本发明公开了一种治疗痔疮的药物及其制备方法，它是由麻黄、细辛、黄柏、马齿苋按一定重量配比制备而成，通过薰、洗二步外用，可直接改善人体的静脉循环功能，使肛门缘的静脉丛微血管同时扩张，血液溶速加快，静脉团块淤血等代谢障碍物逐渐消除，促进血液循环及细胞组织的新陈代谢，使静脉回流畅通痊愈。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗痔疮的药物及其制备方法，属中药领域。
背景技术
痔疮是人体直肠末端粘膜下和肛管皮肤下静脉丛发生扩张和屈曲所形成的柔软静脉团。多见于经常站立者和久坐者。痔疮长在人的私密部位，很多痔疮患者羞于让医生看到患处而耽误病情，时间越长病情就越严重，病情的担忧就囤积在内心深处，成了不能说的秘密，很容易造成了心里的负担。目前，西医治疗多以手术治疗和药物外敷等方法进行调治，但是手术费高、外敷治疗周期较长。
发明内容
因此人们对疗效较好的中药存在着极大的需求，至今为止，还没有发现有关本发明药物的有关报道。本发明人经过反复研究和验证，终于找到了有更好疗效的根治痔疮的药物，从而完成了本发明。
本发明的目的就是提供一种具有特效治疗痔疮的组合药物。
本发明的另一个目的就是提供了该组合药物的制备方法。
本发明药物选择麻黄、细辛、黄柏、马齿苋进行组合的，将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用，从而能够有效根治痔疮的复发。选用麻黄是因为其性味辛苦，温，入肺、膀胱经，有发汗，平喘，利水的功能，治伤寒表实，发热恶寒无汗、头痛鼻塞、骨节疼痛；咳嗽气喘，风水浮肿，小便不利，风邪顽痹，皮肤不仁，风疹瘙痒。选用细辛是因为其性味辛，温，入肺、肾经，有祛风，散寒，行水，开窃的功能，治风冷头痛，鼻渊，齿痛，痰饮咳逆，风湿痹痛。选用黄柏是因为其性味苦，寒，入肾、膀胱经，有清热，燥湿，泻火，解毒的功能，治热痢，泄泻，消渴，黄疸，痿躄，梦遗，淋浊，痔疮，便血，赤白带下，骨蒸劳热，目赤肿痛，口舌生疮，疮疡肿毒。选用马齿苋是因为其性味酸，寒，入大肠、肝、脾经，有清热解毒，散血消肿的功能，治热痢脓血，热淋，血淋，带下，痈肿恶疮，丹毒，瘰疬。
本发明药物组分的用量也是经过发明人进行大量摸索总结得出的，各组分的用量在下述重量范围内都具有较好的疗效。

本发明药物的制备方法如下
一、备料：
1、麻黄：拣去杂质，去尽木质茎及残根，用水洗净，微润后切段，晒干；
2、细辛：除净杂质，用水喷润，及时切段，晾干；
3、黄柏：拣去杂质，用水洗净，捞出，润透，切片或切丝，晒干。
4、马齿苋：拣净杂质，除去残根，以水稍润，切段晒干。
二、制备
将所述重量的麻黄、细辛、黄柏、马齿苋加800ml水煎煮，待药液煮沸，即得外用治疗药液。
本发明药物与传统外用方法不同的是，本产品是薰、洗二步外用法，解决了其它外用产品存在异味、不卫生、吸收不好的普遍问题。可直接改善人体的静脉循环功能，使肛门缘的静脉丛微血管同时扩张，血液溶速加快，静脉团块淤血等代谢障碍物逐渐消除，从而促进血液循环及细胞组织的新陈代谢，使静脉回流畅通。
具体实施方式
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明药物的有益效果。
[试验例1]本发明药物的临床观察资料
1、一般资料：
收治门诊患者280例，年龄30—40岁30例，40—50岁150例，50岁以上100例。
2、诊断标准：
轻型痔疮（轻型）：无痛苦，主要以便血、分泌物多、痒为主；
中型痔疮：有便血，痔随排便脱垂，但能自行还纳；
重型痔疮：内痔脱垂于肛门口外，或每次排便脱出肛门口外，不能自行还纳，必须用手托回。
3、治疗方法：
将所述重量的麻黄、细辛、黄柏、马齿苋加800ml水煎煮，待药液煮沸，患者用煮沸药液对患处进行薰蒸20—30分钟，使肛门缘的静脉丛微血管同时扩张，血液溶速加快，静脉团块淤血等代谢障碍物逐渐消除。待药液温度降至45℃时，再对患处进行清洗。
4、疗效评定标准：
显效：痔疮经治疗后，患者症状消失，病人体质恢复正常，随访3—5年无复发者。
好转：痔疮症状逐步减轻或消失，患者感觉良好，体质基本恢复正常。
无效：达不到好转标准者。
5、治疗效果：（见下表）
在一周的治疗中，用本发明药物治疗轻型痔疮患者180例，显效176例，好转4例，总有效率100%；治疗中型痔疮患者50例，显效48例，好转2例，总有效率100%；在二周治疗中，用本发明药物治疗重型痔疮患者50例，显效46例，好转3例，总有效率为98%。
Claims (3)
1.一种熏蒸治疗痔疮的药物，其特征在于：它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成：
麻 黄 25—35g 细 辛 10—20g 黄 柏 20—40g
马齿苋 25—35g。
2.根据权利要求1所述熏蒸治疗痔疮的药物，其特征在于：所述各原料药的用量为：
麻 黄 30g 细 辛 15g 黄 柏 30g
马齿苋 30g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法，其特征在于：它包括下列步骤：
（一）备料：
（1）麻黄：拣去杂质，去尽木质茎及残根，用水洗净，微润后切段，晒干；
（2）细辛：除净杂质，用水喷润，及时切段，晾干；
（3）黄柏：拣去杂质，用水洗净，捞出，润透，切片或切丝，晒干；
（4）马齿苋：拣净杂质，除去残根，以水稍润，切段晒干；
（二）制备
将所述重量的麻黄、细辛、黄柏、马齿苋加800ml水煎煮，待药液煮沸，即得外用薰蒸药液。
