本发明公开了一种I帧编码方法及装置,包括:下采样模块,用于对输入视频的待编码I帧进行下采样,以降低输入视频的原始分辨率得到对应的多个子帧;第一重建模块,从多个子帧中选择一个子帧作为基础子帧进行帧内预测,并获得重建的基础子帧;第二重建模块,通过重建基础子帧对剩余的子帧进行帧间预测编码,获得对应的重建非基础子帧;以及合成模块,将重建基础子帧与重建非基础子帧进行空域合成得到原始分辨率的重建I帧,以作为下一待编码帧的参考帧。本发明能够有效降低编码时间,显著提高I帧编码效率,同时减弱传统I帧编码引起的块效应。
