Abstract
本发明的吸水片组合物具有吸水性树脂和热熔粘合剂被2片以上的亲水性非织造布夹持而成的结构,上述亲水性非织造布的目付量为25g/m2以上,上述吸水性树脂的含量为200-400g/m2,上述热熔粘合剂的含量为吸水性树脂含量(质量基准)的0.10-0.50倍。根据本发明,可以提供即使薄型但液体吸收前或吸收后不发生变形、且可充分发挥吸水能力的优异的吸水片组合物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及可在卫生材料领域等使用的吸水片组合物。具体来说,涉及薄型、可适用于纸尿布等的吸收性物品的吸水片组合物。本发明进一步涉及使用所述吸水片组合物而成的纸尿布等的吸收性物品。
背景技术
在纸尿布等的卫生材料中使用的体液吸收物品具有以下的结构:吸收体液等液体的吸收体被配置在与身体接触的一侧的柔软的液体透过性表面片(表面片)、和配置在与身体接触的相对一侧的液体不透过性的背面片(底面片)夹持。
近年来,从创意性、流通、废弃等的角度考虑,对卫生材料的薄型化、轻量化的要求增强。与此相对,以往的卫生材料中,通常的进行薄型化的方法例如有:减少纸浆纤维等亲水性纤维、增加吸水性树脂的方法,其中,亲水性纤维起固定吸收体中的吸水性树脂的作用。
这样降低亲水性纤维的比率、大量使用吸水性树脂的吸收体从减少膨松度高的亲水性纤维、保有液体的角度考虑,适合薄型化。但是,考虑实际在纸尿布等的卫生材料中使用时的液体的分配或扩散时,大量的吸水性树脂由于吸收而形成柔软的凝胶状,则发生所谓的“凝胶堵塞现象”,具有液体扩散性急剧降低、吸收体的液体渗透速度变慢的缺点。该“凝胶堵塞现象”是:特别是吸水性树脂较多较密集的吸收体在吸收液体时,存在于表层附近的吸水性树脂吸收液体,在表层附近,柔软的凝胶进一步致密,妨碍液体向吸收体内部的渗透,内部的吸水性树脂无法高效吸收液体的现象。并且,减少有助于形态保持的亲水性非织造布得到的吸收体在液体吸收前或吸收后容易发生扭曲或断裂等的变形。变形的吸收体中,液体的扩散性急剧降低,因此无法发挥吸收体的能力,渗透速度变慢,并且发生液体渗漏。为避免上述现象、保持吸收体的吸收特性,亲水性纤维和吸水性树脂的比率受到限制,亲水性纤维的减少或卫生材料的薄型化也有了极限。
因此,目前,人们提出了例如使用吸水性能不同的2种吸水性树脂的方法(参照专利文献1)、使用表面的交联密度高的吸水性树脂的方法(参照专利文献2)等作为防止减少亲水性纤维、大量使用吸水性树脂时发生的“凝胶堵塞现象”的方法。
但是,这些方法中作为大量使用吸水性树脂的吸收体的吸收特性并不令人满意。由于担负固定吸水性树脂的作用的亲水性纤维减少,吸水性树脂发生使用前侧偏,使用中移动的问题,有更容易引起“凝胶堵塞现象”的倾向。
为了解决这些问题,对于在亲水性纤维上固定吸水性树脂的方法也进行了研究。例如人们提出了以下的方案:在含有吸水性树脂和亲水性纤维的吸收体中含有热塑性的粘合性纤维,使吸收体热熔合的方法(参照专利文献3);使用乳液粘合剂,将吸水性树脂和亲水性纤维固定的方法;使用热熔粘合剂,将吸水性树脂固定在基材上的方法(参照专利文献4)等。
但是,在上述方法中,使用粘合剂固定吸水性树脂时,由于该粘合剂的约束,吸水性树脂的溶胀易于被抑制。特别是用热塑性粘合剂或乳液固定吸水性树脂和亲水性纤维等时,有无法充分发挥吸水性树脂原本所具有的吸水能力、且容易发生“凝胶堵塞现象”的问题。
也有不使用粘合剂,在基材上固定吸水性树脂的方法。例如有:使聚合进行中的吸水性聚合物颗粒附着于纤维质基材,在纤维基材上进行聚合的方法(参照专利文献5);非织造布基材上,通过电子射线照射使以丙烯酸和丙烯酸盐为主成分的单体水性组合物聚合的方法(参照专利文献6)等。
这些方法中,纤维基材深入聚合物颗粒中,牢固地附着,但有难以在基材中完成聚合反应,未反应的残留单体等增多的缺点。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供即使薄型但液体吸收后不发生变形、具有充分的吸收能力、可适用于纸尿布的吸水片组合物。本发明目的又在于提供使用所述吸水片组合物制成的纸尿布等吸收性物品。
本发明涉及

本发明的吸水片组合物具有即使是薄型,在液体吸收前或吸收后也不发生变形,可充分发挥吸水能力的优异的效果。因此,通过使用本发明的吸水片组合物作为纸尿布的吸收体,可以提供薄、且外观的创意性优异、同时没有液体渗漏等问题的卫生材料。本发明的吸水片组合物除卫生材料领域之外,在农业领域或建材领域等也可应用。

实施发明的方式
本发明是具有下述结构的吸水片组合物:吸水性树脂和热熔粘合剂被2片以上亲水性非织造布夹持而成,其中,通过调节吸水性树脂的量、和热熔粘合剂相对于吸水性树脂的量,可实现不含纸浆纤维等亲水性纤维的薄型吸水片组合物。并且,本发明的吸水片组合物中,吸水性树脂被热熔粘合剂牢固粘合在非织造布上,因此,即使不含有纸浆纤维等的亲水性纤维,也可以防止吸水性树脂的侧偏或散逸,也防止变形。吸水性树脂的表面全体并不是被热熔粘合剂覆盖的状态,而是一部分牢固粘合的状态,因此,吸水性树脂的吸水性能不会受到抑制,吸水性树脂可充分溶胀。
本发明的吸水片组合物可以是纸浆纤维等亲水性纤维以不损害本发明的效果的范围的量与吸水性树脂一起混合存在于非织造布之间的方式,从薄型化的角度考虑,优选实质上不含有亲水性纤维的方式。
作为吸水性树脂的种类,可以使用市售的吸水性树脂,例如可举出:淀粉-丙烯腈接枝共聚物的水解物、淀粉-丙烯酸接枝聚合物的中和物、乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物的皂化物、聚丙烯酸部分中和物等。其中,从生产量、制造成本或吸水性能等角度考虑,优选聚丙烯酸部分中和物。
从提高吸水性树脂的渗透压、提高吸水能力的角度考虑,聚丙烯酸部分中和物的中和度优选50%摩尔以上,进一步优选70-90%摩尔。
从本发明的吸水片组合物在应用于纸尿布等时也获得充分的吸收能力的角度考虑,吸水性树脂的含量为200-400 g/m2,优选220-370 g/m2、更优选240-330 g/m2。吸水性树脂的含量低于200 g/m2,则无法获得作为吸收体的充分的吸收能力,回渗量有增加倾向。超过400 g/m2,则容易发生凝胶堵塞现象,作为吸收体,液体的扩散性能变差,渗透速度也有变慢倾向。
本发明的吸水片组合物的吸收能力受所使用的吸水性树脂的吸水能力的影响。因此,考虑吸水片组合物各成分的构成等,本发明中使用的吸水性树脂中,吸水性树脂的吸水容量(保水能力)、载荷下的吸水能力、吸水速度等的吸水性能优选选择优选的范围。
从更多地吸收液体、且强力保有吸收时的凝胶、防止凝胶堵塞现象的角度考虑,吸水性树脂的生理盐水保水能力优选25 g/g以上,更优选25-60 g/g,进一步优选30-50 g/g。吸水性树脂的生理盐水保水能力是由后述的实施例记载的测定方法得到的值。
考虑将本发明的吸水片组合物用于纸尿布的情形,从优选在经受穿着者的载荷的状态下也吸水能力高的角度考虑,载荷下的吸水能力也很重要,吸水性树脂在4.14 kPa载荷下的生理盐水吸水能力优选15 mL/g以上,更优选20-35 mL/g。吸水性树脂在4.14 kPa载荷下的生理盐水吸水能力是由后述的实施例记载的测定方法得到的值。
从加快本发明的吸水片组合物的渗透速度、防止在卫生材料中使用时的液体渗漏的角度考虑,吸水性树脂的生理盐水吸水速度优选低于60秒,更优选低于50秒。吸水性树脂的吸水速度是由后述的实施例记载的测定方法得到的值。
从防止吸水片组合物中吸水性树脂散逸以及吸水时的凝胶堵塞现象、同时降低吸水片组合物的硬邦邦感觉、提高质感的角度考虑,吸水性树脂的质量平均粒径优选50-1000 μm,更优选100-800 μm,进一步优选200-500 μm。
本发明中使用的热熔粘合剂例如可举出:橡胶系粘合剂,例如天然橡胶系、丁基橡胶系、聚异戊二烯等;苯乙烯系弹性体粘合剂,例如苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-异丁烯嵌段共聚物(SIBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)等;乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)粘合剂;乙烯-丙烯酸衍生物共聚系粘合剂,例如乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物(EBA)等;乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)粘合剂;聚酰胺系粘合剂,例如共聚尼龙、二聚酸基聚酰胺等;聚烯烃系粘合剂,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、无规立构聚丙烯、共聚聚烯烃等;聚酯系粘合剂,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、共聚聚酯等;等;以及丙烯酸系粘合剂,它们可以2种以上结合使用。本发明,从粘合力强、可以防止吸水片组合物中亲水性非织造布的剥离或吸水性树脂的散逸的角度考虑,优选乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物粘合剂、苯乙烯系弹性体粘合剂。
从将吸水性树脂充分固定在非织造布上、同时防止非织造布的热劣化或变形的角度考虑,热熔粘合剂的熔融温度或软化温度优选60-180℃。本发明的吸水片组合物中,热熔粘合剂是在吸水片组合物的制造过程中,在熔融后通过冷却直接以固化的状态粘合在非织造布或亲水性树脂上。
热熔粘合剂的含量是吸水性树脂的含量(质量基准)的0.10-0.50倍,优选0.12-0.30倍,更优选0.15-0.25倍。热熔粘合剂的含量低于0.10倍,则粘合不足,亲水性非织造布之间的剥离或吸水性树脂的侧偏、散逸有增加的倾向。超过0.50倍,则亲水性非织造布之间的粘合过强,吸水后的吸水性树脂的溶胀受到抑制,因此吸水能力或液体保持能力有降低倾向。
本发明的吸水片组合物在使用2片以上的亲水性非织造布这一点上具有特征。通常吸水片组合物用于卫生材料时,推测到渗透速度或回渗量等作为卫生材料的性能在吸水片组合物中受到液体渗透一侧(迎面侧)的非织造布的亲水性或强度等的各性能很大的影响。还可以推测,对于其反面侧的非织造布,强度或柔软性以外的性能并不像迎面侧那么必须。但是进行本研究时发现,如果只使反面侧的非织造布为疏水性,虽然其理由尚未明确,但是吸水时从非织造布间发生很大的液体渗漏,由此可知反面侧的非织造布也必须是亲水性的。即,本发明中,通过在夹持吸水性树脂的非织造布的两侧使用亲水性非织造布,可以得到具有高吸收性能的薄型的吸水片组合物。
本发明中使用的亲水性非织造布只要是在本技术领域公知的非织造布即可,没有特别限定,从液体渗透性、柔软性以及制成片组合物时的强度的角度考虑,可举出聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)等的聚烯烃纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)等的聚酯纤维、尼龙等的聚酰胺纤维、人造丝纤维、其它合成纤维制的非织造布,或棉、绢、麻、纸浆(纤维素)纤维等混合而制造的非织造布等,可以是含有上述2种以上的纤维的混合体。还可根据需要,按照公知的方法对表面进行亲水处理。从提高吸水片组合物的强度等的角度考虑,优选使用合成纤维的非织造布,其中优选为选自人造丝纤维、聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维以及它们的混合体的至少1种。合成纤维的亲水性非织造布中,在不会使吸水片组合物的厚度增大的程度下可以含有少量的纸浆纤维。
从使本发明的吸水片组合物具有良好的液体渗透性、柔软性、强度或缓冲性、以及加快吸水片组合物的渗透速度的角度考虑,亲水性非织造布优选适度高膨松度、目付量大的非织造布。其目付量为25 g/m2以上,优选35-250 g/m2,更优选50-150 g/m2。
本发明的吸水片组合物例如可通过在亲水性非织造布上均匀散布吸水性树脂和热熔粘合剂的混合粉末,进一步重叠亲水性非织造布,在热熔粘合剂的熔融温度附近热压合来制造。
本发明的吸水片组合物还可以适当配合消臭剂、抗菌剂或凝胶稳定剂等的添加剂。
本发明的吸水片组合物在可薄型化方面具有大的特征,考虑到在纸尿布中的使用,其厚度在干燥状态下优选5 mm以下,更优选4 mm以下,进一步优选3 mm以下,尤其优选0.5-2 mm。
从考虑到在纸尿布中的使用,优选吸收容量大的角度考虑,本发明的吸水片组合物的生理盐水吸水量优选2000 g/m2以上,更优选4000 g/m2以上,进一步优选6000-18000 g/m2。
并且,本发明的吸收性物品是本发明的吸水片组合物被液体透过性片和液体不透过性片夹持而成。吸收性物品例如可举出纸尿布、失禁垫、卫生巾、宠物垫、食品用滴流片、电缆阻水剂等。并且,作为液体透过性片和液体不透过性片,可以没有特别限定地使用吸收性物品技术领域公知的材料。所述吸收性物品可按照公知的方法制造。
实施例
以下根据实施例进一步详细说明本发明,本发明并不限于所述实施例。
吸水性树脂和吸水片组合物的性能按照以下的方法测定。
<吸水性树脂的生理盐水保水能力>
称取2.0 g吸水性树脂放入棉袋(メンブロード60号,宽100 mm×长200 mm)中,加入到500 mL容量烧杯中。棉袋中一次性注入500 g生理盐水(0.9 %质量氯化钠水溶液,以下同样),用生理盐水分散,以至不会产生吸水性树脂的坨块。将棉袋的上部用橡胶圈扎紧,放置1小时,使吸水性树脂充分溶胀。使用离心力设定为167G的脱水机(国产离心机株式会社制造,型号:H-122),将棉袋脱水1分钟,测定含有脱水后的溶胀凝胶的棉袋的质量Wa(g)。不添加吸水性树脂,进行同样的操作,测定棉袋湿润时的空质量Wb(g),按照下式求出吸水性树脂的生理盐水保水能力。

<吸水性树脂在4.14 kPa载荷下的生理盐水吸水能力>
吸水性树脂在4.14 kPa载荷下的生理盐水吸水能力是使用图1中表示了概略构成的测定装置X测定。
图1所示的测定装置X含有滴管部1和导管2、测定台3、置于测定台3上的测定部4。滴管部1在滴管10的上部连接橡胶塞14、在下部连接空气导入管11和旋塞12,进一步在空气导入管11的上部具有旋塞13。由滴管部1至测定台3安装导管2,导管2的直径为6 mm。测定台3的中央部有直径2 mm的孔,连接导管2。测定部4具有圆筒40、贴附在该圆筒40底部的尼龙筛网41、和砝码42。圆筒40的内径为2.0 cm。尼龙筛网41形成为200目(孔径75 μm)。尼龙筛网41上均匀散布规定量的吸水性树脂5。砝码42的直径为1.9 cm、质量119.6 g。该砝码42放置于吸水性树脂5上,可以对吸水性树脂5均匀地施加4.14 kPa的载荷。
这样构成的测定装置X中,首先关闭滴管部1的旋塞12和旋塞13,由滴管10上部加入调节为25℃的生理盐水,用橡胶塞14塞住滴管上部,然后打开滴管部1的旋塞12、旋塞13。接着,调节测定台3的高度,使测定台3中心部的导管2的顶端与空气导入管11的空气导入口为相同高度。
另一方面,在圆筒40的尼龙筛网41上均匀散布0.10 g吸水性树脂5,在该吸水性树脂5上放置砝码42。安置测定部4,使其中心部与测定台3中心部的导管口一致。
自吸水性树脂5开始吸水的时刻起连续地读取滴管10内的生理盐水的减少量(吸水性树脂5吸收的生理盐水量)Wc (mL)。
在使用测定装置X的测定中,通过下式求出自开始吸水起经过60分钟后吸水性树脂5在载荷下的生理盐水吸水能力。
吸水性树脂在4.14 kPa载荷下的生理盐水吸水能力(mL/g)=Wc (mL)÷0.10 (g)
<吸水性树脂的生理盐水吸水速度>
本试验在调节为25℃±1℃的室内进行。在100 mL容量烧杯中称量50±0.1 g生理盐水,加入磁力搅拌棒(8 mmφ×30 mm,无环),将烧杯浸泡在恒温水槽中,将液温调节为25±0.2℃。接着,将烧杯置于磁力搅拌机上,转数为600 r/分钟,在生理盐水产生漩涡后,将2.0±0.002 g吸水性树脂快速地添加到上述烧杯中,使用计时器,测定自添加吸水性树脂后至液面的漩涡收敛时的时间(秒),以此作为吸水性树脂的吸水速度。
<吸水性树脂的质量平均粒径>
向100 g吸水性树脂中混合0.5 g非晶二氧化硅(デグサジャパン(株),Sipernat 200)作为润滑剂。
使用JIS标准筛的孔径250 μm的筛,使上述吸水性树脂颗粒通过,在其50%质量以上通过了时,使用(A)筛的组合测定质量平均粒径,在其50%质量以上残留在筛上时,使用(B)的筛的组合测定质量平均粒径。
(A) 将JIS标准筛自上而下依次按照孔径425 μm的筛、孔径250 μm的筛、孔径180 μm的筛、孔径150 μm的筛、孔径106 μm的筛、孔径75 μm的筛、孔径45 μm的筛和接收皿的顺序组合。
(B) 将JIS标准筛自上而下依次按照孔径850 μm的筛、孔径600 μm的筛、孔径500 μm的筛、孔径425 μm的筛、孔径300 μm的筛、孔径250 μm的筛、孔径150 μm的筛和接收皿的顺序组合。
在组合的最上面的筛上加入上述吸水性树脂颗粒,使用转打式振荡器振荡20分钟,进行分级。
分级后,计算残留在各筛上的吸水性树脂的质量相对于总量的质量百分率,由粒径大一方开始依次累计,将筛孔径与残留在筛上的吸水性树脂的质量百分率累计值的关系在对数概率纸上作图。将概率纸上的点用直线连接,以相当于累计质量百分率50%质量的粒径作为质量平均粒径。
<吸水片组合物的生理盐水吸水量>
将吸水片组合物切成7 cm见方的正方形,将其作为样品,测定质量Wd。
在500 mL容量的烧杯中加入500 g生理盐水,在其中添加吸水片组合物的样品,静置1小时。预先测定孔径75 μm的JIS标准筛的质量We (g),使用该筛过滤上述烧杯的内容物,将筛以相对于水平约30度的倾斜角倾斜的状态放置30分钟,滤除多余水分。测定加入了样品的筛的质量Wf(g),由下式计算吸水片组合物的生理盐水吸水能力。
吸水片组合物的生理盐水吸水能力(g/m2)=[Wf-We-Wd](g)/ 0.0049(m2)
<吸收片组合物的性能评价>
将吸水片组合物切成10×30 cm的短条状,将其作为样品使用。
在10 L容量的容器中加入60 g氯化钠、1.8 g氯化钙二水合物、3.6 g氯化镁六水合物和适量的蒸馏水,完全溶解。接着添加15 g 1%质量聚(氧乙烯)异辛基苯基醚水溶液,进一步添加蒸馏水,将水溶液全体的重量调节为6000 g,然后用少量的青色1号着色,制造试验液。
在样品(吸水片组合物)A的上部放置与样品同样大小(10×30 cm)、目付量21 g/m2的聚乙烯制的透气式多孔液体透过性片B。样品下放置与片B相同大小、目付量的聚乙烯制液体不透过性片C,制作体液吸收性物品。在该体液吸收性物品的中心附近放置内径3 cm的圆筒型料筒6,一次性加入50 mL的试验液7,同时使用计时器测定试验液完全渗透到体液吸收性物品中所需的时间,以此作为第1次的渗透速度(秒) (图2)。接着在30分钟后和60分钟后也进行同样的操作,测定第2次和第3次的渗透速度(秒)。自第1次加入液体开始120分钟后,在液体加入口附近放置预先测定了质量(Wg(g)、约50g)的10 cm四方形滤纸9,在其上放置10 cm×10 cm的5 kg的砝码8 (图3)。荷载5分钟后测定滤纸9的质量(Wh(g)),将增加的质量作为回渗量(g)。
回渗量(g)=Wh-Wg
之后测定试验液的扩散长度D(cm) (图4)。
[实施例1、2和比较例1-4]
在目付量60 g/m2的人造丝纤维和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的混合体(人造丝纤维/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维=65/35(质量比))构成的亲水性非织造布(反面侧)上均匀散布粉末,该粉末均匀混合了聚丙烯酸部分中和物(中和度:75%摩尔)构成的高吸水性树脂“アクアキープSA55SX II”(住友精化(株)社制造,生理盐水保水能力:35 g/g,4.14 kPa载荷下的生理盐水吸水能力:24 mL/g,生理盐水吸水速度:42秒,质量平均粒径:370 μm)与作为热熔粘合剂的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(熔融温度95℃),它们的量是相对于片面积分别为表1所示的含量。自上部放置目付量60 g/m2的人造丝纤维和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的混合体(人造丝纤维/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维=65/35(质量比))构成的亲水性非织造布(迎面侧),然后通过热压合制成片,得到吸水片组合物。
[比较例5]
实施例1中,使用疏水性非织造布(目付量40 g/m2的疏水性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(100%))代替亲水性非织造布,作为散布吸水性树脂和热熔粘合剂的非织造布(反面侧),除此之外,按照与实施例1同样的方法制成片,得到吸水片组合物。
按照上述方法测定由实施例1、2和比较例1-5得到的吸水片组合物的性能。加入试验液时有否液体渗漏、渗透速度、回渗量和扩散长度的测定结果、以及吸水性树脂有否散逸,如表1所示。

由以上结果可知,实施例1、2的吸水片组合物与比较例1-4对比,渗透速度快、回渗量少,液体扩散也良好。另外,反面侧使用了疏水性非织造布的比较例5的吸水片组合物在加入试验液时,试验液未被吸水片吸收,发生来自吸水片的液体渗漏。因此无法进行比较评价。
产业实用性
本发明的吸水片组合物可应用于卫生材料领域、农业领域、建材领域等,其中可优选用于纸尿布。
Claims (7)
1. 吸水片组合物,具有吸水性树脂和热熔粘合剂被2片以上的亲水性非织造布夹持而成的结构,其中,上述亲水性非织造布的目付量为25 g/m2以上,上述吸水性树脂的含量为200-400 g/m2,按质量基准计,上述热熔粘合剂的含量为吸水性树脂含量的0.10-0.50倍。
2. 权利要求1的吸水片组合物,其中,亲水性非织造布为选自人造丝纤维、聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维和它们的混合体的至少一种。
3. 权利要求2的吸水片组合物,其中,吸水性树脂的生理盐水保水能力为25 g/g以上。
4. 权利要求1-3中任一项的吸水片组合物,其中,热熔粘合剂为选自乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物粘合剂和苯乙烯系弹性体粘合剂的至少一种。
5. 权利要求1-4中任一项的吸水片组合物,其中,吸水片组合物的厚度在干燥状态下为5 mm以下。
6. 权利要求1-5中任一项的吸水片组合物,其中,吸水片组合物的生理盐水吸水量为2000 g/m2以上。
7. 吸收性物品,通过将权利要求1-6中任一项的吸水片组合物用液体透过性片和液体不透过性片夹持而成。
