Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗风寒荨麻疹的药物——活血消风液的配方：僵蚕、蝉蜕、生地、苏木、羌活、防风、荆芥、陈皮、甘草、川芎、紫苏、白芷、地肤子、丹皮、赤芍、当归，将上述16味中药加水400毫升，文火煎至250毫升时滤出，均匀分为两份，口服，上、下午各一次。1天1剂，15天为一个疗程，一般服用1-2个疗程可获痊愈，治愈率达98.8％。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗荨麻疹的医药，特别是涉及一种以中药为原料制备的治疗风寒荨麻疹的药物——活血消风液。
背景技术
荨麻疹俗称风团、风疹团、风疙瘩、风疹块，与风疹名称相似，但却非同一疾病，是一种常见的皮肤病。症状是局部或全身性皮肤上突然成片出现白色肿块，甚痒，乍发乍退，不留痕迹，日或反复数次，致病因素复杂，多为表虚血热所致，大体分为风寒和风热致病两种情况。西医诊断本病为过敏所引起，用药好转，停药复发，不能彻底治愈。
发明内容
本发明用于治疗由风寒引起的荨麻疹，症状为皮肤瘙痒、出现时起时落的白色团块、舌苔薄白、脉浮。
本发明的药物是由以下重量份数的中药为原料制备而成的：
僵蚕15g 蝉蜕10g 生地10g 苏木10g 羌活10g 防风10g 荆芥15g 陈皮10g甘草10g 川芎15g 紫苏10g 白芷10g 地肤子15g 丹皮10g 赤芍10g 当归15g
本发明是将上述重量份数的16味中药加水400毫升，文火煎至250毫升时滤出，均匀分为两份，口服，上、下午各一次。1天1剂，15天为一个疗程，一般服用1-2个疗程可获痊愈。
荨麻疹多为表虚血热所致。本发明方中，僵蚕、蝉蜕、羌活祛风解痉、散寒祛风、除湿透疹；苏木、川芎、白芷行血祛瘀、消肿止痒；防风、荆芥既散风寒，又能发散风热；地肤子清热利湿、祛风止痒；丹皮、赤芍活血通经、凉血散瘀，血行风自灭。上述药物配伍使用，协同作用，清热解毒，除湿透疹，达到治愈的目的。
本发明的药物见效快、疗效好、服用方便，安全无毒副作用，对于治疗风寒荨麻疹一般7天起效，15-20天可获痊愈。
为进一步证明本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性。选择81例风寒荨麻疹患者对本发明药物进行临床观察。
81例患者中，男性有37例，女性有44例，全部使用本发明方进行治疗，每日服用1剂，连续服用20天。
疗效标准：显效：肿块消失，瘙痒减轻。有效：完全治愈，不再复发。无效：病情无明显变化。

1.一种活血消风液的制备方法，其特征是：是由下列16味中药材加水400毫升煎至250毫升滤出而成：
僵蚕15克 蝉蜕10克 生地10克 苏木10克 羌活10克 防风10克 荆芥15克 陈皮10克 甘草10克 川芎15克 紫苏10克 白芷10克 地肤子15克 丹皮10克 赤芍10克 当归15克。
