Abstract

一种数码相框,包括本体和旋转支架,所述旋转支架可转动的连接在本体的通孔内。所述旋转支架包括旋转盘、内支架及外支架,所述内支架的一端插接在外支架的滑槽内,且通过一弹性件固定在外支架的一凹槽内,所述内支架的另一端固定在旋转盘上,所述旋转盘与所述通孔侧壁二者其中之一个上设置有多个凸起,所述旋转盘与所述通孔侧壁二者其中之另一个上配合所述凸起设置有相应个数的凹陷用于收容所述凸起,旋转所述旋转支架,改变所述凸起与凹陷之间的对应关系从而使所述旋转支架支撑所述本体处于不同的摆放方位。本发明的数码相框,通过旋转支架的旋转固定结构使固定在旋转支架上的显示屏可多角度旋转,满足用户观赏的需求。

数码相框
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数码相框,尤指一种可多向旋转及防尘的数码相框支架。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,数码相框的应用也越来越广泛。通常,数码相框通过一支架支撑摆放在桌面上。考虑到横向(landscape)图片和纵向(portrait)图片,数码相框的支架最好至少能够提供两种不同的摆放角度以适应不同类型的图片。此外,数码相框通常还包括多个外露的接口,为了防尘,有时数码相框还包括防尘盖以遮挡上述接口,上述防尘盖的设置增加了制造成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种数码相框,该数码相框通过一支架可多向旋转且有防尘功能,满足用户不同的需求。
一种数码相框,包括本体和旋转支架,所述本体的背侧壳体上开设有一通孔,所述旋转支架可转动的连接在所述通孔内。所述旋转支架包括旋转盘、内支架及外支架,所述内支架的一端插接在外支架的滑槽内,且通过一弹性件固定在外支架的一凹槽内,所述内支架的另一端固定在旋转盘上,所述旋转盘与所述通孔侧壁二者其中之一个上设置有多个凸起,所述旋转盘与所述通孔侧壁二者其中之另一个上配合所述凸起设置有相应个数的凹陷用于收容所述凸起,旋转所述旋转支架,改变所述凸起与凹陷之间的对应关系从而使所述旋转支架支撑所述本体处于不同的摆放方位。
外支架包括支撑部,连接部的两侧伸出有滑槽的导向壁,内支架的两侧收容于所述滑槽内,连接部的内侧设有多个沿连接部的长度方向排列的凹槽,用于限位所述弹性件的凸块,所述支撑部与所述连接部垂直,支撑部的自由端沿垂直所述连接部所在平面延伸,收合旋转支架时,用于遮盖接口凹槽的多个接口。
本发明的外支架,通过旋转支架的旋转固定结构使固定在旋转支架上的显示屏可多角度旋转,满足用户观赏的需求。此外,通过设置滑槽可调节旋转支架的长度,从而可调节数码相框的倾斜角度,便于用户观看,且外支架的支撑部结构具有防尘功能,工艺简单,节省成本。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参考图1-2,本发明数码相框100大致呈长方形状,其主要包括本体10及固定在本体10背侧的旋转支架20。该旋转支架20的自由端可沿在360度的范围内旋转,该数码相框100的摆放角度可通过该旋转支架20调整。
所述本体10包括前盖11、显示屏12及后盖13。前盖11与后盖13形成一收容空间,该显示屏12及电路基板(图未示)固定在该收容空间内。请一并参考图3,本实施方式中,该后盖13靠近下边缘的位置设有一接口凹槽14,后盖13的大致中间的位置形成有一通孔15,该通孔15通过一连接通道16与该接口凹槽14连通。该旋转支架20可容纳在通孔15、连接通道16及接口凹槽14所形成的空间内。
本实施方式中,多个用于数据传输的接口(图未示)设置于该接口凹槽14内。当不使用该数码相框100时,收起该旋转支架20,使该旋转支架20的自由端遮挡该接口凹槽14,从而起到防尘及保护接口的作用。该旋转支架20的固定端卡固在该通孔15内,从而将本体10与旋转支架20连接。请参考图4,该通孔15的侧壁向内伸出多个固定条153,该多个固定条153的末端通过一圆环151相连接。该通孔15的侧壁还向内伸出有多个等间隔的凸起154。
请参考图5,所述旋转支架20包括一旋转盘21、一内支架22及一外支架23。该旋转盘21包括圆形板215和自圆形板215边缘向两侧延伸的侧壁216,该圆形板215面向圆环151的一侧均匀设置多个卡勾211。该卡勾211卡固在该圆环151的内侧,将旋转盘21转动的连接到该后盖13。该侧壁216面向圆环151的一端形成有多个等间隔的凹陷212。在其他实施方式中,凸起154与凹陷212的位置对调,即,凸起154设置于侧壁216面向圆环151的一端,凹陷212设置于通孔15的侧壁上。当旋转支架20相对于该后盖13处于预定位置时,后盖13的通孔15上的凸起154收容于该凹陷212,从而将该旋转支架20保持于该预定位置。旋转盘21底部设有弧形凸起213,该弧形凸起213的两端设有第一通孔214,弧形凸起213下面形成容纳腔,该内支架22一端容纳在与弧形凸起213下的容纳腔中。
请一并参考图6,该内支架22大致呈方形平板状,其靠近旋转盘21的一端设有两个相互间隔的转轴配合部221。每个转轴配合部221均设置有第二通孔222,一锁紧件24顺次穿过该第一通孔214及第二通孔222,将该内支架22转动连接于该旋转盘21上。该内支架22靠近外支架23的一端设有一活动弹性片223,该弹性片223的自由端设有圆滑凸块224。
请一并参考图7,该外支架23整体呈T形,包括大致相互垂直的连接部231及支撑部232,该连接部231的两侧伸出有滑槽233的导向壁,连接部231的内侧设有多个沿连接部231的长度方向排列的凹槽234。该内支架22的两侧滑动地收容于连接部231的滑槽233内。通过该内支架22的凸块224收容在一凹槽234中,该外支架23能够相对该内支架22固定,在需要时,推动该外支架23以将凸块224滑出该凹槽234直至该凸块224再次收容到另一凹槽234中,从而将外支架23重新定位。该支撑部232整体呈L形,该支撑部232的自由端沿垂直连接部231所在平面延伸,用于遮盖接口凹槽14内的多个数据接口。
本发明的数码相框100,通过旋转支架20的旋转固定结构使固定在旋转支架20上的显示屏12可多角度旋转,满足用户观赏的需求且外支架23的L形结构具有防尘功能,工艺简单,节省成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种数码相框,包括本体和旋转支架,所述本体的背侧壳体上开设有一通孔,所述旋转支架转动的连接在所述通孔内,其特征在于,所述旋转支架包括旋转盘、内支架及外支架,所述外支架包括连接部和支撑部,连接部的两侧伸出有滑槽的导向壁,所述支撑部与所述连接部垂直,支撑部的自由端沿垂直所述连接部所在平面延伸,收合旋转支架时,用于遮盖接口凹槽的多个接口,所述内支架的一端插接在外支架的滑槽内,且通过一弹性片固定在外支架的一凹槽内,所述内支架的另一端固定在旋转盘上,所述旋转盘与所述通孔的侧壁二者其中之一个上设置有多个凸起,所述旋转盘与所述通孔的侧壁二者其中之另一个上配合所述凸起设置有相应个数的凹陷用于收容所述凸起,旋转所述旋转支架,改变所述凸起与凹陷之间的对应关系从而使所述旋转支架支撑所述本体处于不同的摆放方位。
2.如权利要求1所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述通孔的侧壁向内伸出多个固定条,所述多个固定条的末端通过一圆环相连接,所述旋转盘包括圆形板和自圆形板边缘向两侧延伸的侧壁,所述圆形板面向所述圆环的一侧均匀设置多个卡勾,所述卡勾卡固在所述圆环的内侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述本体包括一后盖,后盖下边缘的位置设有一接口凹槽,后盖的中间位置形成有所述通孔,所述通孔通过一连接通道与一接口凹槽连通,该旋转支架可容纳在所述通孔、连接通道及接口凹槽所形成的空间内。
4.如权利要求1所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述旋转盘底部设有弧形凸起,所述弧形凸起的两端设有第一通孔,弧形凸起下面形成容纳腔,所述内支架一端容纳在所述弧形凸起的容纳腔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述内支架靠近旋转盘的一端设有两个相互间隔的转轴配合部,每个转轴配合部均设置有第二通孔,一锁紧件顺次穿过所述第一通孔及第二通孔,将该内支架转动连接于该旋转盘上。
6.如权利要求1所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述弹性片的自由端设有凸块,所述凸块卡固在所述外支架一预定位置上,限制所述外支架相对内支架的滑动。
7.如权利要求6所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述连接部的内侧设有多个沿连接部的长度方向排列的凹槽,用于限位所述弹性片的凸块。
