Abstract
本发明属于轴承试验技术领域,涉及到一种轴承试验台。本轴承试验台由封闭机械结构、静压加载系统、驱动系统、测控系统四部分组成。封闭机械结构由试验轴承与试验台端盖及连接部件、立柱、底座等件组成,使加载盘、试验轴承、端盖、立柱和底座形成内封闭结构;静压加载系统由轴向加载座及油缸和径向加载座及油缸实现径向、轴向和倾覆力矩的静压加载并按试验轴承载荷谱施加;驱动系统固定在底座上的电机经减速器驱动齿轮带动加载盘及试验轴承旋转。测控系统包括传感器、计算机、控制柜、传感器与执行器等。本发明利用浮动静压加载技术,减少试验台轴承对试验轴承性能数据的影响。试验台刚度大,体积小,成本低。

The measurement and control system includes sensors, computers, control cabinets, sensors and actuators, etc. The invention utilizes the floating static pressure loading technology to reduce the impact of the test bench bearing on the performance data of the test bearing. The test bench has high rigidity, small size and low cost.
