Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢板用的搪瓷釉料，该釉料在煅烧后可赋予搪瓷着瓷制品耐蚀性、耐化学性、耐候性和装饰性能，可改良搪瓷的使用寿命。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种搪瓷釉料，解决了目前搪瓷釉料在高温、高湿度环境中易变形、软化的缺陷，提供了一种耐腐蚀、抗软化、变形的搪瓷釉料。本发明由B2O3 、Li2O、Na2O、MgO 、Al2O3 、 SiO2 、P2O5 、SO3 、K2O、CaO、TiO2 、Cr2O3等组成。

Description

一种搪瓷釉料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢板用的搪瓷釉料，该釉料在煅烧后可赋予搪瓷着瓷制品耐蚀性、耐化学性、耐候性和装饰性能，可改良搪瓷的使用寿命。
背景技术
众所周知，涂漆和搪瓷着瓷方法可赋予钢板各种性能，诸如耐蚀性、耐化学性、耐候性和装饰性，而且可以改良其使用寿命。而搪瓷着瓷钢板桶涂漆钢板相比在许多方面是更加优异的，例如硬度、耐候性、清洗复原性、耐热性和阻燃性，但是也存在相应问题，即生产成本昂贵且搪瓷层容易剥离。
目前，搪瓷着瓷产物也叫做后涂覆制品，是通过先加工钢板然后搪瓷涂覆制备的。与预涂覆制品相比其制造成本相当昂贵，预涂覆制品时先连续涂覆卷材钢板，然后在搪瓷着瓷和煅烧之后进行板材的制作。另一方面，涂漆钢板的薄膜对后加工在某种程度上是有毒的。因此，由预涂覆钢板可制造轻微加工制品，则降低了制造成本，所以已广泛使用涂漆钢板。换言之，搪瓷和涂漆制品在价格上的差别限制了搪瓷技术领域的扩大应用。但是，由于搪瓷制品本身具有的高度抑制污染作用和通过清洗可优异复原的耐化学性，仍广泛使用于医院。
出于这个原因，目前，迫切需要发展一种搪瓷着瓷钢板，该搪瓷钢板在煅烧搪瓷图层之后进行弯曲加工时，仍能保持搪瓷图层不剥离。
为了解决上述存在的问题，主要针对搪瓷釉料的配方采取了改进。但是，目前没有。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种搪瓷釉料，解决了目前搪瓷釉料在高温、高湿度环境中易变形、软化的缺陷，提供了一种耐腐蚀、抗软化、变形的搪瓷釉料。
本发明提供了以下技术方案：一种搪瓷釉料，其特征在于它是由以下质量百分比的化合物组成。
B2O3   4.0～5.0%、       Li2O  6.0～7.0%、      Na2O  12.0～13.0%、
MgO  0.30～0.80%、     Al2O3  1.50～2.0%、     SiO2  60.0～62.0%、
P2O5  0.08～0.15%、     SO3   0.05～0.10%、     K2O 1.40～1.60%、
CaO  2.10～2.40%、     TiO2   2.10～2.40%、    Cr2O3  0.03～0.08%、
MnO 0.60～1.0%、      Fe2O3  0.20～0.60%、   Co3O4   1.20～1.50%、
NiO  0.20～0.50%、     CuO 0.60～1.0%、       ZnO  0.20～0.50%、
SrO   0.20～0.40%、     ZrO2  1.50～2.0%、     Nb2O5 0.005～0.02%、
MoO3  0.30～0.60%、     BaO  2.0～2.50%、     HfO2  0.04～0.10%。
所述的搪瓷釉料，由以下质量百分比的化合物组成。
B2O3   4.0～4.5%、       Li2O  6.0～6.5%、      Na2O  12.0～12.5%、
MgO  0.30～0.60%、     Al2O3  1.50～1.80%、    SiO2  60.0～61.0%、
P2O5  0.08～0.12%、     SO3   0.05～0.08%、     K2O 1.45～1.55%  、
CaO  2.20～2.30%、     TiO2   2.20～2.30%、    Cr2O3  0.03～0.06%、
MnO 0.60～0.80%、     Fe2O3  0.30～0.50% 、   Co3O4   1.30～1.50%、
NiO  0.20～0.40%、      CuO 0.60～0.80%  、  ZnO  0.25～0.40% 、
SrO   0.25～0.30%、     ZrO2  1.60～1.80%、    Nb2O5 0.08～0.015%、
MoO3  0.40～0.50%、     BaO  2.10～2.40%、     HfO2  0.04～0.08%。
所述的搪瓷釉料，由以下质量百分比的化合物组成。
B2O3   4.0～4.4%、       Li2O  6.0～6.4%、      Na2O  12.0～12.5%、
MgO  0.30～0.50%、     Al2O3  1.50～1.70%、    SiO2  60.0～60.8%、
P2O5  0.09～0.11%、     SO3   0.05～0.07%、     K2O 1.50～1.55% 、
CaO  2.25～2.30%、     TiO2   2.25～2.30%、    Cr2O3  0.04～0.06%、
MnO  0.65～0.75%、    Fe2O3  0.35～0.38% 、   Co3O4   1.30～1.50%、
NiO  0.20～0.30%、     CuO 0.65～0.75% 、    ZnO  0.25～0.35%、
SrO   0.25～0.28%、     ZrO2  1.70～1.80%、    Nb2O5 0.01～0.012%、
MoO3  0.40～0.45%、     BaO  2.20～2.30%、     HfO2  0.04～0.06%。
所述的搪瓷釉料，由以下质量百分比的化合物组成。
B2O3   4.2%、       Li2O  6.2%、     Na2O  12.28%、    MgO  0.45%、
Al2O3  1.60%、     SiO2 60.50%、    P2O5  0.10%、     SO3   0.06%、
K2O 1.53% 、      CaO  2.27%、     TiO2 2.28%、    Cr2O3  0.05%、
MnO 0.70%、      Fe2O3  0.36% 、    Co3O4   1.40%、   NiO  0.25%、
CuO 0.70%  、     ZnO  0.30% 、    SrO  0.27%、     ZrO2  1.75%、
Nb2O5 0.01%、      MoO3  0.44%、     BaO  2.25%、     HfO2  0.05%。
本发明提供的搪瓷釉料中含有ZnO，由于铝锌合金镀层中锌的存在会降低镀层和搪瓷层之间的粘附，因此当所得搪瓷钢板在搪瓷化后进行弯曲加工时，会加大搪瓷层剥离的问题。由于锌对氧化反应具有高度的敏感性，因此其易在搪瓷化步骤中与搪瓷涂层中的无机氧化物涂层发生氧化反应；通过氧化形成的层会在其边界处损伤镀层和搪瓷层之间的粘附。通过在镀层和最上面的搪瓷层之间夹层中间层，即可控制这些层的氧化反应，就能一直铝锌合金镀层与搪瓷涂层的任何过度的氧化。
接触钢板的合金镀层内存在具有牺牲耐蚀性作用的锌，且在合金镀层和搪瓷层边界处以高含量存在对搪瓷粘附优异的铝，因此得到预涂覆类型的搪瓷钢板。该添加三氧化二铝的搪瓷钢板不仅具有优异的搪瓷粘附性和抑制端面锈蚀性，而且还有抑制弯曲加工部分生锈的作用。
本发明提供的瓷釉中含有的Na2O、Li2O是搪瓷釉料的助溶剂，其具有扩大烧成幅度，影响搪瓷烧制温度、生成搪瓷的光泽度和耐久性。
本发明提供的搪瓷釉料中含有NiO、Co3O4、MnO、P2O5，这些化合物属于密着剂，具有抑制铝锌合金镀层与搪瓷层的反应。
本发明提供的搪瓷釉料中含有的CaO是很好的助熔原料，其能显著地降低瓷釉中熔融物的粘度。
本发明提供的搪瓷釉料中含有的BaO是影响生成搪瓷层的化学耐久性、机械性能及热膨胀系数的组分。
本发明搪瓷釉料中的SiO2是影响生成搪瓷层的化学耐久性和机械性能的组分。
本发明提供的搪瓷釉料中含有的CaO和TiO2一起使用起到亚光的效果。
本发明涉及的配比及其百分含量均以质量百分比计。
综上所述，本发明具有相比现有搪瓷钢板更耐高温的特性，具体表现在，耐高温，在长时间高温环境中，表面搪瓷釉面的软化时间长，同时耐腐蚀性能良好，釉面处在高温环境中，可长时间保持耐腐蚀的特性。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。在这些实施例中，除另有说明外，所有百分含量均以重量计。
实施例1。
一种搪瓷釉料，它是由以下质量百分比的化合物组成：B2O3   4.0、Li2O  6.0、Na2O  12.0%、 MgO 0.80%、Al2O3 2.0%、SiO2  62.0%、P2O5  0.08%、SO3   0.05%、     K2O 1.40%  、CaO2.40%、TiO2  2.40%、Cr2O3 0.08%、MnO 0.60%、Fe2O3  0.20% 、   Co3O4 1.20%、 NiO  0.50%、CuO 1.0%、ZnO  0.50% 、SrO   0.20%、ZrO2  1.50%、     Nb2O5 0.0052%、MoO3  0.60%、BaO  2.50%、HfO2 0.10%、其余为水。
上述配方制得的搪瓷釉料，处在750℃时，可保持10小时内不软化，24小时内不变形。同时处在湿度80%的环境下，表面不腐蚀。
实施例2。
一种搪瓷釉料，它由以下质量百分比的化合物组成：B2O3  4.5%、       Li2O6.5%、Na2O  12.5%、 MgO  0.30%、Al2O3  1.50%、SiO2  60.0%、P2O5  0.12%、     SO3  0.08%、K2O 1.55%、CaO  2.20%、TiO2   2.20%、Cr2O3  0.03%、MnO 0.80%、     Fe2O3  0.50% 、Co3O4   1.50%、 NiO  0.20%、CuO 0.60%、ZnO  0.25% 、SrO   0.30%、     ZrO2  1.80%、Nb2O5 0.015%、MoO3  0.40%、BaO  2.100%、HfO2  0.04%、其余为水。
上述配方制得的搪瓷釉料，处在750℃时，可保持10小时内不软化，24小时内不变形。同时处在湿度80%的环境下，表面不腐蚀。
实施例3。
一种搪瓷釉料，它由以下质量百分比的化合物组成：B2O3 4.0%、Li2O6.4%、      Na2O  12.0%、 MgO  0.50%、Al2O3  1.50%、SiO2  60.8%、P2O5  0.09%、SO3  0.07%、     K2O 1.50%、CaO  2.30%、TiO2   2.25%、Cr2O3 0.06%、MnO  0.65%、Fe2O3  0.38% 、   Co3O4   1.30%、 NiO  0.30%、CuO 0.655%  、ZnO  0.35% 、SrO   0.25%、ZrO2 1.80%、    Nb2O5 0.01%、MoO3  0.45%、BaO  2.20%、HfO2  0.06%、其余为水。
上述配方制得的搪瓷釉料，处在750℃时，可保持10小时内不软化，24小时内不变形。同时处在湿度80%的环境下，表面不腐蚀。
实施例4。
一种搪瓷釉料，它由以下质量百分比的化合物组成： B2O3   4.2%、       Li2O  6.2%、Na2O  12.28%、MgO  0.45%、  Al2O3  1.60%、SiO2 60.50%、P2O5  0.10%、     SO3   0.06%、K2O 1.53% 、CaO  2.27%、TiO2 2.28%、Cr2O3  0.05%、MnO 0.70%、      Fe2O3  0.36% 、Co3O4   1.40%、NiO  0.25%、CuO 0.70%、ZnO  0.30% 、SrO  0.27%、     ZrO2  1.75%、Nb2O5 0.01%、MoO3  0.44%、BaO  2.25%、HfO2  0.05%、其余为水。
上述配方制得的搪瓷釉料，处在750℃时，可保持10小时内不软化，24小时内不变形。同时处在湿度80%的环境下，表面不腐蚀。

Claims (4)

1.一种搪瓷釉料，其特征在于它是由以下质量百分比的化合物组成：
B2O3   4.0～5.0%、       Li2O  6.0～7.0%、      Na2O  12.0～13.0%、 
MgO  0.30～0.80%、     Al2O3  1.50～2.0%、     SiO2  60.0～62.0%、
P2O5  0.08～0.15%、     SO3   0.05～0.10%、     K2O 1.40～1.60%、
CaO  2.10～2.40%、     TiO2   2.10～2.40%、    Cr2O3  0.03～0.08%、
MnO 0.60～1.0%、      Fe2O3  0.20～0.60%、   Co3O4   1.20～1.50%、 
NiO  0.20～0.50%、     CuO 0.60～1.0%、       ZnO  0.20～0.50%、  
SrO   0.20～0.40%、     ZrO2  1.50～2.0%、     Nb2O5 0.005～0.02%、
MoO3  0.30～0.60%、     BaO  2.0～2.50%、     HfO2  0.04～0.10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搪瓷釉料，其特征在于由以下质量百分比的化合物组成：

MgO  0.30～0.60%、     Al2O3  1.50～1.80%、    SiO2  60.0～61.0%、
P2O5  0.08～0.12%、     SO3   0.05～0.08%、     K2O 1.45～1.55%、
CaO  2.20～2.30%、     TiO2   2.20～2.30%、    Cr2O3  0.03～0.06%、
MnO 0.60～0.80%、     Fe2O3  0.30～0.50%、   Co3O4   1.30～1.50%、 
NiO  0.20～0.40%、      CuO 0.60～0.80%、  ZnO  0.25～0.40%、  
SrO   0.25～0.30%、     ZrO2  1.60～1.80%、    Nb2O5 0.08～0.015%、
