Abstract

本发明是关于热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,包括主体部,及设置在主体部两端的固定座,及设置在主体部下方的、连接两个固定座的导杆;所述主体部安装有灵活转动的立杆,所述立杆有单列及多列,且不同列的立杆间距相同。通过安装可灵活转动的立杆,能有效避免线、管材在辐照过程中因摩擦而产生大量刮伤,保证了管材的辐照质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热缩细管及线管材辐照装置分线疏。
背景技术
在一些特殊行业,对热缩细管以及电子电线等管材的性能要求较高,要求热缩细管具有较高的耐压、耐油和耐温等。为提高热缩细管的耐压、耐油和耐温性能,就需用电子加速器对热缩细管进行辐照改性。而为了提高射线的能量利用率,被辐照热缩细管通常都是呈不重叠状缠绕在两到四个辊筒上,在辊筒滚动的同时,可通过收、放线机构使热缩细管慢慢经过电子加速器的扫描窗口,从而实现对热缩细管的多次均匀辐照。然而,在热缩细管的辐照传输过程中,因管材之间的相互摩擦而产生大量刮伤,造成管材的辐照质量变差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种辐照质量好的热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏。本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明的热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,包括主体部,及设置在主体部两端的固定座,及设置在主体部下方的、连接两个固定座的导杆;所述主体部安装有灵活转动的立杆,所述立杆至少有两列,且不同列的立杆间距相同。
作为优选,所述固定座包括呈L型的支撑部,及设置在支撑部上的加强肋;所述支撑部上设置有螺丝孔。
作为优选,所述主体部安装有两列灵活转动的立杆。
本发明的热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,通过安装可灵活转动的立杆,能有效避免线、管材在辐照过程中因摩擦而产生大量刮伤,保证了管材的辐照质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,包括主体部1,及设置在主体部1两端的固定座2,及设置在主体部1下方的、连接两个固定座2的导杆3;所述主体部1安装有灵活转动的立杆4,所述立杆4至少有两列,且不同列的立杆4间距相同。通过安装可灵活转动的立杆4,能有效避免线、管材在辐照过程中因摩擦而产生大量刮伤,保证了管材的辐照质量。在本实施例中,所述主体部1安装有两列灵活转动的立杆4。
其中,所述固定座2包括呈L型的支撑部20,及设置在支撑部20上的加强肋21;所述支撑部20上设置有螺丝孔22。
本发明的热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,通过安装可灵活转动的立杆,能有效避免线、管材在辐照过程中因摩擦而产生大量刮伤,保证了管材的辐照质量。

1.一种热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,包括主体部,及设置在主体部两端的固定座,及设置在主体部下方的、连接两个固定座的导杆;其特征在于:所述主体部安装有灵活转动的立杆,所述立杆至少有两列,且不同列的立杆间距相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,其特征在于:所述固定座包括呈L型的支撑部,及设置在支撑部上的加强肋;所述支撑部上设置有螺丝孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热缩细管及电子电线管材辐照装置分线疏,其特征在于:所述主体部安装有两列灵活转动的立杆。
