具体实施方式Detailed ways
本发明涉及一种胶暗箱自动冲压攻丝输送机构,如图1-图4所示,其特征在于包括机架,在机架上安装第一横槽1,在第一横槽前端上安装喂料支架26,喂料支架上开有喂入口2,喂入口中放胶暗箱3,胶暗箱由底面4、四个侧面5和螺纹孔6所组成,在第一横槽1下安装推料气缸A7,推料气缸A的活塞杆连接推板8,推板与胶暗箱相接触,第一横槽1连接第一直槽9,在第一横槽与第一直槽的连接处外安装推料气缸B10,第一直槽连接第二横槽11,在第一直槽与第二横槽的连接处正对着冲压胶暗箱底面的A冲床凸模12,在A冲床凸模一侧安装击料气缸13,第二横槽11连接第二直槽14,在第二横槽与第二直槽连接处外安装推料气缸C15,在第二直槽14中安装转轴16,转轴连接翻转板17,第二直槽连接第三横槽18,在第二直槽14与第三横槽连接处安装滑轨19,滑轨上安装料盒20,料盒的一侧安装吸料气缸21,料盒的另一侧连接推料气缸D22,翻转板17带动胶暗箱3,胶暗箱与吸料气缸21相配合,推料气缸D22推动料盒20在滑轨19上往复运动,在第三横槽18中安装升降板23,在升降板的一侧有冲压胶暗箱侧面的B冲床凸模24,B冲床凸模连接推料气缸E25,升降板23的另一侧有旋转顶入装置,旋转顶入装置带动胶暗箱3与B冲床凸模24相接触,第三横槽18连接第三直槽27,第三直槽后端有推料气缸F28,第三直槽右侧连接挡板29,在第三直槽27的下端安装滑道移动气缸30,并有挡板复位装置,挡板复位装置与挡板29相配合,在第三直槽27前端安有攻丝模板31,攻丝模板中有攻丝槽32,在攻丝模板31正上方安装钻夹33,钻夹下安有丝攻34,丝攻与胶暗箱3的螺纹孔6相配合,在攻丝模板31一侧有攻丝钻模斜移气缸35,攻丝钻模斜移气缸的活塞杆与攻丝模板31相配合,在攻丝模板上端安装卸料气缸36,在第三直槽27一侧连有滑道37,滑道后端有卸料口38,滑道通过滑道移动气缸30与攻丝模板31中的胶暗箱3相配合。其工作过程为:将胶暗箱3底朝上放在喂料支架26的喂入口2内,胶暗箱在重力的作用下顺着喂入口掉入第一横槽1中,此时推料气缸A7带动推板8向右移动,推板推动落下的胶暗箱3向右移动到位,推料气缸A7再带动推板8往左,使第二个胶暗箱落下,推板继续向右推,使胶暗箱多只互推至第一横槽1与第一直槽9连接处,然后在推料气缸B10的作用下将胶暗箱推至A冲床凸模12(冲床凸模的具体结构为已有技术)的正下方,A冲床凸模经气缸带动,冲头向下冲击胶暗箱底面4的两个底孔,冲好后A冲床凸模12向上升起,胶暗箱3在击料气缸13的冲击下右移至第二横槽11与第二直槽14的连接处,再通过推料气缸C15作用下移至翻转板17的上方,在翻转板下安有翻转气缸,翻转气缸带动转轴16向上转动90°,转轴带动翻转板17转动,使胶暗箱3也随之转动90°,成底朝后,口朝前的位置,然后在吸料气缸21作用下使胶暗箱在料盒20中放正位置,然后推料气缸D22的活塞杆推动料盒20和吸料气缸21在滑轨19上向右滑动,当料盒滑至升降板23的上方时(此时升降板为下降状态),吸料气缸21推动胶暗箱3向前卡入B冲床凸模24下方的冲床凹模中,然后推料气缸D22将料盒20和吸料气缸21往回拉,此时旋转顶入装置顶入胶暗箱,使胶暗箱固定在冲床凹模上,B冲床凸模24向下,冲击胶暗箱侧面的第一个侧孔,然后B冲床凸模上升,旋转顶入装置带动胶暗箱退出冲床凹模并旋转90°,再次顶入冲床凹模,B冲床凸模继续向下冲击胶暗箱另一侧面的侧孔,重复此动作,直至冲完四个侧面的侧孔后,旋转顶入装置退出,推料气缸E25推动胶暗箱内壁的上端脱出冲床凹模并掉落在升降板23上,由于升降板是降下状态,胶暗箱3后退时靠底面4的一端下落入下降的凹坑内,成为底下口上的倾斜状态,当升降板23向上升起时,塑料在重力作用下摆放平整,此时推料气缸D22推动料盒20至升降板23进行下一个胶暗箱侧面5的冲孔,料盒20推动此胶暗箱继续向右移动至第三直槽27,此时推料气缸F28的活塞杆向前推动胶暗箱,将胶暗箱推到攻丝模板31的下方,钻夹33带动丝攻34向下对胶暗箱右上角的螺纹孔6进行攻丝,攻好右上角的螺纹孔后,钻夹33带动丝攻34上提,攻丝钻模斜移气缸35的活塞杆将攻丝模板31和胶暗箱3同时向右上角移动,此时钻夹33再带动丝攻34向下对胶暗箱左下角的螺纹孔6进行攻丝,攻好后,滑道37在滑道移动气缸30的作用下向左移动,滑道推动挡板29向左,挡板推动第三横槽18过来的胶暗箱3向左,当滑道37移动到与攻丝模板31相对应的位置时,卸料气缸36的活塞杆向前推动攻丝模板31中攻完丝的胶暗箱3,使胶暗箱从滑道37中滑至收集箱中,然后滑道移动气缸30推动滑道向右回复原位,此时挡板29在挡板复位装置的作用下也向右回复原位,第三横槽18中的胶暗箱也继续下滑至第三直槽27中,从而进行下一次攻丝。本方案通过自动冲压攻丝输送机构代替手工将胶暗箱送入冲床冲压和攻丝机攻丝,实现流水线自动加工,使冲压和攻丝的精准度得到提高,胶暗箱废品率降低,并且提高了工作效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,减少用工人员,降低了生产成本。所述旋转顶入装置包括在机架上安装底板39,底板连接移动气缸40,在底板上安装顶入气缸41、齿条42和直线轴承座43,在顶入气缸41的活塞杆上依次安装齿轮44、定位盘45和二指叉46,在齿条42一侧连接齿条气缸47,齿条气缸带动齿条42与齿轮44相配合,在直线轴承座43一侧安装定位导杆48,定位导杆与定位盘45相配合,顶入气缸41带动二指叉46与胶暗箱3相配合。工作时,先通过移动气缸40带动底板39向前移动,同时底板上顶入气缸41的活塞杆带动二指叉46和定位盘45向前移动,使二指叉的两个指头插入胶暗箱螺纹孔6后边的两个空槽中,将胶暗箱3顶在冲床凹模上,然后B冲床凸模24对胶暗箱的一个侧面5进行冲孔,冲完后,移动气缸40带动底板39往回,使二指叉46退出冲床凹模,然后齿条气缸47带动齿条42向左移动,齿条带动齿轮44转动,齿轮带动顶入气缸41的活塞杆转动,活塞杆带动二指叉46转动,二指叉带动胶暗箱3翻转90°,然后移动气缸40继续带动底板39向前,同时顶入气缸41带动二指叉46和定位盘45向前使定位盘卡入定位导杆48,由于定位盘与顶入气缸的活塞杆相固定,因此顶入气缸41的活塞杆无法转动,此时齿条气缸47带动齿条42向右移动,无法带动顶入气缸的活塞杆旋转,齿条回复原位方便进行下一次的旋转动作。所述的胶暗箱3外壁制有夹紧槽49,二指叉46与夹紧槽相配合。有了夹紧槽49,使二指叉46能快速、准确的叉住胶暗箱3。所述的挡板复位装置包括在第三直槽27下安装复位弹簧50,复位弹簧中安有顶杆51,顶杆上有复位板52,顶杆通过复位弹簧50和复位板52与挡板相配合。当挡板29受力向左移动时,挡板顶住顶杆51向左,顶杆带动复位板52向左,复位板压动复位弹簧50,使复位弹簧受到挤压,当挡板不受力时,复位弹簧50在回复力的作用下挤压复位板52,使复位板向右移动,复位板带动顶杆51向右,顶杆推动挡板29回到原位,结构简单,动作可靠。所述第一横槽1中安装方向检测气缸53,方向检测气缸下安有检测头54。所述第二横槽11与第二直槽14的连接处安装位置检测气缸55,位置检测气缸下安有探头56。当胶暗箱3经检测头54和探头56检验后,一旦存在摆放位置不正确便能及时发现,并使机器停止运行,避免造成损失。The invention relates to an automatic stamping and tapping conveying mechanism for a rubber dark box, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig.
