Abstract

本发明涉及一种如独立权利要求所属种类的压力容器。
背景技术
根据US 2007/0246122 A1已知一种压力容器,其具有用于控制填充或排空的燃料箱阀门以及安装于所述燃料箱阀门上的取气管。许多气站装备有使用油润滑的空气压缩机,用于提供充灌天然气所必需的压力,但是天然气却被油污染了。由此,在车辆燃料箱中,越来越多的油聚集到压力容器的底部。取气管伸入到压力容器中。
发明内容
本发明的优点
与此相对,具有独立权利要求的特征部分的特征的根据本发明的压力容器具有如下优点,即通过在取气管外围上设置油隔离装置,以可靠而又简单的方式和方法阻止了油。视情况可以不用附加地安装滤油器,从而,降低了制造成本。
通过从属权利要求中所列示的措施能够获得独立权利要求所给出的压力容器的有利的改型和改进方案。
特别有利的是,所述油隔离装置构造成卡圈形凸起,因为以这种方式形成一道止挡,该止挡阻止油沿所述取气管继续爬行,并使油自所述取气管滴落。由此使油不能到达取油管(Oelentnahmerohr)中,并由此不能通过所述燃料箱阀门到达内燃机。
根据有利的设计方案,所述油隔离装置为环、卡圈或者凸肩。
进一步有利的是,所述油隔离装置一体地在取气管上构造或者替代地作为单独的部件构造。

附图示出了根据本发明的用于燃气内燃机的压力容器。
用于燃气内燃机的压力容器1具有电子机械的燃料箱阀门2,用于闭锁具有两个接头3、4的压力容器。其中一个接头3例如通过压力调节器5与内燃机6流动连接。另一接头4与燃料箱填充接管10或者与另一压力容器流动连接,其中,压力容器1可通过燃料箱填充接管10得到填充。电子机械的燃料箱阀门2通过未示出的阀门构件控制至少一个通入压力容器1的入口11、12。在其中一个入口11处布置有伸入压力容器1内的取气管15,它阻止油在弯道行驶时通过入口11、12到达燃料箱阀门2并进而到达内燃机6内。这会引起在下游构件上诸如在压力调节器或者喷射阀上发生故障。
根据本发明的设计,在取气管15的外围或者外罩面上设置油隔离装置16。油隔离装置16例如布置在取气管15的敞开的末端的附近,但还可以设置在其他在轴向上的位置上。油隔离装置16构造成卡圈形凸起,卡圈形凸起形成阻止油沿取气管15继续爬行的止挡,并使油从取气管15上滴落。油隔离装置16例如构造成环、卡圈或者凸肩。扁形的结构尤其有效且成本有利。油隔离装置16可一体地在取气管15上构造或者是单独的部件。例如单独的油隔离装置16可例如形状配合地、传力地或者材料配合地固定在取气管15上并由金属、塑料或者橡胶制成。
压力容器1具有横向于纵向延伸测得的高度H,其中,取气管15例如布置在压力容器1的高度H的一半的范围内,并沿压力容器1的纵向延伸的方向走向。当然,取气管15还可布置在一半高度H的范围以外。取气管15的长度L例如计为压力容器1的纵向延伸的至少10%。
Claims (6)
1.用于燃气内燃机的压力容器,其具有燃料箱阀门并且具有布置于燃料箱阀门上且伸入所述压力容器内的取气管,其特征在于,在所述取气管(15)的外围上设置有油隔离装置(16),其中所述油隔离装置(16)构造成卡圈形凸起、环、卡圈或者凸肩。
2.如权利要求1所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述油隔离装置(16)构造成扁形的。
3.如权利要求1所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述油隔离装置(16)一体地在所述取气管(15)上或者作为单独的部件构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述油隔离装置(16)由金属、塑料或者橡胶制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述取气管(15)的长度(L)计为所述压力容器的纵向延伸的至少10%。
6.如权利要求1所述的压力容器,其特征在于,所述压力容器(1)具有高度(H)并且所述取气管(15)布置于所述压力容器的一半高度(H)的范围内且沿所述压力容器(1)的纵向延伸的方向走向。
