Description

吸收性物品的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及具有前腰围区域、后腰围区域以及在该前腰围区域和该后腰围区域之间的裆下区域的吸收性物品的制造方法。
背景技术
一次性尿布等吸收性物品具有前腰围区域、与前腰围区域相对的后腰围区域以及在该前腰围区域和该后腰围区域之间的裆下区域。
这样的吸收性物品的制造方法包括以下工序,即,将输送中的前腰围区域的连续体和后腰围区域的连续体重叠后,在与前腰围区域和后腰围区域的接合区域对应的规定区域接合该前腰围区域的连续体和该后腰围区域的连续体(以下称为接合工序)。
目前在接合工序中使用超声波接合装置。超声波接合装置具有:支撑辊,一面向着输送方向转动一面支撑前腰围区域的连续体和后腰围区域的连续体;超声波喇叭形辐射体,将与前腰围区域和后腰围区域的接合区域对应的规定区域向支撑辊侧按压的同时,向规定区域供给超声波振动;以及向超声波喇叭形辐射体供给超声波振动的超声波振动件。
为了确实接合前腰围区域的连续体和后腰围区域的连续体,将超声波喇叭形辐射体的长度形成为比与前腰围区域的连续体和后腰围区域的连续体的输送方向(以下称为MD方向)正交的方向(以下称为CD方向)上的接合区域长。
已知有在这样的接合工序之后监测前腰围区域的连续体和后腰围区域的连续体的接合状态的方法(例如参考专利文献1)。根据该方法,通过测量在超声波振动件流动的电流,可以检测在接合区域是否出现接合状态不良(异常)。

发明内容
但是,在超声波喇叭形辐射体向着支撑辊侧按压规定区域时,超声波喇叭形辐射体有时相对于支撑辊倾斜,即超声波喇叭形辐射体不能按压规定区域上的CD方向的一端侧。
因此,在上述现有的方法中,即使在超声波喇叭形辐射体相对于支撑辊倾斜的情况下,由于只测量电流,所以,只要电流达到规定条件,也就判断没有出现接合状态不良。
因此具有不能准确地检测接合状态不良的问题。尤其是在一次性尿布的情况下,一旦接合状态不良,就不能形成短裤型尿布的产品,例如在使用中接合区域脱开。
因此,本发明的目的是提供可以确实检测与前腰围区域和后腰围区域的接合区域对应的规定区域的接合状态是否出现不良的吸收性物品的制造方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明具有以下特征。首先,本发明的第一特征是一种吸收性物品的制造方法,吸收性物品具有前腰围区域(前腰围区域20A)、后腰围区域(后腰围区域20B)以及在该前腰围区域和该后腰围区域之间的裆下区域(裆下区域30),该制造方法包括:工序A(接合工序),将输送中的上述前腰围区域的连续体和上述后腰围区域的连续体重叠后,在与上述前腰围区域和上述后腰围区域的接合区域(接合区域40)对应的规定区域,通过超声波接合装置(例如超声波接合装置100)接合该前腰围区域的连续体和该后腰围区域的连续体;工序B(第一判断工序),如果判断上述超声波接合装置的输出信号不满足第一规定条件,则输出表示不良状态的第一规定信号;以及工序C(第二判断工序),如果判断上述规定区域内的接合面积不满足第二规定条件,则输出表示不良状态的第二规定信号。
根据本发明,可以提供能够确实检测与前腰围区域和后腰围区域的接合区域对应的规定区域的接合状态是否不良的吸收性物品的制造方法。

以下参考附图就本发明的第一实施方式进行说明。具体是就(1)吸收性物品的结构、(2)超声波接合装置的结构、(3)超声波接合装置的动作、(4)吸收性物品的制造方法进行说明。
在以下的附图的记载中,相同或类似的部分使用相同或类似的符号。但应该注意,附图是示意性的,各尺寸的比例等与实际的不同。
因此,应考虑以下的说明来判断具体的尺寸等。另外,在附图的相互间当然也包括彼此的尺寸关系和比例不同的部分。
(1)吸收性物品的结构
首先参照附图就第一实施方式的吸收性物品1的结构进行说明。图1是第一实施方式的吸收性物品1的立体图。
如图1所示,吸收性物品1包括前腰围区域20A、与前腰围区域20A相对的后腰围区域20B、位于前腰围区域20A和后腰围区域20B之间的裆下区域30、位于前腰围区域20A和后腰围区域20B的左右侧部的接合区域40以及位于裆下区域30的左右侧部的腿围区域50。
前腰围区域20A和后腰围区域20B在前腰围区域20A的连续体和后腰围区域20B的连续体(以下仅称为“连续体10”)的输送方向(以下称为MD方向)具有伸展性。例如,前腰围区域20A和后腰围区域20B可以通过设置合体褶皱(fit gather)2而在MD方向具有伸展性,也可以通过用具有伸展性的片材形成连续体10本身而在MD方向具有伸展性。
裆下区域30在与MD方向正交的方向(以下称为CD方向)具有伸展性。例如裆下区域30可以通过设置腿部褶皱3而在CD方向具有伸展性,也可以通过用具有伸展性的片材形成连续体10本身而在CD方向具有伸展性。
接合区域40是接合前腰围区域20A和后腰围区域20B的区域。腿围区域50是前腰围区域20A和后腰围区域20B开口的区域。

支撑辊110向着MD方向转动,并且一面支撑连续体10一面向着MD方向输送连续体10。在支撑辊110的外周110A设置了一对突起部111、111’,所述一对突起部111、111’与对应于吸收性物品1的接合区域40的连续体10的规定区域40A相对地配置。如图4所示,连续体10的规定区域40A是表示连续体10被切断的边界、即超声波喇叭形辐射体120协同设置在支撑辊110上的突起部111、111’夹入连续体10的区域。
一对突起部111和另一对突起部111’的间隔与连续体10的规定区域40A间的距离D(参考图2)相对应。即,一对突起部111、111’分别设置在支撑辊110的直径的1/2的位置。一对突起部111、111’根据支撑辊110的直径适当地选择配置间隔、数量。
(2-2)超声波喇叭形辐射体
超声波喇叭形辐射体120向着支撑辊110侧按压与吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域40A并与突起部111、111’协同地夹入连续体10,从而向连续体10的规定区域40A供给超声波振动。
超声波喇叭形辐射体120经由放大超声波振幅的增强器160被固定在调节超声波喇叭形辐射体120的高度的加压臂150上。超声波喇叭形辐射体120经由增强器160与超声波振动件130连接。超声波喇叭形辐射体120与连续体10的整个规定区域40A接触。
超声波喇叭形辐射体120根据后述的第一规定信号或第二规定信号的至少一方的输出,调整与连续体10的规定区域40A接触时的压力(接触压)或倾斜的至少一个。
例如,超声波喇叭形辐射体120在与连续体10的规定区域40A接触时的压力低的情况下调高该压力。而超声波喇叭形辐射体120在与连续体10的规定区域40A接触时的压力高的情况下调低该压力。
另外,超声波喇叭形辐射体120在规定区域40A上的CD方向的一端侧41a的按压弱的情况下或该一端侧41a强的情况下,调节倾斜,从而调节规定区域40A上的CD方向的一端侧41a和另一端侧41b(参考图4)的平衡。
(2-3)超声波振动件
超声波振动件130产生超声波振动,并且向超声波喇叭形辐射体供给产生的超声波振动。超声波振动件130经由放大超声波振幅的增强器160被固定在加压臂150上。
(2-4)导辊
导辊140具有:第一导辊140A,向支撑辊110和超声波喇叭形辐射体120之间引导连续体10;和第二导辊140B,将向连续体10的规定区域40A供给了超声波振动的连续体10导向下一工序。
在此,在超声波接合装置100的MD方向侧设置监视装置200(例如相机),用于监视从第二导辊140B引导的连续体10的规定区域40A(参考图2)。
(2-5)监视装置
监视装置200具有位于输送中的连续体10的上侧的监视部210和位于输送中的连续体10的下侧的照明部220。
监视部210监视(拍摄)输送中的连续体10(例如前腰围区域20A的连续体、后腰围区域20B的连续体)。照明部220为了使监视部210容易监视输送中的连续体10而对输送中的连续体10进行照明。
(3)超声波接合装置的动作
以下就第一实施方式的超声波接合装置的动作进行简单的说明。在超声波接合装置100上,支撑辊110按照连续体10的输送进行转动。随着支撑辊110的转动,突起部111、111’也进行转动。
超声波喇叭形辐射体120协同突起部111、111’而夹入连续体10,从而向连续体10的规定区域40A供给由超声波振动件130产生的超声波振动。具体是,超声波振动通过超声波振动件130从电能被转换。经过转换的超声波振动经由增强器160放大了其振幅后,通过超声波喇叭形辐射体120形成向支撑辊110的径向的纵向振动。通过超声波喇叭形辐射体120的支撑辊110侧的前端部协同突起部111而夹入连续体10,从而向连续体10的规定区域40A供给超声波振动。
因此,超声波接合装置100可以接合前腰围区域20A的连续体和后腰围区域20B的连续体。另外,第一实施方式的超声波接合装置100的具体结构和动作等是众所周知的技术,例如记载在本申请人申请的日本特开平5-15551中。
(4)吸收性物品的制造方法
以下参考附图就第一实施方式的吸收性物品的制造方法的构成进行说明。图5是表示第一实施方式的吸收性物品的制造方法的示意图。
如图5所示,吸收性物品的制造方法至少具有部件载置工序、腿围形成工序、折叠工序、接合/第一接合状态判断工序、第二接合状态判断工序、切断工序以及排出工序。
(4-1)部件载置工序
在部件载置工序中,将各部件载置在连续体(例如外部片的连续体)上。各部件是指例如褶皱(合体褶皱2和腿部褶皱3)、防水片、吸收体、顶片(未图示)等。
(4-2)腿围形成工序
在腿围形成工序中,在部件载置工序之后,通过切断辊300在载置了各部件的连续体10上形成腿围区域50(例如腿部孔)。
(4-3)折叠工序
在折叠工序中,在腿围形成工序之后,通过折叠装置400在连续体10的CD方向的中心线CL将形成了腿围区域50的连续体10进行对折。即,在折叠工序中,使前腰围区域20A的连续体和后腰围区域20B的连续体重叠。
(4-4)接合/第一接合状态判断工序
在接合/第一接合状态判断工序中,在折叠工序之后同时进行接合工序和第一接合状态判断工序。
(4-4-1)接合工序
在接合工序中,在与吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域40A,通过超声波接合装置100接合前腰围区域20A的连续体和后腰围区域20B的连续体。
在接合工序中,连续输出后述的输出信号的状态的超声波接合装置100的超声波喇叭形辐射体120与连续体10的整个规定区域40A接触。
(4-4-2)第一接合状态判断工序
参考附图同时就第一接合状态判断工序进行说明。图6是表示第一实施方式的超声波接合装置100的输出信号的图。
在第一接合状态判断工序中,如图6所示,超声波接合装置100如果判断超声波接合装置100的输出信号不满足第一规定条件,则输出表示状态不良的第一规定信号。
第一规定条件是表示超声波接合装置100的输出信号在规定范围内的值的条件。规定范围是指超声波接合装置100的输出信号从超过了预先设置的低设置的中设置到高设置的范围。例如,第一规定条件表示超声波接合装置100的输出信号为40%~80%的值。
如图6所示,如果在规定期间内输出信号的电流、电压或电力达到规定范围外的值(例如是40%以下或80%以上),超声波接合装置100则判断该输出信号不满足第一规定条件。规定期间是指超声波喇叭形辐射体120协同设置在支撑辊110上的突起部111、111’而夹入连续体10、从而超声波喇叭形辐射体120向连续体10的规定区域40A供给超声波振动的必要期间。
例如,如图6(左侧)所示,如果输出信号的电流、电压或电力满足了规定范围的期间(A期间)比规定期间(B期间)短,超声波接合装置100则判断输出信号不满足第一规定条件(NG)并输出第一规定信号。
另一方面,如果在规定期间内输出信号的电流、电压或电力是规定范围内的值(例如是40%~80%),超声波接合装置100则判断该输出信号满足了第一规定条件。
例如,如图6(右侧)所示,如果输出信号的电流、电压或电力满足了规定范围的期间(A期间)比规定期间(B期间)长,超声波接合装置100则判断输出信号满足第一规定条件(OK)。
(4-5)第二接合状态判断工序
参考附图就第二接合状态判断工序进行说明。图7是表示与第一实施方式的吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域40A的放大图。
如图7所示,在第二接合状态判断工序中,如果监视装置200判断连续体10的规定区域40A内的接合面积未满足第二规定条件,则输出表示不良状态的第二规定信号。例如第二规定条件表示事先设定的连续体10的规定区域40A内的接合面积(例如是规定区域40A的14%以上(规定区域40A为14.25cm2,而接合面积为2cm2以上)),规定区域40A内的接合范围(例如从规定区域40A中的CD方向的一端侧41a到另一端侧40b的范围)。
如图7所示,如果连续体10的规定区域40A内的一部分中的接合面积为不足规定面积或在接合范围之外,监视装置200则判断连续体10的规定区域40A内的接合面积不满足第二规定条件。另一方面,如果连续体10的规定区域40A内的一部分中的接合面积为规定面积以上或在接合范围之内,监视装置200则判断连续体10的规定区域40A内的接合面积满足第二规定条件。
在此,如上所述,超声波接合装置100的超声波喇叭形辐射体120可以根据第一规定信号或第二规定信号的至少一方的输出来调整与连续体10的规定区域40A接触时的压力或倾斜的至少一个。
(4-6)切断工序
在切断工序中,在接合状态判断工序之后,通过切断装置500在CD方向切断与吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域40A,形成吸收性物品1(参考图1)。
(4-7)排出工序
在排出工序中,在切断工序之后,排出吸收性物品1中的、与从超声波接合装置100输出的第一规定信号或从监视装置200输出的第二规定信号的至少一方对应的吸收性物品1。即,在未输出第一规定信号或第二规定信号的情况下,形成最终产品的吸收性物品1。
在此,在接合工序之后输送的连续体10是以接合着前腰围区域20A的连续体与后腰围区域20B的连续体的状态输送。例如,在接合工序和接合状态判断工序之间、接合状态判断工序和切断工序之间、切断工序和排出工序之间等,是以接合着前腰围区域20A的连续体与后腰围区域20B的连续体的状态输送。
在第一实施方式中,通过进行第一接合状态判断工序和第二接合状态判断工序,可以判断超声波接合装置100的输出信号是否满足第一规定条件,且可以判断连续体10的规定区域40A内的接合面积是否满足第二规定条件。因此可以监视超声波接合装置100的输出信号和连续体10的规定区域40A内的接合面积,与只监视超声波接合装置100的输出信号或只监视规定区域40A内的接合面积相比,可以确实检测出连续体10的规定区域40A是否发生接合状态不良。
在现有的技术中,若超声波喇叭形辐射体120相对于支撑辊110倾斜,则由于只测量了电流,因此一旦电流达到规定条件就会判断没有出现接合状态不良。
因此,在现有的技术中,忽略了超声波喇叭形辐射体120相对于支撑辊110倾斜的情况,存在不能检测出发生接合状态不良的问题。由此规定区域40A上的CD方向的一端侧未粘接,而出现吸收性物品1的制造缺陷。
而在第一实施方式中,即使在超声波喇叭形辐射体120相对于支撑辊110倾斜的情况下,也不会放过超声波喇叭形辐射体120相对于支撑辊110倾斜的问题,而可以立刻检测出连续体10的规定区域40A是否接合状态不良。
另外,在超声波喇叭形辐射体120并未相对于支撑辊110倾斜但超声波喇叭形辐射体120与突起部111、111’的压力条件不足的情况下,也不会放过压力条件不足的问题,而可以立刻检测出连续体10的规定区域40A是否接合状态不良。
因此可以防止连续体10的规定区域上的CD方向的一端侧未粘接而出现吸收性物品1的制造缺陷的问题。
在第一实施方式中,在切断工序之后进行排出工序,从而可以排出规定区域的接合状态不良的吸收性物品1,可以确实防止吸收性物品1的制造缺陷。
在第一实施方式中,超声波喇叭形辐射体120根据第一规定信号或第二规定信号的至少一方的输出,调整与连续体10的规定区域40A接触时的压力或倾斜的至少一个,因此可降低吸收性物品1的制造缺陷。
[第二实施方式]
以下参考附图就本发明的第二实施方式进行说明。具体就(1)超声波接合装置的结构、(2)超声波接合装置的动作、(3)吸收性物品的制造方法、(4)作用和效果进行说明。与上述的第一实施方式的超声波接合装置相同的部分使用相同的符号,以不同的部分为主进行说明。
(1)超声波接合装置的结构
首先参考附图就第二实施方式的超声波接合装置100A的结构进行说明。图8是表示第二实施方式的超声波接合装置100A的立体图。图9是表示第二实施方式的超声波接合装置100A的侧视图(图8的B向视图)。
如图8和图9所示,超声波接合装置100A具有支撑基座710、转动圆盘720、滚筒730、夹持单元740以及导辊750。
(1-1)支撑基座
支撑基座710具有固定在生产线的地基上的支撑基部711和从支撑基部711竖直立设的支撑构架712。
(1-2)转动圆盘
转动圆盘720设置在支撑构架712的前侧盘面(图8的面前侧)。转动圆盘720以在支撑构架712上可自由转动的转动中心轴780(参考图9)为中心通过轴承(未图示)等进行转动。
(1-3)滚筒
滚筒730设置在转动圆盘720的同心圆上。滚筒730是与转动圆盘720一起转动的圆筒体。连续体10卷绕在滚筒730的外周面的一部分(图中的上部)上。
滚筒730由沿着滚筒730的圆周方向被六等分的圆弧形分割片730A形成。圆弧形分割片730A通过支撑件(未图示)安装在转动圆盘720上。在圆弧形分割片730A上形成后述的固定臂741的超声波喇叭形辐射体741A可通过的贯通孔731。
滚筒730根据吸收性物品1的大小(例如S、M、L等各产品尺寸)来更换小径、中径、大径的滚筒等,从而可以对应吸收性物品1的各产品的大小。
(1-4)夹持单元
夹持单元740由在转动圆盘720的后侧盘面(图8的里侧)呈放射状设置的六个夹持单元740构成。夹持单元740具有固定臂741和摆动臂742。
夹持单元740可沿着滚筒730的径向滑动地设置。即,如上所述,根据安装在转动圆盘720上的滚筒730的外径尺寸,改变固定臂741和固定臂742的安装位置的同时,也改变夹持单元740的安装位置。
(1-4-1)固定臂
固定臂741设置在滚筒730的内周侧。固定臂741与转动圆盘720和滚筒730一起转动。在固定臂741上设置使超声波振荡的超声波喇叭形辐射体741A。
超声波喇叭形辐射体741A穿过形成在滚筒730上的贯通孔731从滚筒730的外周面突出,从而与连续体10接触。另外,超声波喇叭形辐射体741A与对应于吸收性物品1的接合区域40的连续体10的整个规定区域40A接触。
(1-4-2)摆动臂
摆动臂742隔着滚筒730可摆动地设置在与固定臂741相对的位置。摆动臂742通过凸轮机构743根据滚筒730的转动位置进行摆动(开关)。摆动臂742与固定臂741同样地与转动圆盘720和滚筒730一起转动。在摆动臂742上设置与超声波喇叭形辐射体741A协同地夹入连续体10的整个规定区域40A的支撑辊742A。
支撑辊742A通过摆动臂742向滚筒730(连续体10)侧的摆动而与连续体10接触。另外,支撑辊742A与连续体10的整个规定区域40A接触。由此,连续体10被固定臂741和摆动臂742夹住。
(1-5)导辊
导辊750具有将连续体10向滚筒730上引导的一对第一导辊750A和将已向连续体10的规定区域40A供给了超声波振动的连续体10向下一工序引导的第二导辊750B。
在此,在超声波接合装置100A的MD方向侧,与第一实施方式同样地设置了监视装置200(在图8和图9中未图示,参考图2和图4),用于监视从第二导辊750B引导的与吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域40A。
(2)超声波接合装置的动作
以下就第二实施方式的超声波接合装置100A的动作进行简单说明。在超声波接合装置100A中,转动圆盘720、滚筒730以及夹持单元740(固定臂741和摆动臂742)按照连续体10的输送进行转动。
超声波喇叭形辐射体741A和支撑辊742A在摆动臂742根据滚筒730的转动位置形成关闭状态时,隔着连续体10的规定区域40A彼此接触(相对)。超声波喇叭形辐射体741A和支撑辊742A向与吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域供给超声波振动。
因此,超声波接合装置100A可以接合前腰围区域20A的连续体和后腰围区域20B的连续体。另外,第二实施方式的超声波接合装置100A的具体结构和动作等是众所周知的技术,例如记载在本申请人申请的日本特愿2005-212149中。
(3)吸收性物品的制造方法
以下就第二实施方式的吸收性物品的制造方法的构成进行说明。吸收性物品的制造方法与第一实施方式同样地至少具有部件载置工序、腿围形成工序、折叠工序、接合/第一接合状态判断工序、第二接合状态判断工序、切断工序以及排出工序。
在第二实施方式中,除了接合/第一接合状态判断工序以外都与第一实施方式相同,因此省略说明。
(3-1)接合工序
在接合工序中,在折叠工序之后,在与吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域40A,通过超声波接合装置100A接合前腰围区域20A的连续体和后腰围区域20B的连续体。
在接合工序中,超声波喇叭形辐射体741A和支撑辊742A与连续体10的整个规定区域40A接触。另外,在接合工序,超声波喇叭形辐射体741A和支撑辊742A在与连续体10的整个规定区域40A接触期间输出后述的输出信号。
(3-2)第一接合状态判断工序
以下参考附图就第一接合状态判断工序进行说明。图10是表示第二实施方式的超声波接合装置100A的输出信号的图。
如图10所示,超声波接合装置100A在判断超声波接合装置100A的输出信号不满足第一规定条件的情况下输出表示不良状态的第一规定信号。
如图10所示,如果在规定期间内输出信号的电力峰值未达到规定值(事先设定的电力(例如70%以上)),超声波接合装置100A则判断该输出信号不满足第一规定条件。而如果在规定期间内输出信号的电力峰值达到规定值,超声波接合装置100A则判断输出信号满足了第一规定条件。
另外,如图10所示,如果在规定期间内输出信号的电能未达到规定值(事先设定的电能(例如70J)),超声波接合装置100A则判断该输出信号不满足第一规定条件。而如果在规定期间内输出信号的电能达到规定值,超声波接合装置100A则判断输出信号满足了第一规定条件。
而且,如图10所示,如果在规定期间内输出信号的电力分布图与规定的分布图(事先设定的分布图)不一致,超声波接合装置100A则判断该输出信号不满足第一规定条件。而如果在规定期间内输出信号的电力分布图与规定的分布图基本一致,超声波接合装置100A则判断输出信号满足了第一规定条件。
在此,在图10中,作为向连续体10的规定区域供给超声波振动的期间(超声波供给期间),在输出信号的电能达到规定值后停止供给超声波振动,但不局限于此。
例如,可以在输出信号的电力峰值达到规定值时停止供给超声波振动,另外,也可以在输出信号的电力分布图在事先设定的时间与规定分布图基本一致时停止供给超声波振动。
另外,超声波喇叭形辐射体741A在实施上述的接合工序的规定期间内,在第一接合状态判断工序中不满足第一规定条件时(即,检测到接合状态不良),在规定期间之后停止向连续体10的规定区域40A供给超声波振动,解除与规定区域40A的接触的同时输出第一规定信号。
另一方面,超声波喇叭形辐射体741A在实施后述的接合工序的规定期间内,在第一接合状态判断工序中满足了第一规定条件时(即,未检测到接合状态不良),在满足了该第一规定条件时停止向连续体10的规定区域40A供给超声波振动或解除与规定区域40A的接触。
第二实施方式可得到与第一实施方式相同的作用和效果。尤其是可以监视输出信号的电力峰值、输出信号的电能以及输出信号的电力分布图,因此可以进一步确实地检测出连续体10的规定区域40A是否出现了接合状态不良。
[其他实施方式]
如上所述,虽然通过本发明的实施方式公开了本发明的内容,但不应理解为构成该公开的一部分的论述和附图对本发明有所限制。对于本领域的技术人员来说从该公开得到各种替代实施方式、实施例以及应用技术是显而易见的。
例如本发明的实施方式可以进行以下改变。具体是,超声波接合装置不局限于第一实施方式中说明的超声波接合装置100或第二实施方式中说明的超声波接合装置100A,只要是可以向与吸收性物品1的接合区域40对应的连续体10的规定区域40A供给超声波振动的装置即可,这是不言而喻的。
因此,本发明当然包括这里未记载的各种实施方式等。因此,本发明的技术范围只根据源于上述说明的合理的权利要求范围的发明特定事项来确定。
另外,在本说明书参考引用日本专利申请第2008-271124号(2008年10月21日申请)的全部内容。
产业上的利用可能性
本发明可以确实检测出连续体的与接合区域对应的规定区域的接合状态是否不良,因此可以适用于例如事先接合了前腰围区域和后腰围区域的一次性尿布的制造。

Claims (7)

1.一种吸收性物品的制造方法,该吸收性物品具有前腰围区域、后腰围区域以及在该前腰围区域和该后腰围区域之间的裆下区域,
该制造方法的特征在于,包括如下工序:
工序A,在将输送中的所述前腰围区域的连续体和所述后腰围区域的连续体重叠后,在与所述前腰围区域和所述后腰围区域的接合区域对应的规定区域,通过超声波接合装置来接合该前腰围区域的连续体和该后腰围区域的连续体;
工序B,在判断所述超声波接合装置的输出信号不满足第一规定条件的情况下,输出表示不良状态的第一规定信号;以及
工序C,在判断所述规定区域内的接合面积不满足第二规定条件的情况下,则输出表示不良状态的第二规定信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括如下工序:
在接合了所述前腰围区域的连续体和所述后腰围区域的连续体的状态下输送;
在与所述前腰围区域的连续体和所述后腰围区域的连续体的输送方向交叉的方向切断所述前腰围区域的连续体和所述后腰围区域的连续体的所述规定区域,从而形成所述吸收性物品;以及
排出与输出的所述第一规定信号和所述第二规定信号的至少一方对应的吸收性物品。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述工序A中,使处于连续输出所述输出信号的状态下的所述超声波接合装置的超声波喇叭形辐射体与整个所述规定区域接触;
在所述工序B中,如果在规定期间内所述输出信号的电流、电压或电力为规定范围外的值,则判断该输出信号不满足所述第一规定条件。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述工序A中,使所述超声波接合装置的超声波喇叭形辐射体与整个所述规定区域接触;
在所述工序A中,所述超声波接合装置的超声波喇叭形辐射体在与整个所述规定区域接触期间输出所述输出信号;
在所述工序B中,如果在规定期间内输出信号的电力峰值或电能未达到规定值或所述输出信号的电力分布图与规定的分布图不一致,则判断该输出信号不满足所述第一规定条件。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述工序C中,如果所述规定区域内的一部分的接合面积为规定面积以上,则判断所述规定区域内的接合面积满足了所述第二规定条件。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品的制造方法,其特征在于,根据所述第一规定信号或所述第二规定信号的至少一方的输出,调整所述超声波接合装置的超声波喇叭形辐射体与所述规定区域接触时的压力或倾斜的至少一个。
7.根据权利要求4所述的吸收性物品的制造方法,其特征在于,所述超声波喇叭形辐射体
在实施所述工序A的规定期间内,如果在所述工序B中不满足第一规定条件,则在所述规定期间之后停止向所述规定区域供给超声波振动,解除与所述规定区域的接触并输出所述第一规定信号,
在实施所述工序A的规定期间内,如果在所述工序B中满足了所述第一规定条件,则在满足了该第一规定条件时停止向所述规定区域供给超声波振动或解除与所述规定区域的接触。
