Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及染料向织物的递送。
背景技术
在洗衣过程中可以使用调色染料(shading dyes)来增加服装的白度。WO2005/003276、WO2006/010472和WO2008/017570(都属于Unilever)教导了用于调整服装色光(shading garments)的特定酸性偶氮、蒽醌、三苯甲烷和吖嗪染料的使用。WO2006/004870、WO2007/084729(Proctor and Gamble)和共同待决的EP08150172(Unilever)教导了用于调整服装色光的特定碱性三苯甲烷、噻唑 、蒽醌和甲烷染料的使用。这些染料的优点在于它们在第一次洗涤中沉积,然后在后续的洗涤中不进一步在织物上积累。这防止了服装的过度调色。
洗涤加载物(wash loads)典型地由从不同纤维,尤其是棉、聚酯、尼龙和氨纶(elastane)制造的各种织物组成。含有氨纶的织物由于氧化比其它纤维容易发黄得多。因此,希望有在多次洗涤期间缓慢积累在氨纶织物上但不积累在棉或聚酯上的调色染料。这将在洗涤中在所有服装的使用期期间提供最佳白度。
发明内容
当应用于家用洗涤中时,蓝色或紫色阳离子萘内酰亚胺(naptholactam)染料在多次洗涤期间缓慢积累在氨纶织物上但不积累在棉或聚酯上。
在一方面中,本发明提供了一种洗衣处理组合物,其含有:
(i)2-70wt%的表面活性剂,和0.0001-0.1wt%以下结构的阳离子蓝色或紫色萘内酰亚胺染料:
其中:
X-是相反离子;
R1是任选地被取代的烷基,其可在位置1形成亚烷基桥;
R2是具有至少一个与氮原子直接键接的苯部分的基团,其中所述苯部分距离所述萘内酰亚胺1-4个键并且与所述萘内酰亚胺共轭,并且环A和B任选地被取代。
在另一方面中,本发明提供了处理纺织品的家用方法,所述方法包含以下步骤:(i)用所述阳离子蓝色或紫色萘内酰亚胺的水溶液处理纺织品,所述水溶液含有1ppb-1ppm的所述阳离子蓝色或紫色萘内酰亚胺染料,和0ppb-1ppm选自颜料、疏水染料和直接染料的另外的染料或颜料;和0.0g/L-3g/L的表面活性剂;(ii)任选地漂洗所述纺织品;和(iii)干燥所述纺织品。优选地,所述水溶液含有0.1-50ppm的荧光剂。
具体实施方式
本发明中使用的萘内酰亚胺染料是蓝色或紫色的。就这一点而言,所述萘内酰亚胺染料给予白色布蓝色或紫色颜色,色调角(hue angle)为240-345,优选地为260-320,最优选地为270-300。
R1是选自以下的不带电基团:C1-C8-烷基,所述C1-C8-烷基可以被-OH、-Cl和-F、-CN取代;-CONHC1-C6-烷基;-OCOC1-C6-烷基;-CO2C1-C6-烷基;-OC1-C6-烷基;和-C(O)NH2基团;苄基;苯基;其中所述苄基和苯基可以被选自-OC1-C6-烷基、-C1-C6-烷基的基团取代,和R1可以与环A在位置1一起形成通过C3-C4-烷基链连接的五或六元环;

在发现-C1-C6-烷基是末端基团的情况下,优选这些基团是C1或C2烷基,更优选地是CH3或C2H5。在发现-C1-C6-烷基是间隔基团,例如-C1-C8-烷基C(O)N(R7)2的情况下,优选这些基团是C1或C2烷基,更优选地是亚甲基或亚乙基间隔基。
优选地,R1选自:甲基和乙基。
优选地,R3和R4选自:C1-C6-烷基、羟基取代的C1-C6-烷基;氯取代的C1-C6-烷基;氟取代的C1-C6-烷基;氰基取代的C1-C6-烷基;苯基取代的C1-C6-烷基;苯基;和任选地被取代的苯基。

最优选地,存在单个R7取代基,其存在于所述A环上所示的位置3,或环A和B是未被取代的。
所述萘内酰亚胺染料和它们的取代基可以是或者带有聚醚链。聚醚链被定义为通过醚氧化学键接的至少两个重复单元。优选的聚醚链选自环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷。在存在烷基和/或聚醚链的情况下,所述链优选地具有小于1000,更优选地小于400,甚至更优选地小于200的分子量。优选地,R3和/或R4是如上定义的聚醚链。
所述萘内酰亚胺染料可以进一步被不带电的有机基团取代。如果所述萘内酰亚胺染料被进一步取代,那么优选所述不带电的有机基团应该具有小于400,优选地小于150的总分子量。优选的不带电有机基团可以选自NHCOCH3、CH3、C2H5、CH3O、C2H5O、胺、Cl、F、Br、I、NO2、CH3SO2和CN。优选所述萘内酰亚胺染料的任何不带电有机基团都不具有多于三个碳碳双键(C=C)。
X-不是本发明的必要方面,并且可以广泛变化。X-可以是阴离子如RCOO-、BPh4 -、ClO4 -、BF4 -、PF6 -、RSO3 -、RSO4 -、SO4 2-、NO3 -、F-、Cl-、Br-、或I-,其中R是氢,任选地被取代的烷基或任选地被取代的芳基。优选地,X-选自CH3SO3 -、CH3CO2 -、BF4 -、Cl-、F-、Br-、和I-。

表面活性剂
所述组合物包括2~70wt%,最优选10~30wt%的表面活性剂。总的来讲,表面活性剂体系的非离子和阴离子表面活性剂可以选自 “Surface Active Agents” Vol. 1, Schwartz & Perry, Interscience 1949, Vol. 2,Schwartz, Perry & Berch, Interscience 1958;Manufacturing Confectioners Company出版的"McCutcheon's Emulsifiers and Detergents"的当前版本或"Tenside-Taschenbuch", H. Stache, 2nd Edn., Carl Hauser Verlag, 1981中描述的表面活性剂。优选地,所用的表面活性剂是饱和的。
可以使用的适合的非离子洗涤剂化合物特别包括具有疏水基团和活性氢原子的化合物(例如脂族醇、酸、酰胺或烷基酚)和环氧烷(特别是单独或与环氧丙烷一起的环氧乙烷)的反应产物。特定的非离子洗涤剂化合物是C6~C22烷基酚-环氧乙烷缩合物,通常是5~25 EO,即每个分子5~25个环氧乙烷单元,以及脂族C8~C18直链或支链伯或仲醇与环氧乙烷(通常是5~40 EO)的缩合产物。
可以使用的适合的阴离子洗涤剂化合物通常是具有包含约8~约22个碳原子的烷基的有机硫酸盐和磺酸盐的水溶性碱金属盐,术语烷基被用来包括高级酰基的烷基部分。适合的合成阴离子洗涤剂化合物的实例是烷基硫酸钠和钾,尤其是通过硫酸化高级C8~C18醇得到的那些,由例如动物脂油(tallow oil)或椰子油制备;烷基C9~C20苯磺酸钠和钾,特别是直链仲烷基C10~C15苯磺酸钠;和烷基甘油基醚硫酸钠,尤其是源自动物脂油或椰子油的高级醇和源自石油的合成醇的那些醚。优选的阴离子洗涤剂化合物是C11~C15烷基苯磺酸钠和C12~C18烷基硫酸钠。也可以使用的是如下的表面活性剂,例如EP-A-328 177(Unilever)中描述的那些,其显示出对盐析具有抗性,EP-A-070 074中描述的烷基多苷表面活性剂,和烷基单苷。
优选的表面活性剂体系是阴离子和非离子洗涤剂活性材料的混合物,特别是EP-A-346 995(Unilever)中指出的阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的组和实例。尤其优选的是这样的表面活性剂体系,其是C16~C18伯醇硫酸盐的碱金属盐与C12~C15伯醇3~7EO乙氧基化物的混合物。
该非离子洗涤剂优选以表面活性剂体系的大于10%,例如25~90wt%的量存在。阴离子表面活性剂能够例如以所述表面活性剂体系的约5wt%~约40wt%范围的量存在。
在也优选的另一方面中,所述表面活性剂可以是阳离子表面活性剂,从而所述配方是织物调理剂。
阳离子化合物
当本发明作为织物调理剂使用时,其需要含有阳离子化合物。
最优选的是季铵化合物。
如果所述季铵化合物是具有至少一个C12-C22烷基链的季铵化合物,则是有利的。
如果所述季铵化合物具有下式,则是优选的:
其中R1是C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R2、R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链和X-是相容的阴离子。一种优选的这类化合物是季铵化合物鲸醋基三甲基溴化铵。
用于本发明的第二类物质是以上结构的季铵,其中R1和R2独立地选自C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链和X-是相容的阴离子。
根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中(ii)阳离子物质与(iv)阴离子表面活性剂的比值为至少2:1。
其它适合的季铵化合物在EP 0 239 910(Proctor and Gamble)中公开。
如果阳离子与非离子表面活性剂的比值为1:100-50:50,则是优选的,更优选地为1:50-20:50。
所述阳离子化合物可以以所述组合物总重量的1.5wt%-50wt%存在。优选地,所述阳离子化合物可以以2wt%-25wt%存在,更优选的组成范围是5wt%-20wt%。
所述软化用材料优选地以总组合物的2-60wt%,更优选地为2-40wt%,最优选地为3-30wt%的量存在。
所述组合物任选地含有硅酮。
助洗剂或络合剂:
助洗剂材料可以选自1)钙螯合剂材料,2)沉淀性材料,3)钙离子交换材料和4)它们的混合物。
钙螯合剂助洗剂材料的实例包括碱金属多磷酸盐,例如三聚磷酸钠,和有机螯合剂,例如乙二胺四乙酸。
沉淀性助洗剂材料的实例包括正磷酸钠和碳酸钠。优选地,所述洗衣处理组合物含有5-50wt%,最优选为10-35wt%的碳酸钠。
钙离子交换助洗剂材料的实例包括各种类型的水不溶性晶体或无定形铝硅酸盐,其中沸石是其最为人所知的代表,例如沸石A、沸石B(也称作沸石P)、沸石C、沸石X、沸石Y以及EP-A-0,384,070中所披露的P型沸石。
所述组合物也可以包含0~65%的助洗剂或络合剂,例如乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、烷基或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸或下述的其他助洗剂。很多助洗剂由于它们络合金属离子的能力因此也是漂白剂稳定剂。
沸石和碳酸盐(碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐))是优选的助洗剂。
所述组合物可以包含晶体铝硅酸盐作为助洗剂,优选碱金属铝硅酸盐,更优选铝硅酸钠。其典型地以少于15wt%的含量存在。铝硅酸盐是具有以下通式的材料:
其中M是一价阳离子,优选为钠。这些材料含有一些结合水,且需要具有至少50mg CaO/g的钙离子交换容量。优选的铝硅酸钠在上式中包含1.5~3.5 SiO2单元。它们能够如文献中详细描述的那样通过硅酸钠与铝酸钠之间的反应容易地制备。表面活性剂与铝硅酸盐(在存在的情况下)的比例优选大于5:2,更优选大于3:1。
可替代地,或除该铝硅酸盐助洗剂之外,可以使用磷酸盐助洗剂。在本领域中术语“磷酸盐”包括二磷酸盐、三磷酸盐和膦酸盐物种。助洗剂的其他形式包括硅酸盐,例如可溶性硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐(例如来自Hoechst的SKS-6)。
优选地,洗衣洗涤剂配方是无磷酸盐作为助剂的洗衣洗涤剂配方,即包含少于1wt%的磷酸盐。
酶
所述组合物可以含有一种或多种酶,其提供清洁性能、织物护理和/或卫生益处。
荧光剂

芳香剂
优选地,所述组合物包括芳香剂。该芳香剂优选在0.001~3wt%范围,最优选0.1~1wt%。在CFTA Publications 出版的CTFA(Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association)1992 International Buyers Guide和Schnell Publishing Co出版的OPD 1993 Chemicals Buyers Directory 80th Annual Edition中提供了很多适合的芳香剂的实例。
在配方中存在多种芳香剂组分是常见的。在本发明的组合物中,预期将有四种或更多种,优选五种或更多种,更优选六种或更多种,或甚至七种或更多种不同的芳香剂组分。
在芳香剂混合物中,优选15~25wt%是前味(top notes)。前味由Poucher(Journal of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists 6(2):80 [1955])定义。优选的前味选自柑桔油、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、薰衣草、二氢月桂烯醇、氧化玫瑰和顺式-3-己醇。
芳香剂和前味可以用于提示本发明的白度益处。
优选所述洗衣处理组合物不包含过氧漂白剂,例如过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠和过酸。
聚合物
所述组合物可以包括一种或多种聚合物。实例是羧甲基纤维素、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、聚羧酸酯/盐例如聚丙烯酸酯/盐、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯/丙烯酸共聚物。
优选配方中没有用于防止染料沉积的聚合物,例如聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡啶-N-氧化物和聚乙烯基咪唑。
实施例
实施例1
阳离子萘内酰亚胺类的合成在以下文献中有详细记录:GB1520828 (Bayer)、GB987828 (Bayer)和GB1371 178 (Bayer) GB973259 (Bayer)、和GB1583160 (Ciba)。如上所示的适合使用的示例性阳离子萘内酰亚胺染料按照这些文献的过程被合成。发现所有染料在水溶液中都呈现蓝色或紫色颜色,并且当沉积在衣物上时,为衣物提供蓝色或紫色色调。
实施例2
由文献过程合成以下染料:
将0.005wt%的所述染料加入到洗衣粉中,所述洗衣粉含有20% LAS表面活性剂、30%Na2CO3、40%NaCl,其余的次要组分包括方解石和荧光剂以及水分。将所述洗衣粉用于洗涤各种白色织物类型。洗涤在293K在26 French硬水中以10:1的液体对衣物比实施。洗涤花费30分钟并随后在293K在26 French硬水中漂洗2,1分钟。在第一、第三、第五和第十次洗涤之后将织物干燥,使用反射仪(不包括UV)测量它们的颜色并将颜色表示为CIE L*a*b*值。由此计算Δb值,其由以下给出:Δb = b(无染料对照洗涤) – b(采用染料的洗涤)。以下表格示出了在该实验中对于所述萘内酰亚胺染料获得的Δb值,并将其与其它染料对比。
在该实验中使用了3个棉(机织的和毛巾)、4个不同的涤棉和2个氨纶(尼龙-氨纶、棉-氨纶)。给出平均值。

2.根据权利要求1的洗衣处理组合物,其中所述R3和R4选自:C1-C6-烷基、羟基取代的C1-C6-烷基;氯取代的C1-C6-烷基;氟取代的C1-C6-烷基;氰基取代的C1-C6-烷基;苯基取代的C1-C6-烷基;苯基;和任选地被取代的苯基。
3.根据上述权利要求1或2的洗衣处理组合物,其中R1选自:Me和乙基。
4.根据上述权利要求1或2的洗衣处理组合物,其中R3和R4中的至少一个选自:Me、C2H5;CH2CH2OH;CH2CH2CN;CH2CH2Cl;CH2Ph;Ph;和p-MeOPh-。
5.根据上述权利要求1或2的洗衣处理组合物,其中存在单个R7取代基,其存在于A环上所示的位置3,或环A和b未被取代。
8.根据上述权利要求1或2的洗衣处理组合物,其中所述组合物含有选自由以下物质组成的组的荧光剂:2(4-苯乙烯基-3-磺基苯基)-2H-萘并[1,2-d]三唑钠、4,4’-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-(N甲基-N-2羟乙基)氨基1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}均二苯代乙烯-2-2’-二磺酸二钠、4,4’-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-吗啉代-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}均二苯代乙烯-2-2’-二磺酸二钠和4,4’-双(2-磺基苯乙烯基)联苯二钠。
9.处理纺织品的家用方法,所述方法包含以下步骤:
(i)用权利要求1-8任意一项中定义的阳离子蓝色或紫色萘内酰亚胺染料的水溶液处理纺织品,所述水溶液含有1ppb-1ppm的所述阳离子蓝色或紫色萘内酰亚胺染料,和0ppb-1ppm的另外的染料或颜料,其中所述另外的染料选自疏水染料和直接染料;和0.0g/L-3g/L的表面活性剂;
(ii)任选地漂洗所述纺织品;和,
(iii)干燥所述纺织品。
10.根据权利要求9的处理纺织品的家用方法,其中所述水溶液含有0.1-50ppm的荧光剂。
