Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有如权利要求1前序部分阐述的特征的带盒(Bandkassette)。
背景技术
这种带盒包括具有功能元件的载带,功能元件即用于检验体液样本的检测区域(Testfeldern)和/或刺血针(Lanzetten)。为了使用,这种带盒插入手持装置中,借助于该手持装置确定被分析物的存在或浓度、尤其葡萄糖浓度,和/或进行刺血针刺入(Lanzettenstich)以获取样本。
载带的未使用功能元件容易损坏。因此,载带的供应部分被保护免受有害的环境影响而设置在带盒的供应腔中。在该供应腔中具有使用功能元件的载带被缠绕在缠绕装置上,将具有未使用功能元件的载带抽拉穿过供应腔的带出口,使得未使用功能元件依次到达使用位置中。
具有这种载带的带盒尤其为糖尿病患者所需要,糖尿病患者必须一天若干次地对通过刺血针刺入而获取的体液样本的葡萄糖浓度进行测量,体液样本通常为血液或间质流体(interstitielle Fluessigkeit)。
具有承载作为功能元件的检测区域和刺血针两者的载带的带盒也已公知。这种带盒确定用于一体式手持装置,借助于该一体式手持装置既可测量体液样本,也可进行刺血针刺入来获取样本。然而,较简单的血糖测量系统常包括两个独立的手持装置,即刺入装置和测量装置。对于这种刺入装置带盒也是公知的,该带盒的载带承载刺血针作为功能元件。
为获得较高的使用者舒适性,在尤其由糖尿病患者使用的医用手持装置中,尽可能容易的带输送是重要的。在较简单的手持装置中,带输送由使用者手动引起,较复杂的手持装置具有电动马达,以依次将载带的功能元件带入到使用位置中。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是公开一种途径,其中在医用手持装置中载带的输送可进行得更容易。
该目的由具有如权利要求1所述特征的带盒实现。本发明有利的进一改进是从属权利要求的主题。
在根据本发明的带盒中,载带在带出口中横过设置在供应腔中的供应部分而定向。这就表示带平面在带出口中相对于设置在供应腔内的供应部分倾斜。该意外方式通过这种明显简单的措施可使摩擦显著减小。
供应部分优选地缠绕在辊上,使得供应部分平行于辊的几何转动轴线定向,而设置在带出口中的带部分横过,优选垂直于辊的几何转动轴线定向。然而,供应部分也可折叠成堆。其中设置在带出口中的带部分的带平面可以横过优选地垂直于折叠的供应部分的带平面定向。
可通过扭转载带,实现载带在供应腔内的定向改变。载带优选地在供应腔内扭转四分之一圈。
通过根据本发明在带出口内将载带定向也可以实现,将具有定位在使用位置中的功能元件的载带一部分横过缠绕装置的几何转动轴线布置。在该横竖的部分内,用于执行刺入的刺血针可容易地横过缠绕装置的几何转动轴线而运动。尤其具有刺入功能的手持装置因此可以具有置于带盒内的缠绕装置地非常平坦地构思,并人机工程有利地在置靠装置的窄侧处的身体部位中(通常为手指)刺入。
优选地,载带在检测区域之间承载刺血针,使得带盒适合于一体式手持装置,借助于该一体式手持装置,既可进行测量体液样本也可进行刺血针刺入来获取样本。如果载带不承载刺血针,则检测区域可彼此相距一段距离地设置、或彼此邻近地相邻,或甚至彼此交织地穿过,例如,在检测区域设置为连续带的情况。

图1示出具有部分打开的盒式外壳1的带盒的实施方式。带盒包括载带2,载带2承载用于检验人类或动物的体液样本的检测区域3。在图示的示例性实施方式中,刺血针4位于检测区域3之间。
载带2的具有未使用检测区域3的供应部分设置在供应腔中,在供应腔内检测区域3受到保护以免受有害环境影响。在图1中,移除了带盒的外壳1的封闭供应腔的一部分,使得在供应腔中能自由转动的辊5可见,载带2的供应部分缠绕在辊5上。
保护未使用检测区域3免受有害环境影响是重要的,这是因为检测区域通常包括灵敏的检测试剂,例如用于被分析物浓度的光度测定或电化学的确定。
供应腔具有带出口6,载带2被导引穿过带出口6。已用带部分缠绕在缠绕装置7上。缠绕装置7邻近辊5设置。缠绕装置7可绕中心转动,缠绕装置7的中心设置为与辊5的中心相距一段距离之处,即位于供应腔的外部,其几何转动轴线穿过中心延伸。该段距离比在载带2仍未使用时辊5的直径大。
在缠绕到缠绕装置7上时,载带2被抽拉出供应腔,使得未使用检测区域3可被依次带入使用位置中以接收样本。使用位置位于与辊5的几何转动轴线和缠绕装置7的几何转动轴线的连线相垂直的线上。缠绕装置7和辊5设置在一个平面中。
图示实施方式的特点是,在带出口6中的载带2横过设置在供应腔中的供应部分而定向。即在供应腔中载带2扭转了四分之一圈,使得载带的平面在带出口6之前相对于缠绕在缠绕辊5上的供应部分倾斜了90°。
带平面的这种倾斜由带导引件8引起,带导引件8具有偏转斜面。带导引件8可实施为包括干燥剂的塑料块。为了减小摩擦,偏转斜面可具有诸如PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)或PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)等由含氟聚合物(Fluorpolymer)制成的表面。
带出口6具有紧靠载带2处的密封件,例如密封唇,以阻止灰尘或其它有害环境影响物进入供应腔中。
在从带出口6到缠绕装置7的路径中,载带2扭转另一个四分之一圈。该另一个四分之一圈可相反于供应腔内的四分之一圈进行,即抵消它。然而,该另一个四分之一圈优选地在与供应腔内的四分之一圈相同的转动方向进行,使得载带2总共扭转二分之一圈。
在图示实施方式中,定位在使用位置中并具有载带部分的检测区域3横过缠绕装置7的几何转动轴线定向。
在检测区域3之间在载带2上设置的刺血针4横过其纵向定向。以此方式,在其中使用上述带盒的手持装置的驱动器可执行横过缠绕装置7的转动轴线的样本接收或刺入运动。带盒具有耦接装置9,手持装置的驱动器可耦接到耦接装置,以移动载带2从而接收样本或刺血针刺入。当接收样本或刺入运动时定位在使用位置中的功能元件,即检测区域3或刺血针4,与承载功能元件的带部分在一个方向上移动,该方向位于带部分的带平面内并横过其纵向。
实质上,对于刺血针刺入或接收样本有利地执行相同运动。在这种样本接收或刺穿运动时,沿运动方向的前部的带边缘弯曲,使得刺血针末端从载带2上抬起,并可刺入置在手持装置处的身体部位。这种前部的带边缘的弯曲对于利用定位于使用位置中的检测区域3接收样本也是有利的,这是因为通过该弯曲,抵靠身体部位以及因此抵靠在此排出的样本的表面增大了。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于医用手持装置的带盒,具有:
载带(2),所述载带承载作为功能元件的用于检验人类或动物的体液样本的检测区域(3)和/或刺血针(4);
供应腔,具有未使用功能元件(3、4)的所述载带(2)的供应部分设置在所述供应腔内;
缠绕装置(7),用于缠绕所述载带(2)并由此抽拉所述载带(2)穿过所述供应腔的带出口(6),使得所述功能元件(3、4)可依次被带入到使用位置中;
其特征在于,所述载带(2)在所述带出口(6)中横过设置在所述供应腔中的供应部分而定向,所述载带(2)在所述供应腔中扭转,并且所述带出口(6)具有紧靠所述载带(2)处的密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的带盒,其特征在于,所述载带(2)的供应部分缠绕在辊(5)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带盒,其特征在于,所述载带(2)在所述供应腔内扭转四分之一圈。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的带盒,其特征在于,在所述供应腔中设置具有偏转斜面的带导引件(8)。
5.如权利要求4所述的带盒,其特征在于,在所述供应腔中设置有干燥剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的带盒,其特征在于,所述干燥剂被包括在塑料块内,所述塑料块形成所述带导引件(8)。
7.如权利要求4所述的带盒,其特征在于,所述偏转斜面具有由含氟聚合物制成的表面。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的带盒,其特征在于,所述载带(2)在所述使用位置和所述缠绕装置(7)之间扭转至少四分之一圈。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的带盒,其特征在于,所述载带(2)在所述检测区域(3)之间承载刺血针(4)。
