Abstract
本发明公开一种墙体蜂窝状发泡体材料,由如下重量份的组分组成:硫铝水泥30~50份、粉煤灰30~65份、水25~50份、双氧水6~8份、硬脂酸钙0.8~1.26份、灰钙粉1.2~2份。本发明的优点是:1.板面不龟裂、不脱落、不吸水、不着火、不反卤、隔音、保温、抗震、强度高、重量轻;2.施工方便,可锯、可接、可宽、可窄、可厚、可薄。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体说涉及一种墙体材料,更具体说是涉及一种墙体蜂窝状发泡体材料。
背景技术
现有的墙体保温材料常常采用苯板加水泥,但采用该技术不仅施工不方便,且成本较高,并且不适用墙体的内部。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种墙体蜂窝状发泡体材料,在墙板外壳是硫铝水泥细石砼,上下低碱高强玻纤网,中间蜂窝状发泡体用多功能发泡注浆机模内现场发泡,流水作业,用机械制板机一次合成,结合完美,整体性强。所述蜂窝状发泡体具体方案为:
一种墙体蜂窝状发泡体材料,由如下重量份的组分组成:硫铝水泥30~50份、粉煤灰30~65份、水25~50份、双氧水6~8份、硬脂酸钙0.8~1.26份、灰钙粉1.2~2份。
本发明还公开了优选的配比,所述各组分重量份为:硫铝水泥39份、粉煤灰30.25份、水36.3份、双氧水7.1份、硬脂酸钙0.91份、灰钙粉1.39份。
本发明发泡体材料的使用方法:带有空心砖的托板,通过自动传送系统,经过注浆发泡机时根据原来设定的发泡材料用量,注浆机开始工作3-5秒钟以内完成注浆过程,5-7分钟完成发泡过程,25分钟达到初凝,形成自保温砌块。
本发明的优点是:
1.板面不龟裂、不脱落、不吸水、不着火、不反卤、隔音、保温、抗震、强度高、重量轻;
2.施工方便,可锯、可接、可宽、可窄、可厚、可薄。
具体实施方式
带有空心砖的托板,通过自动传送系统,经过注浆发泡机时根据原来设定的发泡材料用量,注浆机开始工作3-5秒钟以内完成注浆过程,5-7分钟完成发泡过程,25分钟达到初凝,形成自保温砌块。
实施例1
将硫铝水泥30kg、粉煤灰30kg、水25kg、双氧水6kg、硬脂酸钙0.8kg、灰钙粉1.2kg倒入反应釜,经拌合后进入分配器,通过分配器进入定量盘,分配均匀后自动注入砌块孔内。
实施例2
将硫铝水泥50kg、粉煤灰40kg、水50kg、双氧水8kg、硬脂酸钙1kg、灰钙粉1.8kg倒入反应釜,经拌合后进入分配器,通过分配器进入定量盘,分配均匀后自动注入砌块孔内。
实施例3
将硫铝水泥40kg、粉煤灰65kg、水40kg、双氧水7kg、硬脂酸钙1.26kg、灰钙粉2kg倒入反应釜,经拌合后进入分配器,通过分配器进入定量盘,分配均匀后自动注入砌块孔内。
实施例4
将硫铝水泥39kg、粉煤灰30.25kg、水36.3kg、双氧水7.1kg、硬脂酸钙0.91kg、灰钙粉1.39kg倒入反应釜,经拌合后进入分配器,通过分配器进入定量盘,分配均匀后自动注入砌块孔内。
以上实施例中所使用的设备可采用通用设备,也可采用本申请人同时申报发明的“发泡体材料自动注入机”。
本发明配方中所使用材料的作用是:
硫铝水泥:该材料具有较低的水化液碱度,对玻璃纤维腐蚀性很小;具有较小的自由膨胀率,早强性能可加速生产中模具的周转。
粉煤灰:该材料为填充料,可以改善憎水性。
水:稀释剂。
双氧水:该材料具有较强的渗透性和氧化作用。
硬脂酸钙:该材料稳定作用较长,长期热稳定作用尚好。
灰钙粉:该材料在应用中能够提高耐水性,具有白度高,纯度高,不变色,遮盖力强等优点。

1.一种墙体蜂窝状发泡体材料,其特征在于,由如下重量份的组分组成:硫铝水泥30~50份、粉煤灰30~65份、水25~50份、双氧水6~8份、硬脂酸钙0.8~1.26份、灰钙粉1.2~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡体材料,其特征在于,所述各组分重量份为:硫铝水泥39份、粉煤灰30.25份、水36.3份、双氧水7.1份、硬脂酸钙0.91份、灰钙粉1.39份。
