旋肉碱的需要，因此认为左旋肉碱不是维生素。
实验表明，左旋肉碱是一种必需营养素，1985年在芝加哥召开的国际营养学术会议上，将左旋肉碱指定为“多功能营养品”。我国《食品添加剂卫生标准》(GB2760)规定了左旋肉碱及其酒石酸盐为食品营养强化剂，可应用于咀嚼片、饮液、胶囊、乳粉、果汁饮料、乳饮料及婴幼儿配方粉等。作为一个多功能、安全无副作用的营养补充品，许多人已开始注重补充左旋肉碱，主要用于减脂、增强耐力和抗疲劳。在大众市场，左旋肉碱是许多减肥产品和抗疲劳产品的主要成份。左旋肉碱常以盐酸盐、酒石酸盐、乳酸盐的形式存在。

更优选的，含有0.15～0.25％左旋肉碱，0.2～0.4％左旋肉碱酒石酸盐。

所述增稠剂包括天然植物胶、动物胶、微生物胶、改性淀粉或其他合成品中的一种或多种。
所述食用色素、食用香精均采用符合食品添加剂标准的色素和香精。
本发明的饮料的制备过程如下：
液体饮料：按照配比称取各成分，用水溶解后注入配料罐中，补足剩余水量，瞬间杀菌(93～95℃，15～20秒)，灌装，封盖，冷却。
固体饮料：按照配比称取各成分，先将添加量较少的成分预先混合均匀，添加量较大的成分投入三维混合机慢速搅拌，再将预混料投入混合机中速搅拌，混合均匀，分装。
本发明的固体饮料可经稀释6～10倍饮用。
本发明的饮料添加具有减脂、饱腹作用的成分，宜在餐前、两餐之间或加餐时饮用，可有效控制能量摄入，避免脂肪增加。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1-10液体饮料
实施例中的液体饮料按如下方法制成：
(1)按照表1称取各成分，加水溶解后注入配料罐中；
(2)补足剩余水量至100Kg；
(3)瞬间杀菌，93～95℃，15～20秒；
(4)趁热灌装，封盖，立即冷却。

试验例1
1实验对象与方法
1.1实验对象
挑选工作状态长期处于办公室久坐不动，且运动量较少(每周少于3次)的受试者40人，男女不限，年龄29.8±2.8岁。该类人群的特点是长期处于高度应激状态，工作繁忙，平时很少有时间来安排运动，饮食不规律或常吃“应酬饭”造成能量摄入过多或营养失衡。
1.2实验方法
1.2.1分组安排：将受试者随机分为两组——实验组和对照组，每组各20人，实验组在晚餐前半小时服用实施例2的产品500mL，对照组服用不添加功效成分的安慰剂500mL，连续服用30天。
1.2.2观察方法：实验开始前和实验结束时采用杰文ZEUS9.9体成分仪(韩国)进行体成分测定，记录体脂百分比变化；实验开始前、结束前采用三天询问法进行膳食调查，受试者饮食和运动情况尽可能与日常一致。
1.3结果分析
数据用Excel处理，采用双尾t检验对试验数据进行统计学分析，以mean±SD表示，P＞0.05视为无显著差异，P＜0.05视为显著差异，P＜0.01视为极显著差异。
2实验结果
2.1膳食总热量摄入量变化
受试者实验开始前、结束前三天膳食总热量摄入量变化见表3。

2.3实验结论
由实验结果可知，实验组受试者实验前后在膳食总能量摄入量和体脂百分比上均有极显著差异，而对照组没有显著差异，说明该发明的能量控制饮料对能量摄入、减脂有明显效果。
对于不同组方的其他实施例的能量控制饮料同样能有效控制能量摄入，避免脂肪增加。
虽然，上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述，但在本发明基础上，可以对之作一些修改或改进，这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此，在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进，均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种能量控制饮料，其特征在于，由以下重量的成分组成，左旋肉碱0.3kg、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐0.44kg、菊粉3kg、魔芋精粉1kg、低聚糖4kg、安赛蜜0.0025kg、阿斯巴甜0.01kg、柠檬酸0.17kg、维生素C 0.015kg、乳酸钙0.45kg、氯化钾0.02kg和氯化镁0.015kg，其制备方法为：
1）按照配比称取各成分，加水溶解后注入配料罐中；
2）补足剩余水量至100Kg；
3）瞬间杀菌，93~95℃，15~20秒；
4）趁热灌装，封盖，立即冷却。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的能量控制饮料的方法，该方法包括以下步骤：
1）按照配比称取各成分，加水溶解后注入配料罐中；
2）补足剩余水量至100Kg；
3）瞬间杀菌，93~95℃，15~20秒；
4）趁热灌装，封盖，立即冷却。
