本发明人出人意料地发现含有碱金属碳酸盐、碳酸钙、碱金属硅酸盐和特定尺寸以及特定组成的皂颗粒的助洗剂组合物提供相对较快的助洗动力学,并允许获得相对低的硬度离子浓度,并且将发明的助洗剂组合物加入洗涤剂组合物中提供了在硬水中相对较高的织物清洁效力。
EP-A-0234818描述了含有非皂阴离子洗涤剂、非离子洗涤剂、碳酸钠、方解石、硅酸钠和皂的洗涤剂组合物的一些例子。将含有除了硅酸钠以外的所有所述成分的浆喷雾干燥以制备喷雾干燥的基础粉末。
GB-1424406描述了含有碳酸钠、皂、碳酸钙、硅酸钠和烷基苯磺酸盐的组合物。将皂、烷基苯磺酸盐、硅酸钠和硫酸钠混合并压缩以形成颗粒。
EP-A-0267042描述了含有非皂阴离子洗涤剂、非离子洗涤剂、碳酸钠、方解石、硅酸钠和皂的洗涤剂组合物的一些例子。将含有所有所述成分的浆喷雾干燥以制备基础粉末。
以上引用的文献都没有公开特定尺寸或组成的皂颗粒。
本发明的一个目的是提供助洗剂组合物,其提供相对快的助洗动力学。本发明的另一目的是提供允许获得相对较低的硬度离子浓度的助洗剂组合物。本发明的再一目的是提供在硬水中提供相对较高的织物清洁效力的洗涤剂组合物。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了含有以下的固体助洗剂组合物:
(i)所述助洗剂组合物的5到70wt%的碱金属碳酸盐,
(ii)所述助洗剂组合物的1到40wt%的碱金属硅酸盐,
(iii)所述助洗剂组合物的3到50wt%的碳酸钙,和
(iv)皂;
其特征在于所述皂是含有至少50wt%皂的颗粒形式,并且其特征在于至少80wt%的所述皂颗粒保留在80目的筛上。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了含有所述第一方面的助洗剂组合物和非皂表面活性剂的固体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述皂是含有至少50wt%皂的颗粒形式,并且其特征在于至少80wt%的所述皂颗粒保留在80目的筛上。
具体实施方式
助洗剂组合物
本发明的助洗剂组合物为固体形式,并且优选为固体颗粒形式。所述固体颗粒可以是粉末或粒料的形式。
碱金属碳酸盐
所述碱金属碳酸盐以所述助洗剂组合物的至少5到70wt%,优选10到60wt%和最优选15到50wt%的浓度存在。碱金属碳酸盐的wt%是在无水的基础上计算的。碱金属碳酸盐优选选自碳酸钠或碳酸钾。更优选地,所述碱金属碳酸盐是碳酸钠。
碱金属硅酸盐
所述碱金属硅酸盐优选是硅酸钠或硅酸钾,更优选是硅酸钠。硅酸钠是钠的氧化物和二氧化硅的无色化合物。其具有氧化钠(Na2O)和二氧化硅或硅石(SiO2)含量变化的化学式范围。其溶于水并且其通过将二氧化硅(砂)与碳酸钠在1200到1400℃的高温反应制备。在可获得的各种类型的硅酸钠中优选偏硅酸钠。尽管优选五水偏硅酸钠(因为其溶解较快),但是五水偏硅酸钠和九水偏硅酸钠两者都可以使用。
所述碱金属硅酸盐以所述助洗剂组合物的1到40wt%,优选2到35wt%和最优选5到30wt%的浓度存在。碱金属硅酸盐的wt%是在无水的基础上计算的。
碳酸钙
碳酸钙的晶型可以是方解石、球霰石或霰石,方解石是最优选的晶型。优选地,所述碳酸钙具有大于18m2/g,更优选大于30m2/g,和最优选大于60m2/g的表面积。
方解石的颗粒尺寸优选为1到100,更优选为2到50,和最优选为2到10微米。
碳酸钙以所述助洗剂组合物的3到50wt%,优选为5到40wt%,和最优选为10到30wt%的浓度存在。
皂
本发明的一个必要方面是所述皂是含有至少50wt%皂的颗粒形式并且至少80wt%的皂颗粒保留在80目的筛上。所述皂颗粒优选含有至少60wt%,更优选至少70wt%和最优选80wt%的皂。
至少80wt%的皂颗粒保留在80目的筛上,优选保留在65目的筛上,和最优选保留在60目的筛上。
优选至少90%,更优选至少95%和最优选基本上所有皂颗粒保留在80目的筛上。
优选至少90wt%的皂颗粒通过20目的筛。所述皂优选选自碱金属皂、碱土金属皂或铵皂。更优选地,所述皂是碱金属皂。特别优选钠皂。
所述皂优选是C8-C24皂,更优选是C10-C20皂,和最优选是C12-C18皂。
所述皂可以具有或可以不具有一个或多个碳-碳双键或三键。所述皂可以是水溶性的或是不溶于水的。根据本发明可以使用的皂的非限定性例子包括月桂酸钠、辛酸钠和肉豆蔻酸钠、棕榈酸钠和硬脂酸钠。
皂以所述助洗剂组合物的1到25wt%,优选1到20wt%和最优选3到15wt%的浓度存在。
氧化钙或氢氧化钙
优选所述助洗剂组合物含有氧化钙或氢氧化钙,特别优选氢氧化钙。当存在时,氧化钙或氢氧化钙优选为所述助洗剂组合物的0.1到15wt%,更优选为0.5到12wt%和最优选为1到10wt%。
固体洗涤剂组合物
所述固体洗涤剂组合物含有所述助洗剂组合物和非皂表面活性剂。所述固体助洗剂组合物优选是所述固体洗涤剂组合物的5到90wt%,更优选为10到80wt%和最优选为15到70wt%。所述皂是含有至少50wt%皂的颗粒形式,和至少80wt%的所述皂颗粒保留在80目、优选70目的筛上。
非皂表面活性剂
本文中使用的术语非皂表面活性剂是指除了皂以外的任何表面活性剂。所述非皂表面活性剂可以是阴离子的、非离子的、阳离子的、两性离子的或两性的。更优选地,所述非皂表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂。
优选所述阴离子表面活性剂是选自由直链烷基苯磺酸、α烯烃磺酸和伯烷基硫酸组成的组的酸的盐。更优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂是直链烷基苯磺酸的盐。
优选所述盐是铵盐、碱金属盐或碱土金属盐。更优选地,所述盐是碱土金属盐。特别优选所述碱土金属是镁。
当所述非皂表面活性剂是直链烷基苯磺酸的镁盐时,所述非皂表面活性剂为颗粒形式,其中优选至少50wt%的非皂表面活性剂颗粒保留在80目、优选70目的筛上,更优选保留在60目的筛上,和最优选保留在50目的筛上。
不希望被理论所限,据信非皂表面活性剂颗粒的特定尺寸与所述助洗剂组合物中皂颗粒的特定尺寸的结合提供了最优的助洗和清洁效力。
所述非皂表面活性剂优选以所述固体洗涤剂组合物的5到80wt%,更优选为10到50wt%和最优选为15到35wt%的含量存在。
固体助洗剂组合物的制备方法
可以通过任何方法制备皂颗粒。优选地,中和相应的脂肪酸以形成皂,然后将其挤出,并且将挤出的条造粒。优选地,将盘式造粒机用于造粒。可以根据尺寸以任何适合的方法(优选通过筛分)分离皂粒料。
可以通过包括混合所述助洗剂组合物的所有成分的步骤的方法制备所述助洗剂组合物。优选地,通过包含以下步骤的方法制备所述助洗剂组合物:
(1)混合除了皂粒料以外的所述助洗剂组合物的所有成分,以制备预混物,和
(2)将所述皂粒料和所述预混物混合。
优选地,在低剪切混合器中实施所述步骤(2)。低剪切混合器的例子包括螺带混合器或共混器。优选地,不在曲拐式混合器中实施所述步骤(2)。
在低剪切混合器中,避免了皂粒料的破裂或变形,这样确保皂颗粒的尺寸保持不变,从而至少80wt%的所述皂颗粒保留在80目、优选70目的筛上。
固体洗涤剂组合物的制备方法
可以通过将所述非皂洗涤剂与所述助洗剂组合物混合制备所述洗涤剂组合物。
优选地,通过包括以下步骤的方法制备含有阴离子非皂表面活性剂的所述洗涤剂组合物:
(1)中和选自由直链烷基苯磺酸、α烯烃磺酸和伯烷基硫酸组成的组的酸,
(2)将经中和的物质与除皂以外的所述助洗剂组合物的所有成分混合,和
(3)将所述皂粒料与步骤(2)中获得的混合物混合
优选地,在低剪切混合器中实施所述步骤(3)。低剪切混合器的例子包括螺带混合器或共混器。优选地,不在曲拐式混合器中实施所述步骤(3)。在低剪切混合器中,避免了皂粒料的破裂或变形,这样确保皂颗粒的尺寸保持不变,从而至少80wt%的所述皂颗粒保留在80目、优选70目的筛上。

(3)将在步骤(2)中获得的直链烷基苯磺酸的镁盐的粒料与所述助洗剂组合物混合。
优选地,在低剪切混合器中实施所述步骤(3)。优选地,不在曲拐式混合器中实施所述步骤(3)。
更优选地,将在步骤(2)中获得的直链烷基苯磺酸的镁盐的粒料过筛,使得至少50wt%的所述直链烷基苯磺酸的镁盐的粒料保留在70目的筛上。
实施例
现在将通过实施例的帮助说明本发明。所述实施例仅仅用于说明目的而非以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
通过包括以下步骤的方法制备含皂的助洗剂组合物:
(1)混合除皂粒料以外的所述助洗剂组合物的所有成分以制备预混物,和
(2)在螺带混合器中将所述皂粒料与所述预混物混合。
在月桂酸钠的情况下,皂粒料含有80wt%的月桂酸钠。在棕榈酸钠的情况下,皂颗粒含有90wt%的皂。对比实施例A和对比实施例D的助洗剂组合物含有48.6wt%的碳酸钠、27wt%的碳酸钙、24.3wt%的偏硅酸钠。对比实施例A和对比实施例D不含皂。下表中的其它助洗剂组合物含有45wt%的碳酸钠、25wt%的碳酸钙、22.5wt%的偏硅酸钠和7.5wt%的皂。在所有实验中使用从Saurashtra Solid Industries得到的具有60m2/g的表面积和2-10微米的颗粒尺寸的碳酸钙。细节列表如下。

对比实施例G的助洗剂组合物含有48.5wt%的碳酸钠、37.7wt%的碳酸钙、9.7wt%的偏硅酸钠(五水合物)和4.1wt%的石灰(氢氧化钙)。对比实施G不含皂。
下表中的其它助洗剂组合物含有44.9wt%的碳酸钠、34.9wt%的碳酸钙、9wt%的偏硅酸钠(五水合物)、3.7wt%的石灰和7.5wt%的皂。

助洗动力学
将200mL的48℉H(即具有128ppm的Ca2+离子和38.4ppm的Mg2+离子)硬水放入玻璃烧杯中。向该溶液加入各种助洗剂组合物。加入所述助洗剂组合物后,用玻璃棒将所述溶液搅拌45秒。在加入所述助洗剂之后的预先设定时间通过注射器的帮助取出试样,并通过微量过滤器过滤到5mL玻璃小瓶中。如下所示通过EDTA滴定确定Ca2+离子和Mg2+离子的浓度:
总(钙和镁)离子浓度的测量
所述方法包括采用EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸的二钠盐)使用EBT(铬黑-T (Eriochrome Black-T))作为指示剂进行滴定。将约2mL测试溶液移液到150mL锥形瓶中。用约10mL水稀释所述溶液。向该溶液加入5mL氨-氯化铵pH10缓冲液。加入约35mg 的1%EBT的硝酸钾溶液。得到酒红色。在不断搅拌下从滴定管滴加标准化的EDTA溶液。随着加入更多的EDTA,颜色逐渐从酒红色变成紫色。通过从紫色到蓝色的颜色突变识别滴定终点。根据以下给出的方程计算总硬度。
总硬度(℉H)=EDTA的体积(mL)×EDTA的浓度(mM)×10/测试溶液的体积(mL)。

除了通过在150rpm运转的悬臂式搅拌机提供搅拌代替使用玻璃棒的人工搅拌以外,在所有方面都根据与之前描述相同的过程实施实验。这些实验在模拟洗衣机中条件的高搅拌状态操作。

洗涤剂组合物
下表中的所有洗涤剂组合物都含有19wt%的LAS(镁或钠盐)、67wt%的所述助洗剂组合物、3wt%的羧甲基纤维素钠、1wt%的亚硫酸钠、4wt%的氯化钠、2wt%的水分和包括香料和荧光增白剂的其它微量成分。
所有具有LAS镁盐的洗涤剂组合物都通过包括以下步骤的方法制备:
(1)用碳酸镁中和直链烷基苯磺酸,
(2)将在步骤(1)中获得的直链烷基苯磺酸的镁盐造粒,和;
(3)将在步骤(2)中获得的直链烷基苯磺酸的镁盐的粒料与所述助洗剂组合物混合。
在步骤(3)之前,将在步骤(2)中获得的直链烷基苯磺酸的镁盐的粒料进行过筛,使得所有所述粒料都保留在35目的筛上。
除了对比实施例K的洗涤剂组合物以外,所有具有LAS钠盐的洗涤剂组合物都通过包括以下步骤的方法制备:
(1)用碳酸钠中和直链烷基苯磺酸,
(2)在曲拐式混合器中将经中和的物质与所述助洗剂组合物的除皂以外的所有成分混合,和
(3)在螺带混合器中将所述皂粒料与步骤(2)中获得的混合物共混。
通过包括以下步骤的方法制备对比实施例K的洗涤剂组合物:
(1)用碳酸钠中和直链烷基苯磺酸,
(2)在曲拐式混合器中将经中和的物质与所述助洗剂组合物的包括皂的所有成分混合,
(3)在盘式造粒机中将步骤(2)中获得的混合物造粒。
将洗涤剂组合物过筛,并将保留在35目筛上的级分用于洗涤实验。
洗涤剂组合物在硬水中的织物清洁效力
取700mL先前制备的48℉H硬度的水放入TERGOTOMETER(Instrument Marketing Service, Inc., NJ, USA)的1L容器中。取包括WFK 10D、WFK20D和AS9(WFK-Testgewebe GmbH)各三个的九个测试监视件(monitors)。WFK 10D是具有复合污物的棉织物,WFK20D是具有复合污物的涤棉织物(poly-cotton fabric)和AS9是具有其它种类复合污物的棉织物。在液体与布的比率为50:1完成所述实验。将所述固体洗涤剂组合物加入到水中(3g/L)并以90rpm搅拌5分钟以溶解所述组合物。然后加入所述织物并使之浸泡15分钟。然后以90rpm搅拌实施洗涤30分钟。然后漂洗所述织物3次,每次3分钟。然后空气干燥所述织物。使用Macbeth彩色扫描分光光度计(color scan spectrophotometer)(Color Eye 7000A,Gretag-Macbeth)在460nm波长测量洗涤前后所述织物的反射率。ΔR*460值是经洗涤的织物和未洗涤的织物之间的反射率的差,并且是所使用的三个测试监视件的平均值。

将理解的是在硬水中本发明的洗涤剂组合物提供了相对较高的织物清洁效力。
Claims (10)
1.固体助洗剂组合物,其含有:
(v)所述助洗剂组合物的5到70wt%的碱金属碳酸盐,
(vi)所述助洗剂组合物的1到40wt%的碱金属硅酸盐,
(vii)所述助洗剂组合物的3到50wt%的碳酸钙,和
(viii)所述助洗剂组合物的1到25wt%的皂,
其特征在于所述皂是含有至少50wt%皂的颗粒形式,并且其特征在于至少80wt%的所述皂颗粒保留在80目的筛上。
2.权利要求1所述的固体助洗剂组合物,其含有0.1到15wt%的氧化钙或氢氧化钙。
3.固体洗涤剂组合物,其含有:
(i)权利要求1或2所述的固体助洗剂组合物,其特征在于所述皂是含有至少50wt%皂的颗粒形式,并且其特征在于至少80wt%的所述皂颗粒保留在80目的筛上,和
(ii)非皂表面活性剂。
4.权利要求3所述的固体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述助洗剂组合物以所述洗涤剂组合物的5到90wt%的浓度存在。
5.权利要求3所述的固体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述非皂表面活性剂以所述洗涤剂组合物的5到80wt%的浓度存在。
6.权利要求3所述的固体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述非皂表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂。
7.权利要求6所述的固体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂是选自由直链烷基苯磺酸、α烯烃磺酸和伯烷基硫酸组成的组的酸的盐。
8.权利要求6所述的固体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂是直链烷基苯磺酸的盐。
9.权利要求7所述的固体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述盐是碱土金属盐。
