And the control right transfer request message contains the conference description information, so that the new controller UE can correctly process the related operation of the conference after the control right transfer access is completed, and the conference is ensured to be smoothly carried out. In addition, by indicating whether the UE-2 needs to subscribe the conference information or not, the operation that the UE-2 judges whether to subscribe the conference information again can be reduced, unnecessary interaction is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the method for transferring control right under the conference topic may include:
step 401, UE-1 sends a first control right transfer request to SCC AS-1, where the first control right transfer request includes conference description information.
In step 402, SCC AS-1 determines whether UE-1 is allowed to transfer control to UE-2.
Steps 401 to 402 are similar to the corresponding steps in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
In step 403, the SCC AS-1 sends a second control right transfer request to the SCC AS-2.
In this embodiment, the SCC AS-1 may send the indication of the transfer of the control right and the conference description information through the refer message.
For the control right transfer indication, the indication may be performed by carrying a message body in the form of xml in the refer message, such as:

In step 404, SCC AS-2 determines whether UE-1 is allowed to transfer control to UE-2.
This step is similar to step 304 and will not be described herein again.
In step 405, UE-2 receives a second control right transfer request containing conference description information.
In this step, UE-2 receives the refer message forwarded by SCC AS-2, and can further obtain the control right transfer indication in the refer message and the conference description information contained in the SDP message body or the XML message body.
And after receiving the control right transfer instruction, the UE-2 executes the access or termination of the control right transfer according to the instruction, executes the subsequent steps if the access is finished, and returns a rejection message if the access is terminated.
In step 406, the UE-2 returns a control right transfer acceptance message to the SCC AS-2 through the invite message.
Step 407, the SCC AS-2 returns a control right transfer acceptance message to the SCC AS-1 through the invite message.
Step 408, SCC AS-1 sends re-invite message to the conference center.
SCC AS-1 updates the conference center and informs the conference center that the contact address and public identity IMPU of the conference participant have changed. The conference center can acquire that the public identity and the contact address of the conference participant UE-1 change according to the session ID, update the recorded conference participant information, and send notify messages to other conference participants who subscribe to the conference information, wherein the content of the messages is that the public identity of the conference participant is changed into the IMPU and the contact address of the UE-2, or the UE-2 joins in the conference, and the UE-1 exits the conference.
Subsequently, the UE-2 may continue to control the conference based on the conference URI, the current conference information, and the other conference participant information. This step is similar to the step 308 and will not be described herein again.
In the embodiment, the UE-1 sends the control right transfer request containing the conference description information to the UE-2 in multiple ways, so that the UE-2 can be ensured to receive the control right access or termination instruction which has higher accuracy and corresponds to the conference description information, the execution of error instructions is greatly reduced, the UE-2 can establish a conference state according to the conference description information, the normal operation of the conference is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
In order to describe the embodiments of the method of the present invention in detail, the following describes an apparatus or system for implementing the method with specific embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a ue according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The user equipment may include:
a message receiving unit 501, configured to receive a control right transfer request sent by an SCC AS in a conference state, where the control right transfer request includes conference description information, and the conference description information at least includes any one of conference profile information, role description information in the conference, a conference joining mode, an instruction of whether to subscribe to the conference information, or conference participant information.
A conference establishing unit 502, configured to establish a conference state according to the conference description information.
A message replying unit 503, configured to reply the control right transfer accepting message, and complete the control right transfer process.
After receiving the control right transfer request forwarded by the SCC AS, the message receiving unit 501 of the user equipment may display the request including the conference description information to the user, and under the condition of accepting the control right transfer, the conference establishing unit 502 then establishes a conference state according to the conference description information, and the message replying unit 503 replies a control right transfer acceptance message to the SCC AS, thereby completing the control right transfer process.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the message receiving unit 501 may further include:
a receiving subunit, configured to receive a refer message or an invite message sent by an application server SCC AS;
and the obtaining subunit is configured to obtain the control right transfer indication in the refer message or the invite message and the conference description information included in the SDP message body or the XML message body.
In this embodiment, the message receiving unit 501 receives the second control right transfer request including the conference description information, and the conference establishing unit 502 and the message replying unit 503 ensure that the user equipment can receive the control right access or termination instruction corresponding to the conference description information with higher accuracy, thereby greatly reducing the execution of the error instruction, ensuring that the user equipment can establish the conference state according to the conference description information, ensuring the normal operation of the conference, and improving the user experience.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another ue according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The user equipment may comprise a conference control unit 604 and a conference information acquisition unit 605 in addition to the message receiving unit 601, the conference establishing unit 602 and the message replying unit.
The conference control unit 604 is configured to, in a case that the control right transfer is accepted, send a refer message to a conference address to control the conference, where the conference address is included in the conference description information. A conference information obtaining unit 605, configured to send a request for subscribing to the conference information to the conference center when the conference description information includes an instruction for subscribing to the conference information.
In this embodiment, through the message receiving unit 601, the conference establishing unit 602, and the message replying unit 603, it is ensured that the user equipment can receive the control right access or termination instruction corresponding to the conference description information with higher accuracy, so that execution of the error instruction is greatly reduced, and it is ensured that the user equipment can establish a conference state according to the conference description information, thereby ensuring normal operation of the conference and improving user experience.
And the conference description information received by the message receiving unit 601 can ensure that the conference control unit 604 can correctly process the related operation of the conference after the transfer access of the control right is completed, thereby ensuring the smooth proceeding of the conference. In addition, the conference information obtaining unit 605 may reduce the operation of the user equipment to judge whether to subscribe the conference information again according to the instruction of whether to subscribe the conference information, reduce unnecessary interaction, and improve user experience.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an application server according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The application server SCC AS may include a request receiving unit 701, a request transmitting unit 702, and a message receiving unit 703.
A request receiving unit 701, configured to receive a first control right transfer request, which is sent by a first user equipment and transfers a control right to a second user equipment, where the first control right transfer request includes conference description information, and the conference description information at least includes any one of conference profile information, role description information in a conference, a conference joining mode, an instruction of whether to subscribe to conference information, or conference participant information.
A request sending unit 702, configured to send a second control right transfer request to the second user equipment, where the second control right transfer request includes conference description information, so that the second user equipment establishes a conference state according to the conference description information.
A message receiving unit 703, configured to receive the control right transfer acceptance message sent by the second ue, and complete the control right transfer process.
After the SCC AS receives, by the request receiving unit 701, a first control right transfer request containing conference description information sent by the first user equipment, the SCC AS may determine whether to allow the control right transfer, and if not, may send a rejection message back to the first user equipment, and if so, the request sending unit 702 may send the second control right transfer request containing the conference description information directly to the second user equipment, or send the second control right transfer request to the second user equipment through the SCC AS serving the second user equipment, so that the second user equipment may establish a conference state according to the conference description information, and then the message receiving unit 703 receives a control right transfer acceptance message sent by the second user equipment, thereby completing a control right transfer process. The conference description information may include one or any combination of the following information: meeting brief introduction information, role description information in the meeting, meeting participation mode, meeting participant information, and instruction of whether to subscribe to the meeting information.
In this embodiment, the request receiving unit 701 of the SCC AS receives the first control right transfer request including the conference description information, and the request sending unit 702 sends the second control right transfer request including the conference description information to the second user equipment, so that the second user equipment is ensured to receive the control right access or termination instruction corresponding to the conference description information with higher accuracy, execution of the error instruction is greatly reduced, and the user equipment is ensured to establish the conference state according to the conference description information, thereby ensuring normal operation of the conference and improving user experience.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a control right transfer system in a conference state according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The system may comprise a first user equipment 801, a SCC AS802 and a second user equipment 803.
The first user equipment 801 is configured to send a first control right transfer request for transferring a control right to the second user equipment 803 to the SCC AS802, where the first control right transfer request includes conference description information.
An SCC AS802, configured to receive a first control right transfer request, which is sent by a first user equipment 801 and transfers a control right to a second user equipment 803, where the first control right transfer request includes conference description information; sending a second control right transfer request to the second user equipment 803, where the second control right transfer request includes conference description information, so that the second user equipment 803 establishes a conference state according to the conference description information; and receiving a control right transfer acceptance message sent by the second user equipment 803, and completing the control right transfer process.
A second user equipment 803, configured to receive a second control right transfer request sent by the SCC AS802, where the second control right transfer request includes conference description information; establishing a conference state according to the conference description information; and replying a control right transfer receiving message to finish the control right transfer process.
The conference description information may include one or any combination of the following information: meeting brief introduction information, role description information in the meeting, meeting participation mode, meeting participant information, and instruction of whether to subscribe to the meeting information.
According to the embodiment, the second user equipment can receive the control right access or termination instruction which is higher in accuracy and corresponds to the conference description information, execution of error instructions is greatly reduced, the user equipment can establish a conference state according to the conference description information, normal operation of a conference is guaranteed, and user experience is improved.
The specific implementation process of each unit in the above apparatus or system is similar to the corresponding part of the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described here again.
The above-described embodiments of the present invention do not limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A control right transfer method in a conference state is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a control right transfer request sent by a service centralization and session continuity application server SCC AS, wherein the control right transfer request comprises conference description information, and the conference description information at least comprises any one of conference introduction information, role description information in a conference, a conference joining mode, a conference information subscription instruction or conference participant information;
establishing a conference state according to the conference description information;
and replying a control right transfer receiving message to finish the control right transfer process.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the conference description information contains a command for subscribing the conference information, sending a request for subscribing the conference information to a conference center.
3. A control right transfer method in a conference state is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first control right transfer request which is sent by first user equipment and transfers the control right to second user equipment, wherein the first control right transfer request comprises conference description information, and the conference description information at least comprises any one of conference brief introduction information, role description information in a conference, a conference joining mode, an instruction of whether to subscribe conference information or conference participant information;
sending a second control right transfer request to the second user equipment, wherein the second control right transfer request contains the conference description information, so that the second user equipment establishes a conference state according to the conference description information;
and receiving a control right transfer receiving message sent by the second user equipment to complete the control right transfer process.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first control transfer request includes a control transfer indication by:
carrying a message body in an xml form in a reference message to contain a control right transfer indication; or,
the control right transfer indication is contained through a request-displacement message header; or,
the control right transfer indication is contained by the combination of the Contact head and the refer-to head; or,
the two contact headers jointly contain a control right transfer indication.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the first control transfer request includes the instruction of whether to subscribe to conference information by:
the instruction of whether to subscribe the conference information is contained by an actor tag in a refer-to message header or a contact header, or contained by xml.
6. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and sending a message to the second user equipment, wherein the message indicates that the second user equipment subscribes the conference information to a conference center.
7. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and sending an update message to a conference center, informing the conference center that the contact addresses and the public identities of the participants change, and/or informing the conference center that the first user equipment exits the conference and the second user equipment joins the conference.
8. A user device, comprising:
a message receiving unit, configured to receive a control right transfer request sent by an SCC AS in a conference state, where the control right transfer request includes conference description information, and the conference description information at least includes any one of conference profile information, role description information in the conference, a conference joining mode, an instruction whether to subscribe to the conference information, or conference participant information;
the conference establishing unit is used for establishing a conference state according to the conference description information;
and the message reply unit is used for replying the control right transfer receiving message to finish the control right transfer process.
9. The user equipment of claim 8, further comprising:
and the conference information acquisition unit is used for sending a request for subscribing the conference information to the conference center when the conference description information contains an instruction for subscribing the conference information.
10. An application server, comprising:
a request receiving unit, configured to receive a first control right transfer request, which is sent by a first user equipment and transfers a control right to a second user equipment, where the first control right transfer request includes conference description information, and the conference description information at least includes any one of conference profile information, role description information in a conference, a conference joining mode, an instruction of whether to subscribe to conference information, or conference participant information;
a request sending unit, configured to send a second control right transfer request to the second user equipment, where the second control right transfer request includes the conference description information, so that the second user equipment establishes a conference state according to the conference description information;
and the message receiving unit is used for receiving the control right transfer receiving message sent by the second user equipment and finishing the control right transfer process.
