Abstract

本发明公开了一种蒸汽清洗机锅炉,包括外壳和套于外壳内的热交换体,所述外壳设有进水接头和蒸汽喷嘴,所述热交换体上安装有加热部件,所述热交换体的外表面开设有凹槽,该凹槽与所述外壳上的进水接头和蒸汽喷嘴相连通,该凹槽被所述外壳的内壁包封成蒸汽发生腔。与现有技术相比,本发明蒸汽发生腔与热交换体接触更为充分,锅炉的热交换率更高。

蒸汽清洗机锅炉及蒸汽清洗系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸汽清洗机锅炉,以及使用该锅炉的蒸汽清洗系统。
背景技术
现有的蒸汽清洗机锅炉一般由加热部件、热交换体和紧贴于热交换体表面的蒸汽发生通道组成。加热部件所产生的热量通过热交换体传递至蒸汽发生通道,使蒸汽发生通道内的水受热变成蒸汽。该蒸汽发生通道一般采用单独制作的金属管道。这样的蒸汽清洗机锅炉的缺陷在于蒸汽发生通道与热交换体之间的接触面积有限,热交换率不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种蒸汽清洗机锅炉,其蒸汽发生通道与热交换体之间接触充分,热交换率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种蒸汽清洗机锅炉,包括外壳和套于外壳内的热交换体,所述外壳设有进水接头和蒸汽喷嘴,所述热交换体上安装有加热部件,所述热交换体的外表面开设有凹槽,该凹槽与所述外壳上的进水接头和蒸汽喷嘴相连通,该凹槽被所述外壳的内壁包封成蒸汽发生腔。
优选地,所述凹槽呈螺旋状绕热交换体表面开设。
优选地,所述热交换体内部设有二次蒸发腔,所述蒸汽发生腔通过该二次蒸发腔与蒸汽喷嘴连通。
优选地,所述二次蒸发腔通过所述热交换体上开设的连接孔与蒸汽发生腔的一个端部相通。
优选地,所述加热部件为电加热体。
优选地,所述热交换体两端的外壁上分别开设卡槽,卡槽上分别嵌装有密封圈,以防止蒸汽发生腔内的流水或蒸汽泄漏。
本发明还包括一种蒸汽清洗系统,该蒸汽清洗系统包括前述任何一种蒸汽清洗机锅炉。
与现有技术相比,本发明蒸汽发生腔与热交换体接触更为充分,锅炉的热交换率更高。同时,由于增设了二次蒸发腔,可以利用热交换体剩余的热量将蒸汽中少量未完全汽化和部分重新凝结的液态水完全汽化,避免了蒸汽清洗机的漏水问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图1和图2所示,该蒸汽清洗机锅炉包括一个桶状的外壳2和一个桶状的热交换体1,该热交换体1套接于外壳2内部,并且两者开口相对。所述外壳2的一侧设有进水接头21,顶部设有蒸汽喷嘴22。所述热交换体1的底部安装有电加热体15。所述热交换体1的外表面上呈螺旋状地开设有凹槽12,该凹槽12与外壳2的内壁构成蒸汽发生腔,凹槽12的一端为入水口11,该入水口11与外壳2上的进水接头21相通,另一端通过热交换体1上开设的一个连接孔13与热交换体1内部的空腔连通,该热交换体内的空腔为二次蒸发腔14,该二次蒸发腔14与蒸汽喷嘴22连通。
锅炉工作时,水通过进水接头21进入到热交换体凹槽12(蒸汽发生腔)内,电加热体15产生的热量通过热交换体1传递至蒸汽发生腔使其内部的水受热变成蒸汽。蒸汽中少量未气化的水经连接孔13进入二次蒸发腔14,并被热交换体1中的热量再次加热完全汽化后经外壳2中的蒸汽喷口22喷出。
由于蒸汽发生腔直接开设于热交换体上,与现有技术中所采用的蒸汽发生腔紧贴于热交换体相比,本发明的蒸汽发生腔与热交换体接触面积更大,热交换更为充分,锅炉的热交换率更高。同时,由于增设了二次蒸发腔,可以利用热交换体剩余的热量将蒸汽中少量未完全汽化和部分重新凝结的液态水完全汽化,避免了蒸汽清洗机的漏水问题。
以上公开的仅为本发明的一个具体实施例,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种蒸汽清洗机锅炉,包括外壳(2)和套于外壳(2)内的热交换体(1),所述外壳(2)上设有进水接头(21)和蒸汽喷嘴(22),所述热交换体(1)上安装有加热部件,其特征在于:所述热交换体(1)的外表面开设有凹槽(12),该凹槽(12)与所述外壳(2)上的进水接头(21)和蒸汽喷嘴(22)相连通,该凹槽(12)被所述外壳(2)的内壁包封成蒸汽发生腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽清洗机锅炉,其特征在于:所述凹槽(12)呈螺旋状绕热交换体(1)表面开设。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽清洗机锅炉,其特征在于:所述热交换体(1)内部设有二次蒸发腔(14),所述蒸汽发生腔通过该二次蒸发腔(14)与蒸汽喷嘴(22)连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蒸汽清洗机锅炉,其特征在于:所述二次蒸发腔(14)通过所述热交换体(1)上开设的连接孔(13)与蒸汽发生腔的一个端部相通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽清洗机锅炉,其特征在于:所述加热部件为电加热体(15)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽清洗机锅炉,其特征在于:所述热交换体(1)两端的外壁上分别开设卡槽(16),卡槽(16)上分别嵌装有密封圈(3),以防止蒸汽发生腔内的流水或蒸汽泄漏。
7.一种蒸汽清洗系统,其特征在于:该蒸汽清洗系统包括前述任何一种蒸汽清洗机锅炉。
