植物生长调节剂通常用来调节作物植物的生长和发育。例如,植物生长调节剂用于减缓作物(比如油籽油菜)发育使其在希望的时间开花,降低作物(比如在谷物中)高度使其更加不易倒伏,增加氮效率,调节作物(比如果树)开花和座果以及减缓草皮草生长速率以降低割草频率。
现有几种不同类型的植物生长调节剂。已知类型包括唑类(比如烯效唑和多效唑)、环己烷羧酸类(比如抗倒酯和调环酸钙)、嘧啶甲醇类(比如呋嘧醇和环丙嘧啶醇)、季铵类(比如矮壮素和甲哌鎓)和磺酰基氨基苯基乙酰胺类(比如氟磺酰草胺)。

本发明的植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸可以同时或以任意顺序依次施用。如果依次给予,各组分可以在适宜的时间尺度中以任意顺序给予,例如在给予第一组分的时间与给予最终组分的时间之间不超过1月、不超过1周或不超过24小时。适宜地,各组分在数小时比如一小时的时间范围内给予。如果各组分同时给予,则其可以分开给予或者作为桶混或作为预先配制的混合物给予。在一种实施方式中,本发明的混合物或组合物可以在种植之前作为种子处理剂施用至草皮草。

可撒施配制剂,比如颗粒剂,也用于施用至草坪,特别是施用至高尔夫球场平坦球道,难以喷雾的区域,或其它专业草坪市场。
配制剂能够例如通过将植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸(此后称为‘活性成分’)与配制助剂混合来制备以便获得细分固体、颗粒、溶液、分散液或乳液形式的组合物。活性成分还可以与其它助剂一起配制,例如细分的固体、矿物油、植物油、改性的植物油、有机溶剂、水、表面活性物质或其组合。
颗粒剂配制剂可以通过各种手段分布,例如手工分布。为了所希望量的颗粒剂组合物的有效和均匀分布可以使用旋转式撒施器、抖动罐或滴式撒施器。为了处理大面积的草皮草,颗粒剂可以用装配于拖拉机或相似装置上的机械撒施器进行分布。
可以配制颗粒剂以提供活性成分的快速释放,例如通过与游离水分接触之后的快速崩解。另选地,可以配制颗粒剂以在延长的时间段内提供一种或两种活性成分缓慢、受控或延缓的释放,从而提供更长期的草坪品质改善并最小化重复施用的需要。
本发明中所用的颗粒配制剂包括挤出物和相对粗糙的颗粒。一般地,除了活性成分之外颗粒剂还能包括填料(也称为载体),表面活性剂(该术语能够包括分散剂和润湿剂)和辅剂比如粘合剂、稳定剂和缓冲剂。填料可以是惰性的或者可以提供生物学功能,比如充当肥料。填料以及其它组分,优选在颗粒剂制备期间或在长期贮藏或用于田间的情况下不应降解活性物质。本领域技术人员可以方便地选择合适的颗粒剂组分来满足这些标准。
颗粒剂配制剂的典型载体包括肥料,细砂,石灰石,漂白土,凹凸棒石粘土,斑脱粘土,蒙脱石粘土,蛭石,珍珠岩,碳酸钙,砖,浮石,叶蜡石,高岭土,白云石,灰泥,木屑,玉米芯粉,磨碎的花生壳,糖类,氯化钠,硫酸钠,硅酸钠,硼酸钠,氧化镁,云母,氧化铁,氧化锌,氧化钛,氧化锑,冰晶石,石膏,白垩,沸石,方解石,硅藻土,硫酸钙和吸收农药或能用农药包覆的其它有机或无机材料。
颗粒剂基底物质可以是上述典型载体之一和/或可以是肥料比如脲/甲醛肥料,脲,钾化合物(比如硫酸钾,硝酸钾,氯化钾,氧化钾,偏磷酸钾),铵化合物(比如硝酸铵,硫酸铵,磷酸铵),磷化合物(比如磷酸),硫,相似的植物营养素和微量营养素及其混合物或组合。本发明的化合物可以均匀地分布于整个颗粒剂,在形成颗粒剂之后喷雾浸渍或吸收至颗粒剂基底上,或者包衣至颗粒剂表面上。
通常,氮基肥料常规地用于草皮草治理中以供养草皮草并刺激生长。本发明的特别有效的组合物是颗粒剂组合物,其具有约0.5mm至2.5mm,尤其是1mm至2mm的平均颗粒尺寸。这些组合物优选作为干燥产品施用。
可以使用粘合剂来使颗粒剂的各组分结团。当存在时,粘合剂的典型量可以是多至约20重量百分比(按颗粒组合物干重计),更一般地为约2至约20重量百分比。所述粘合剂将各成分粘合成颗粒基质并且在操作期间保持颗粒尺寸。适宜粘合剂的实例包括酿造用浓缩可溶物(brewerscondensed solubles),木质素磺酸酯\盐,碳酸钠木质素,甘蔗糖蜜,甜菜糖浆,甜菜糖蜜,去糖甜菜糖蜜,乳清,淀粉,含甘蔗糖蜜等的大豆可溶物,水解的胶原,氨基酸溶液,纤维素衍生物,或者基于纤维素的聚合物粘合剂。还可以使用具有与例如酿造用浓缩可溶物特性相当的其它水溶性粘合剂。
当希望改变颗粒剂特性时,可以加入其它辅剂比如表面活性剂、分散剂、崩解剂、润湿剂等。
配制剂中还可以存在其它组分,包括表面活性剂比如重芳族石脑油、煤油和其它石油馏分,或者植物油;和/或粘着剂比如糊精、胶水或合成树脂。
另外,本发明的组合物可以任选包含一种或多种额外的农药比如杀昆虫剂,杀线虫剂,杀真菌剂或除草剂或者额外的植物生长调节剂。这可以通过防治昆虫和线虫病虫害、真菌疾病和杂草进一步改善草皮草品质。将农药共配制于本发明配制剂中具有最小化操作员将产品施用至草皮草所用时间的附加益处,原因是可以仅需要单次施用以增强品质和防治病虫害。
本发明的组合物可以含有约0.001%至约99%重量的活性成分。适宜地,所述组合物含有约0.001%至约50%重量的活性成分。更适宜地,所述组合物含有约0.001%至约10%重量的活性成分。更适宜地,所述组合物含有约0.001%至约1%重量的活性成分。如果所述配制剂是需要在使用之前用水稀释的浓缩物形式,与无需稀释即可使用的组合物相比其将含有较高量的活性成分。
本发明化合物的施用率可以在宽范围内变化并取决于土壤性质,施用方法,待防治的靶标昆虫病虫害,主要气候条件,和受施用方法和施用时间影响的其它因素。本发明化合物一般以0.001至4kg/ha,特别是0.005至1kg/ha,尤其是0.01至0.5kg/ha的用量施用。适宜地,抗倒酯以约50至约100g ai/ha的用量施用,而茉莉酸以约100至约700g ai/ha的用量施用。抗倒酯的特别优选的用量为96g ai/ha。茉莉酸的特别优选的用量为672g ai/ha。
根据本发明,提供用植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸或者其盐或酯处理的草皮草种子,其中所述草皮草是翦股颖。
根据本发明,也提供包含植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸或者其盐或酯的组合物用于如上文所述改善草皮草品质和/或增强草皮草绿色的用途,其中所述草皮草是翦股颖。
根据本发明的组合物能够通过用根据本发明的组合物处理草皮草的处所施用至草皮草。例如,根据本发明的组合物能够在将草皮草种子播种或置于土壤中之前或在其之后施用至所述土壤;或者根据本发明的组合物能够在将草皮草种子置于基底中之前或在其之后施用至用于生长草皮草的基底;或者根据本发明的组合物能够在基底上生长的草皮草与基底一起置于土壤顶部之前施用至土壤;或者根据本发明的组合物能够在种植之前施用至草皮草种子。
下述实施例进一步举例说明本发明。尽管本发明已参照优选实施方式及其实施例进行描述,本发明的范围并不仅限于描述的那些实施方式。本领域技术人员将明了,能够对上述发明进行变化和调整而不背离本发明的由所附权利要求所定义和限制的主旨和范围。
实施例
实施例1
在各种用量测试包含茉莉酸甲酯(SL配制剂,购自Fischer),抗倒酯(形式为Primo),或其两者(桶混)的组合物对翦股颖(匍匐剪股颖(Agrostis palustris))品种Crenshaw的效果。全部处理包括0.25%v/v的助剂NIS。在处理之后于各种时间间隔评价对草皮草的百分比伤害,和草皮草品质(按1至9的标准等级)。

实施例2
在各种用量测试包含茉莉酸甲酯(购自Aldrich),抗倒酯(形式为Primo120EC),或其两者(桶混)的组合物对翦股颖(匍匐剪股颖(Agrostis palustris))品种A1的效果。在第二处理之后5和12天评价绿色。结果示于表4。

结果显示在施用抗倒酯和茉莉酸的混合物的情况下,特别是在以高用量施用各化合物的情况下,观察到颜色的改善。
实施例3
在各种用量测试包含茉莉酸甲酯(SL配制剂,购自Fischer),抗倒酯(形式为Primo),多效唑(形式为),或者这些产品的桶混剂的组合物对匍匐翦股颖(匍匐剪股颖(Agrostis palustris))品种PennTrio的效果。表5提供所进行的处理的列表。在处理之后于各种时间间隔评价草皮草品质(按等级0至10)和草皮草颜色-结果示于表6和7。

Claims (16)
1.通过向草皮草施用植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸或者其盐或酯改善草皮草品质的方法,其中所述草皮草是翦股颖。
2.通过向草皮草施用植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸或者其盐或酯增强草皮草绿色的方法,其中所述草皮草是翦股颖。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸同时施用。
4.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸以任意顺序分开地施用至所述草皮草。
5.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸在种植之前施用至草皮草种子。
6.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸作为组合物施用。
7.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述茉莉酸以茉莉酸甲酯形式施用。
8.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述植物生长调节剂选自抗倒酯,调环酸钙,多效唑,烯效唑,甲哌鎓,矮壮素,呋嘧醇,氟磺酰草胺及其混合物。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其中所述植物生长调节剂是抗倒酯或多效唑。
10.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述草皮草是匍匐翦股颖。
11.组合物,其包含植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸或者其盐或酯。
12.根据权利要求11的组合物,其中所述茉莉酸是茉莉酸甲酯形式。
13.根据权利要求11的组合物,其中所述植物生长调节剂选自抗倒酯,调环酸钙,多效唑,烯效唑,甲哌鎓,矮壮素,呋嘧醇,氟磺酰草胺及其混合物。
14.根据权利要求13的组合物,其中所述植物生长调节剂是抗倒酯或多效唑。
15.根据权利要求11至14中任一项的组合物用于改善草皮草品质和/或增强草皮草绿色的用途,其中所述草皮草是翦股颖。
16.用植物生长调节剂和茉莉酸或者其盐或酯处理的草皮草种子,其中所述草皮草是翦股颖。
