Description
技术领域

背景技术

根据本发明的有利设计,凸轮板在其一个面处具有升降曲线且在其另一面处具有旋转曲线。以此方式,提供了节省空间的构造,这是因为齿条与小齿轮驱动装置可布置于凸轮板的一个外表面处,且枢转连杆可安置于凸轮板的另一外表面处。总体上得到了紧凑的刀具变换器,其仅在侧面在机床与相关联的刀具库之间要求极少的空间。

具体实施的方式

当前的电驱动马达31'水平对准且经由其输出轴驱动蜗杆32',与根据图2到图5的第一实施例中的垂直对准相反,所述电驱动马达31'在此情况下是水平对准的。蜗杆32'连同蜗轮33'一起形成蜗轮传动装置,所述蜗轮33'与图2到图5的实施例中的回旋板一体形成,且在其外周边上带有齿,其通过所述齿与蜗杆32'的齿啮合。
如从图6的一个横向视图可看到,旋转曲线35'并入于蜗轮33'的一个面中,旋转曲线35'由具有例如小型辊的驱动器36'啮合。所述驱动器36'安置于回旋杠杆37'上,回旋杠杆37'具有带齿末端部分38'且因此在外壳中形成可往复运动的齿条(未图示)。带齿部分38'啮合以可轴向移位的方式支撑于圆柱形支撑管40'中的轴42'的纵向带齿部分44',根据图2到图5的实施例中情况也是如此。在轴42'的自由端处,刀具双抓器50'以与根据图2到图5的实施例中相同的设计而安装。
图7从另一侧以示意性透视图解展示刀具变换器的设计。根据图6,在与旋转曲线35'相对的面处,蜗轮33'具有呈内模制凹槽的形状的升降曲线55',所述凹槽由固定到枢轴或回旋杠杆57'的中央加宽部分的驱动器56'啮合。在其下端处,枢轴或回旋杠杆57以回旋的方式支撑于外壳(未图示)中的轴承58'中。在其上端处,枢轴或回旋杠杆承载驱动器59',驱动器59'啮合衬套部件45'的径向中间空间。
上述实施例的操作模式在很大程度上是相同的。通过启动马达,蜗轮传动装置的蜗杆被驱动,其是以与回旋板机械耦合的方式形成或一体形成。当蜗杆旋转时,回旋板旋转,借此,一方面驱动器啮合升降曲线,且另一方面旋转曲线根据曲线的相应路线而移动。与齿条37、37'相关联的驱动器36、36'引起齿条的往复移动,且因此引起轴42、42'以及刀具双抓器50、50'围绕纵轴旋转180°。同时或在预定滞后时间,驱动器56、56'与升降曲线55、55'的啮合使枢轴或回旋杠杆57、57'回旋,枢轴或回旋杠杆57、57'的驱动器59、59'引起轴42、42'和因此刀具双抓器的轴向移位。
本发明不限于所示的实施例。举例来说,可使用另一驱动组合件(例如,伺服马达)来代替电动马达31。此外,连杆可用于轴和因此刀具双抓器的升降移动,所述连杆在结构上以不同于枢轴或回旋杠杆57的方式形成。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种用于机床、具体来说用于铣床的刀具变换器,其包括
刀具双抓器(50、50’),其附接在安装于外壳(30、30’)中以便可轴向位移并可旋转的轴(42、42’)的自由端处,且具有两个钳状刀具固持器(51、52),
驱动马达(31、31’),其与所述轴(42、42’)以运动的方式耦合,以用于所述刀具双抓器(50、50’)的直线和旋转移动,以及
传动构件,其用于将所述驱动马达(31、31’)的马达轴的旋转转换为所述刀具双抓器(50、50’)的直线和旋转移动,其中
所述传动构件含有由所述驱动马达(31、31’)驱动的传动装置(32、33;32’、33’),
所述传动装置驱动凸轮板(33’、34),在所述凸轮板(33’、34)的前端处构造有用于所述直线移动的升降曲线(55、55’)以及用于所述旋转移动的旋转曲线(35、35’),
与所述轴(42、42’)以旋转的方式耦合的齿条与小齿轮驱动装置(37、38;37’、38’)的驱动器(36、36’)啮合所述旋转曲线(35、35’),所述驱动器(36、36’)的齿条(37、37’)与所述轴(42、42’)的纵向带齿部分(44、44’)协作,且
与所述轴(42)以平移的方式耦合的枢转连杆(57、57’)的驱动器(56、56’)啮合所述升降曲线(55、55’)并由其导引,
所述刀具变换器特征在于
所述传动装置是蜗轮传动装置(32、33;32’、33’),其蜗轮(33、33’)直接驱动所述凸轮板(33’、34),且
至少部分包围所述轴(42、42’)的支撑管(40、40’)在末端处安装于所述外壳(30、30’)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述蜗轮传动装置的蜗轮(33’)经由齿条与小齿轮驱动装置(37’、38’、44’)而旋转所述刀具双抓器(50’)的所述轴(42’),且通过使用枢转连杆(57、57’)经由升降曲线驱动装置而使所述轴(42’)轴向移位。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
与所述蜗轮传动装置的所述蜗轮(33)相关联的回旋板(34)在其一个面上具有升降曲线(55)且在其另一面上具有旋转曲线(35)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
安置于齿条(37)的中心横向连接处的驱动部件(36)作为驱动器而啮合所述旋转曲线(35)。
5.根据权利要求2到4中任一权利要求所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
枢轴或回旋臂(37、57)在其所述一个自由端处具有驱动部件(59)以作为驱动器,所述驱动部件(59)啮合安装到所述轴的轴环衬套以使所述轴(42)轴向移位,在所述枢轴或回旋臂(57)的另一自由端处提供枢轴轴承(58),且横向安装到所述枢轴或回旋臂(57)的中心部分的驱动部件(56)啮合横向形成于所述回旋板(34)处的所述升降曲线凹槽(55)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述回旋板(34)形成为双面凸轮板,且在其一个面上具有所述旋转曲线(35),且在其另一面上具有所述升降曲线(55),所述两个曲线各自为内铣凹槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述蜗轮(33’)形成所述凸轮板,所述凸轮板承载有使所述蜗杆(32’)啮合于其外周边上的齿。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述驱动马达(31、31’)是伺服直接驱动装置或换极三相交流马达。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于机床、具体来说用于铣床的刀具变换器,其包括
刀具双抓器(50),其附接在可轴向移位且以可旋转的方式安装的轴(42)的自由端处,且具有两个钳状刀具固持器(51、52),
驱动马达(31),其与所述轴(52)以运动的方式耦合,以用于所述刀具双抓器(50)的直线和旋转移动,以及
传动构件,其用于将所述驱动马达(31)的马达轴的旋转转换为所述刀具双抓器(50)的直线和旋转移动,其中
所述传动构件含有由所述驱动马达(31)驱动的蜗轮传动装置(32、33;32'、33'),
所述蜗轮传动装置驱动凸轮板(33'、34),在所述凸轮板(33'、34)的前端处构造有用于所述直线移动的升降曲线(55、55')以及旋转曲线(35、35'),
与所述轴(42)以旋转的方式耦合的齿条与小齿轮驱动装置(37、38;37'、38')的驱动器(36、36')啮合所述旋转曲线(35、35'),且
与所述轴(42)以平移的方式耦合的枢转连杆(57、57')的驱动器(56、56')啮合所述升降曲线(55、55')并由其导引。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述蜗轮传动装置的蜗轮(33')经由齿条与小齿轮驱动装置(37'、38'、44')而旋转所述刀具双抓器(50')的所述轴(42'),且通过使用枢转连杆(57、57')经由升降曲线驱动装置而使所述轴(42')轴向移位。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
与所述蜗轮传动装置的所述蜗轮(33)相关联的回旋板(34)在其一个面上具有升降曲线(55)且在其另一面上具有旋转曲线(35)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
安置于齿条(37)的中心横向连接处的驱动部件(36)作为驱动器而啮合所述旋转曲线(35)。
5.根据权利要求2到4中任一权利要求所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
枢轴或回旋臂(37、57)在其所述一个自由端处具有驱动部件(59)以作为驱动器,所述驱动部件(59)啮合安装到所述轴的轴环衬套以使所述轴(42)轴向移位,在所述枢轴或回旋臂(57)的另一自由端处提供枢轴轴承(58),且横向安装到所述枢轴或回旋臂(57)的中心部分的驱动部件(56)啮合横向形成于所述回旋板(34)上的所述升降曲线凹槽(55)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述回旋板(34)形成为双面凸轮板,且在其一个面上具有所述旋转曲线(35),且在其另一面上具有所述升降曲线(55),所述两个曲线各自为内铣凹槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述蜗轮(33')形成所述凸轮板,所述凸轮板承载有使所述蜗杆(32')啮合于其外周边上的齿。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述驱动马达(31、31')是伺服直接驱动装置或换极交流马达。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的刀具变换器,
其特征在于
所述齿条(37)与所述轴(42)的纵向带齿部分(44)协作,且至少部分包围所述轴的支撑管(40)在末端处安装于外壳(30)中。
