Abstract
一种卡扣,用于将第一壳体固定于第二壳体,该卡扣包括第一卡扣件及第二卡扣件,第一卡扣件设置于第一壳体上,第二卡扣件设置于第二壳体与第一卡扣件相背的一侧,第一卡扣件包括弹性的卡扣部,第二卡扣件形成有与第二壳体上的通孔相通的卡扣孔,卡扣孔周围环绕有弹性的卡持部,卡持部用于在卡扣部穿过通孔及卡扣孔后将卡扣部阻挡于卡扣孔外以固定第一壳体与第二壳体。上述卡扣由于第一卡扣件、第二卡扣件分别固定于第一壳体、第二壳体上,不需要借助附加工具就可完成第一壳体与第二壳体的组装及拆卸。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡扣,特别设计一种方便组装及拆卸的卡扣。
背景技术
在机壳的组装结构设计中,常利用螺丝为固定件以锁定机壳。锁紧或松脱螺丝时,需采用额外的附加工具——螺丝刀完成,而且,因螺丝尺寸需选用对应大小的螺丝刀,由此产生诸多不便。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种组装、拆卸方便的卡扣。
一种卡扣,用于将第一壳体固定于第二壳体,该卡扣包括第一卡扣件及第二卡扣件,第一卡扣件设置于第一壳体上,第二卡扣件设置于第二壳体与第一卡扣件相背的一侧,第一卡扣件包括弹性的卡扣部,第二卡扣件形成有与第二壳体上的通孔相通的卡扣孔,卡扣孔周围环绕有弹性的卡持部,卡持部用于在卡扣部穿过通孔及卡扣孔后将卡扣部阻挡于卡扣孔外以固定第一壳体与第二壳体。
上述卡扣由于第一卡扣件、第二卡扣件分别固定于第一壳体、第二壳体上,不需要借助附加工具就可完成第一壳体与第二壳体的组装及拆卸。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1至图4,卡扣10包括第一卡扣件20及第二卡扣件30。多个第一卡扣件20设置于第一壳体40上,多个第二卡扣件30设置于第二壳体50与第一卡扣件20相背的一侧。第一卡扣件20包括垂直设置于第一壳体40上的连接部22及位于连接部22一端的弹性的卡扣部24。第二壳体50上形成有与卡扣部24对应的通孔52。第二卡扣件30形成有与通孔52相通的卡扣孔32,卡扣孔32周围环绕有弹性的卡持部34。卡持部34用于在卡扣部24穿过通孔52及卡扣孔32后将卡扣部24阻挡于卡扣孔32外以固定第一壳体40与第二壳体50。
请参阅图3及图4,卡扣部24为一球体,第一卡扣件20为中空结构,形成有自连接部22延伸至卡扣部24的盲孔26,从而允许该第一卡扣件20受到挤压时发生弹性形变。本实施方式中,第一卡扣件20与第一壳体40一体成型。
卡持部34形成有多个缺口36,缺口36将卡持部34分隔成相互独立的卡持块38,从而使卡持部34在受到外力作用时产生弹性形变。卡扣孔32的直径小于卡扣部24的球径。请同时参阅图4及图5,卡扣部24插入卡扣孔32时,卡持块38受到卡扣部24的推力发生弹性变形向外扩张,使卡扣部24穿过卡扣孔32。请参阅图3,卡扣部24穿过卡扣孔32,卡持块38及卡扣部24均恢复原状,卡扣部24被卡持块38阻挡于卡扣孔32外以将第一壳体40与第二壳体50固定。卡持部34端部形成有倒角39,以便拆卸第一壳体40与第二壳体50时使卡扣部24在外力作用下易于回至卡扣孔32内。
上述卡扣10的第一卡扣件20、第二卡扣件30分别固定于第一壳体40、第二壳体50上,卡扣部24穿过通孔52及卡扣孔32后可被卡持部34阻挡于卡扣孔32外以固定第一壳体40与第二壳体50。由于第一卡扣件20、第二卡扣件30分别固定于第一壳体40、第二壳体50上,不需要借助附加工具就可完成第一壳体40与第二壳体50的组装及拆卸。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种卡扣,用于将第一壳体固定于第二壳体,其特征在于:该卡扣包括第一卡扣件及第二卡扣件,第一卡扣件设置于第一壳体上,第二卡扣件设置于第二壳体与第一卡扣件相背的一侧,第一卡扣件包括弹性的卡扣部,第二卡扣件形成有与第二壳体上的通孔相通的卡扣孔,卡扣孔周围环绕有弹性的卡持部,卡持部用于在卡扣部穿过通孔及卡扣孔后将卡扣部阻挡于卡扣孔外以固定第一壳体与第二壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于:第一卡扣件包括垂直固定于第一壳体上的连接部,所述卡扣部固定于连接部一端。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡扣,其特征在于:所述第一卡扣件为中空结构,第一卡扣件形成有自连接部延伸至卡扣部的盲孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于:卡扣部为一球体,卡扣孔的直径小于卡扣部的球径。
5.如权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于:所述卡持部形成有多个缺口,缺口将卡持部分隔成相互独立的卡持块。
6.如权利要求1所述的卡扣,其特征在于:卡持部端部形成有倒角。
