技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置，属于塑料机械领域。
背景技术
采用塑料吹瓶机生产塑料中空容器，特别是采用热灌装的饮料瓶时，在吹瓶过程中，有一个工艺过程是要吹冷气定型，叫二次吹气，二次吹气是通过空心的拉伸杆来导气完成的。现有技术的吹瓶机空心拉伸杆是通过接头直接接到拉伸杆的尾部，接头再与外接高压管相连。其存在的缺点是：一、因为拉伸杆在拉伸时是上、下运动的，外接高压管会通过接头给拉伸杆一个弯曲作用力，由于拉伸杆是空心的，很容易造成拉伸杆弯曲或者折断；二、拉伸杆的尾部与接头连接后，高度不能调整，应用起来很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点，提供一种在拉伸杆外套设进气管，进气管连接接头，拉伸杆不弯曲或者折断，并且拉伸杆在进气管中可调整上下高度，使用方便，拉伸杆与进气管之间密封可靠的塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置。
本发明塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置的技术方案是：包括拉伸座和拉伸杆，其特征在于所述的拉伸座中安装进气管，拉伸杆设置在进气管中，进气管的上端连接外接头，外接头连接外接高压管，进气管的下端连接固定座，固定座中安有密封座，密封座中安装密封圈和密封垫，密封圈和密封垫与拉伸杆相接触，密封座的外端安有端盖，端盖连接拉伸座。
本发明公开了一种塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置，在拉伸座中安装进气管，进气管的上端连接外接头，外接头连接外接高压管，使拉伸杆与外接高压管无连接，拉伸杆上、下运动时不拉扯外接高压管，外接高压管对拉伸杆无弯曲作用力，拉伸杆不弯曲、不折断，使用寿命长，并且拉伸杆设置在进气管中，无硬性连接，拉伸杆可上下调整高度，以适应各种不同高度的吹瓶机模具，节省成本。另一方面，在拉伸杆与进气管之间安装密封圈和密封垫以及密封座，使进气管与拉伸杆之间密封性能好，不漏气，有了固定座和端盖固定，安装牢靠。
本发明的塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置，所述的进气管上端经螺纹连接外接头，由螺纹连接方便，进气管下端经螺丝连接固定座，由螺丝连接可靠。所述的端盖经螺钉连接拉伸座，端盖由螺钉连接安装方便、牢靠。

本发明涉及一种塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置，如图1所示，包括拉伸座1和拉伸杆2，其特征在于所述的拉伸座1中安装进气管3，拉伸杆2设置在进气管3中，进气管3的上端连接外接头4，外接头连接外接高压管11，进气管3的下端连接固定座5，固定座5中安有密封座6，密封座6中安装密封圈7和密封垫8，密封圈7和密封垫8与拉伸杆2相接触，密封座6的外端安有端盖9，端盖9连接拉伸座1。本方案在拉伸座1中安装进气管3，进气管3的上端连接外接头4，外接头4连接外接高压管11，使拉伸杆2与外接高压管11无连接，拉伸杆2上、下运动时不拉扯外接高压管11，外接高压管11对拉伸杆2无弯曲作用力，拉伸杆2不弯曲、不折断，使用寿命长，并且拉伸杆2设置在进气管3中，无硬性连接，拉伸杆2可上下调整高度，以适应各种不同高度的吹瓶机模具，节省成本。另一方面，在拉伸杆2与进气管3之间安装密封圈7和密封垫8以及密封座6，使进气管3与拉伸杆2之间密封性能好，不漏气，有了固定座5和端盖9固定，安装牢靠。所述的进气管3上端经螺纹31连接外接头4，由螺纹连接方便，进气管3下端经螺丝32连接固定座5，由螺丝连接可靠。所述的端盖9经螺钉10连接拉伸座1，端盖由螺钉连接安装方便、牢靠。

1.塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置，包括拉伸座(1)和拉伸杆(2)，其特征在于所述的拉伸座(1)中安装进气管(3)，拉伸杆(2)设置在进气管(3)中，进气管(3)的上端连接外接头(4)，外接头连接外接高压管(11)，进气管(3)的下端连接固定座(5)，固定座(5)中安有密封座(6)，密封座(6)中安装密封圈(7)和密封垫(8)，密封圈(7)和密封垫(8)与拉伸杆(2)相接触，密封座(6)的外端安有端盖(9)，端盖(9)连接拉伸座(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料吹瓶机热灌装拉伸杆连接装置，其特征在于所述的进气管(3)上端经螺纹(31)连接外接头(4)，进气管(3)下端经螺丝(32)连接固定座(5)。
