Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗梅尼埃病的中药制剂。
背景技术
梅尼埃病为膜迷路积水所致的疾病，多发于青壮年，临床中常有反复突发旋转性眩晕，睁眼、转头时加剧，闭目、静卧时减轻，伴有恶心、呕吐、面色苍白，耳鸣、耳聋；眩晕可持续几分钟至几小时，甚至几日，而后自然缓解。本病属中医“内耳眩晕”的范畴，主要病机是脾虚痰盛、上扰清窍所致，中医临床中采取健脾燥湿、涤痰熄风的治疗方法，收到了很好的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有健脾燥湿、涤痰熄风功效的治疗梅尼埃病的中药制剂，克服了现有治疗梅尼埃病技术易复发、效果慢、副作用大等缺点。
治疗梅尼埃病的中药制剂，其特征在于是由如下重量份数的原料制成：半夏2份、天麻3份、泽泻3份、川芎2份、白芷2份、益母草3份、茯苓3份和葛根4份。
本发明可以制成中药学上可接受的各种制剂，优选丸剂。制作方法为常规的中药制作方法：按重量份数称取上述原料，共轧为细粉，和匀，过80-100目细罗；用冷开水将药粉泛为小丸，晒干或低温干燥；装袋，每袋10克，入盒密封。口服，一次一袋，日服三次，十天为一个疗程。
本发明药物机理如下：
半夏：燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结，外用消肿止痛，本品辛温而燥，是温化寒痰之要药，善治脏腑之湿痰。
天麻：息风止痉、平抑肝阳、祛风通络；本品甘润不烈、作用平和，无论寒热虚实皆可应用，本品既息肝风又平肝阳，故为止眩晕之要药。
泽泻：利水渗湿、泻热。
川芎：活血行气、祛风止痛；本品辛温升散，能上行头目祛风止痛治疗头疼头晕，无论风湿、风寒、风热、血虚、血瘀皆可配伍用之，前人有“头疼不离川芎”之说。
白芷：解表散风、通窍止痛、燥湿止带、消肿排脓；本品辛散而燥，善治阳明经风湿之邪而止头额疼痛。
茯苓：利水渗湿、健脾安神。
葛根：解肌退热、透发麻疹、生津止渴、升阳止泻；据文献报道本品有扩张冠脉血管和脑血管增加血流量，尤其增加脑血流量的作用。
益母草：活血调经、利水消肿、清热解毒。
本发明有如下优点：
(1)本发明所使用的中草药符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，药物安全可靠。
(2)诸药相合具有健脾燥湿、涤痰熄风的功效，治疗梅尼埃病具有疗效确切、见效快、治愈率高、疗程短、无毒副作用、服用方便等优点。
疗效判断：
痊愈：眩晕、恶心、呕吐、面色苍白，耳鸣、耳聋等症状完全消失，全身无阳性体征可查。
好转：症状基本消失，劳累或生气后偶感眩晕，休息后症状自行缓解。
治疗结果：治疗梅尼埃病患者80例，患者服用本发明丸剂，每次一袋，日服三次，十天为一个疗程。经过两个疗程治疗，痊愈72例，占90％，好转8例，占10％，总有效率100％。通过两个疗程治疗观察，病人无任何不良反应，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常现象。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者翟某某，女，47岁，因常头晕、耳鸣、恶心呕吐等症两年余，在省立医院诊为梅尼埃病，中西医治疗未能痊愈，劳累过度则病情复发，故于2001年5月宿疾复发就诊我院，口服本发明药物治疗两个疗程痊愈，随访一年无复发。
病例2：患者陈某某，女，40岁，因眩晕、头胀痛、恶心呕吐、纳呆倦怠，诊为梅尼埃病，口服本发明药物治疗2个疗程后痊愈，随访一年无复发。
病例3：患者刘某某，女，37岁，患梅尼埃病，口服本发明药物治疗两个疗程后痊愈。随访一年无复发。
具体实施方式
实施例：丸剂，按重量份数称取原料：半夏2份、天麻3份、泽泻3份、川芎2份、白芷2份、益母草3份、茯苓3份和葛根4份。制备方法：共轧为细粉，和匀，过80-100目细罗；用冷开水将药粉泛为小丸；晒干或低温干燥，装袋，每袋10克，入盒密封。

1.一种治疗梅尼埃病的中药制剂，其特征在于是由如下重量份数的原料制成：半夏2份、天麻3份、泽泻3份、川芎2份、白芷2份、益母草3份、茯苓3份和葛根4份。
