Abstract

一种互锁式对接钻头,它包括锥面凹缘锁止钻头和锥头凸缘锁止钻头两部分。所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头一端是连接螺纹,另一端为锥面凹缘锁止钻头钻头体,钻头体由三个“L”型刮刀片环中心轴均布,中心轴处设置锥面凹缘导向槽;所述锥头凸缘锁止钻头与锥面凹缘锁止钻头对应结构配置,中心轴处设置锥头凸缘导向体。锥面凹缘锁止钻头和锥头凸缘锁止钻头对接后,锥头凸缘导向体嵌入锥面凹缘导向槽,两组刮刀片交错扣合锁止。按照本发明的独特设计,两组钻头一起应用在长距离的水平定向钻施工中时,在对接区域内碰头后,通过两组钻头的对接锁止,将对接钻头两端的钻杆连接在一起,牵引出土,完成导向孔穿越。

互锁式对接钻头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种互锁式对接钻头,尤其是一种适用于长距离地下非开挖式钻孔的施工工具。
背景技术
水平定向钻对穿技术适用于在超长距离、复杂地理地质条件等因素的影响下进行的钻孔施工。目前,对穿技术采用的钻头均为单侧钻头,即出、入土两端的钻头相互独立,相向进行定向钻进,实现导向孔穿越,在到达对接区域时完成导向孔对接。在软质地层或软硬不均等复杂地质条件下,进行长距离的导向孔对接,采用目前市场上的钻头存在的缺点是:即便采用单侧钻头实现了对接区域内出、入土两端导向孔的顺利对接,由于地层松软,孔极易变形,单侧钻头也很难沿着出土端钻头所钻导向孔顺利出土。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服目前市场上的钻头存在的缺陷,提供一种适用于超长距离、可在软质地层或软硬不均的复杂地质状况下进行水平定向钻施工的互锁式对接钻头,它能通过锥头凸缘锁止钻头和锥面凹缘锁止钻头的旋转扣合,实现两边钻杆的连接,然后将对接钻头牵引出土,顺利完成导向孔的对接穿越。
本发明所述问题是以下述技术方案实现的:
一种互锁式对接钻头,构成中包括锥面凹缘锁止钻头和锥头凸缘锁止钻头两部分。所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头一端是钻头连接螺纹,另一端为锥面凹缘锁止钻头钻头体,钻头体由三个 “L”型刮刀片环中心轴均布,中心轴处设置锥面凹缘导向槽;所述锥头凸缘锁止钻头一端是钻头连接螺纹,另一端为锥头凸缘锁止钻头钻头体,钻头体由三个“L”型刮刀片环中心轴均布,中心轴处设置锥头凸缘导向体。锥面凹缘锁止钻头和锥头凸缘锁止钻头对接后,锥头凸缘导向体嵌入锥面凹缘导向槽,通过两组刮刀片交错扣合锁止。
上述互锁式对接钻头,所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头和锥头凸缘锁止钻头均带有喷嘴。
上述互锁式对接钻头,所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头和锥头凸缘锁止钻头的钻头体上均镶嵌硬质合金粒。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本发明的结构设计,锥面凹缘锁止钻头和锥头凸缘锁止钻头一起应用在长距离、软质地层的水平定向钻施工中时,在对接区域内碰头后,通过两组钻头的对接锁止,将对接钻头两端的钻杆连接在一起,牵引出土,完成导向孔穿越。

具体实施方式
参看图 1、图 2、图3,本发明构成中包括锥面凹缘锁止钻头1和锥头凸缘锁止钻头6两部分。所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头1一端是锥面凹缘锁止钻头连接螺纹8,另一端为锥面凹缘锁止钻头钻头体,钻头体由三个“L”型刮刀片2环中心轴均布,中心轴处设置锥面凹缘导向槽3;所述锥头凸缘锁止钻头6一端是锥头凸缘锁止钻头连接螺纹9,另一端为锥头凸缘锁止钻头钻头体,钻头体由三个“L”型刮刀片5环中心轴均布,中心轴处设置锥头凸缘导向体4。锥面凹缘锁止钻头1和锥头凸缘锁止钻头6对接后,锥头凸缘导向体4嵌入锥面凹缘导向槽3,锥面凹缘锁止钻头刮刀片2与锥头凸缘锁止钻头刮刀片5交错扣合锁止。
在锥面凹缘锁止钻头1和锥头凸缘锁止钻头6的钻头体表面上镶嵌硬质合金粒7,可以在硬质土层或岩石上钻孔。
参看图 1、图 2、图3,本发明构成中的锥面凹缘锁止钻头1和锥头凸缘锁止钻头6每一部分单独工作时和普通钻头类似,通过连接螺纹安装在钻杆前端的泥浆马达上面,回转破碎砂层、淤泥、泥岩、岩石等。当两部分一起应用在长距离的软质地层的导向孔对接施工中时,由钻机驱动出、入土两端的锥面凹缘锁止钻头1和锥头凸缘锁止钻头6通过锥头凸缘导向体4嵌入锥面凹缘导向槽3,完成对接,然后旋转扣合在一起,紧固连接,实现锁止,这样便可以顺利将对接钻头牵引出土,完成导向孔的贯通。

1.一种互锁式对接钻头,其特征是,构成中包括锥面凹缘锁止钻头(1)和锥头凸缘锁止钻头(6)两部分;所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头(1)一端是锥面凹缘锁止钻头连接螺纹(8),另一端为锥面凹缘锁止钻头钻头体,钻头体由三个“L”型刮刀片(2)环中心轴均布,中心轴处设置锥面凹缘导向槽(3);所述锥头凸缘锁止钻头(6)一端是锥头凸缘锁止钻头连接螺纹(9),另一端为锥头凸缘锁止钻头钻头体,钻头体由三个“L”型刮刀片(5)环中心轴均布,中心轴处设置锥头凸缘导向体(4);锥面凹缘锁止钻头(1)和锥头凸缘锁止钻头(6)处于对接位置时,锥头凸缘导向体(4)即嵌入锥面凹缘导向槽(3),锥面凹缘锁止钻头刮刀片(2)与锥头凸缘锁止钻头刮刀片(5)交错扣合锁止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的互锁式对接钻头,其特征是,所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头(1)和锥头凸缘锁止钻头(6)分别带有喷嘴。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的互锁式对接钻头,其特征是,所述锥面凹缘锁止钻头(1)和锥头凸缘锁止钻头(6)的钻头体上均镶嵌硬质合金粒(7)。
