Abstract
本发明涉及可伸展的多层材料(100),包括复合到至少一个薄片层(102,104)的可伸展层(106)。可伸展层(106)从无伸展状态开始伸展,保证薄片层(102,104)伸展,在可伸展层(106)朝无伸展状态返回时牵引薄片层(102,104)成褶皱状态。可伸展层(106)和至少一个薄片层(102,104)通过焊接连接,以避免它们分离。可伸展层(106)通过涂粘合剂的线条(108,108′)被固定到至少一个薄片层(102,104)上。在对应涂粘合剂的线条(108,108′)上不实施焊接连接。优选地,这种材料为网(100)的形式,其相对该网的纵向延伸方向可横向伸展,并具有沿该网的边延伸的涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及可伸展的多层材料。
特别涉及为实现在卫生用品上的可能应用公开了本发明的内容。
背景技术
诸如WO-A-01/91666或WO-A-01/92013文献描述了可像内裤一样穿着的卫生用品,包括中心体或是裆部,其围绕使用者的裆部成凹面设置,并具有侧片,侧片在该卫生用品的至少一个端部(前或后)的相对两侧延伸,使得该卫生用品围绕使用者的腰围合拢。
特别地,上述提到的文献解决侧片可结合弹性伸展及透气性的特点的问题。
发明内容
尽管现有的这些方案总体上产生了令人满意的效果,但是在实际应用中突出了这样的事实,获得这类侧片中所使用的可伸展的多层材料可以进行额外改进,特别是:
材料弹性伸展的程度;以及
弹性性能,也就是在施加到材料上的牵引力作用下,可伸展度的趋势。
在使用的各种领域中(特别是在生产像内裤一样穿着的卫生用品中),可用的可伸展的多层材料的弹性伸展度大约在200%被认为是有必要的,也就是说,已伸展的材料其长度等于该材料在“静止”(即,不受牵引作用)时长度的3倍。
而且,特别是在生产诸如成人用失禁用品等的大的产品时使用可伸展的多层材料,这种可伸展的多层材料一旦到达最大的伸展值,则仅可再伸展相当有限的程度。这种特点是很重要的,因为,在穿好之后,即适应使用者的形体及感受之后,卫生用品不会松弛导致其以不希望的方式滑脱。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够以极好的方式满足上述需要的可伸展的多层材料。
根据本发明,所述目的通过具有权利要求书中详细提到的特征的可伸展多层材料而实现。
本发明也涉及相应的生产方法。
权利要求为此处与本发明相关的所公开的技术方案整体的一部分。

图1中,参考标记10代表可像内裤一样穿着的卫生用品整体,此处显示的为平的展开的状态。在这个示例中,它为常规用品(婴儿尿布或是成人失禁用品),在销售时展开,而在用到使用者身上后像内裤一样合拢。然而,这里所述的这种方案可以被用于当今称为“训练裤”的用品,在销售时已经围拢成内裤的形状,在使用时可以穿到身上,关于这方面,可以参考上述所提到的WO-A-01/91666或者WO-A-01/92013。
此处示出的卫生用品10包括中心体12,其为普通的U型结构,用于人体时,将其围绕使用者的裆部。中心体或裆部12的结构一般包括(可以附加其它各种附件):
上层或表层13,对排出的体液具有渗透性,朝向人体;
下层或底层14,不能渗透体液,朝向外侧,即,人体侧的相对侧;以及
插在所述表层13或所述底层14之间的吸收垫或吸收芯。
还包括从所述中心体12伸出的弹性侧片16,其,并且当用户穿着时可以(例如借助粘性片161或是微型勾)使卫生用品围绕腰围合拢。
侧片可以设置在中心体12的两端(前和后)。训练裤用品通常是这样,在销售时,侧片的远边封在一起构成一件合拢形式的卫生用品。应当指出,这里提到的“前”和“后”仅是为了区别两端,因此与卫生用品最终的穿着方式没有具体关联。
此处提到的实施例指的是(在“展开”销售的产品中更普遍),侧片16在中心体12的后端,同时两个翼18从中心体12的前端横向伸出,使得卫生用品10(理想地是展开并且伸展状态,例如图1中所示)具有典型的沙漏形状。
图1中所示实质上为示意图,用于强调这里所描述的方案适用于卫生用品10多种可能的实施例。
为了更详细的描述卫生用品10的附加特征(例如,所关注的成形的边,其通常设置在卫生用品的底层14上,沿着用于使用者腿部的开口的轮廓,也可以用于沿吸收芯15的侧面设置的所谓的翻边或是弹性边,吸收芯15的作用在于横向容纳人体排泄物),读者可以寻找该主题相关的更广泛的现有资料;至于构成卫生用品10的各部分的可用材料的选择,同样如此。
侧片16可以由材料100形成的带子或是网开始制作,例如欧洲专利申请07425002.8中详细描述的方案。
本发明主要涉及这种网状材料及其相关生产方法。
通常,这种材料具有分层的结构,由两个外薄片层102,104(例如为无纺布)构成,弹性可伸展材料106置于二者之间。
例如,层102和104可以由具体重量在大约10g/m2的无纺布组成,其可以从Fibertex公司购得,商品名称为Hydrophobic NW SMS Spunbond XW 01001001或者FW 01001001。弹性材料106可由从Tredegar公司获得的材料组成,商品名称为CEX802WR。
所提到的具体材料仅仅是示例性的,不应当解释为对本发明范围的限制。
附图2解释了网状材料100生产方法的第一阶段,其中,使层102在绕轴XD旋转的辊子D上前进,同时沿着材料102的带子的边,用涂覆喷嘴S涂粘性材料条108(连续的或是间断的)。
所提到的粘性材料例如可以是胶,其可以从National公司获得,商品名称173B。
在一个实施例中,条108宽度(相对于网状材料100的纵向延伸方向横向测量)大约为2-10mm。在一个优选的实施例中,条108宽度为4-6mm。在一个实施例中,每延米涂覆线,条108使用0.1-0.2g胶(按照网100的纵向延伸方向测量)。
尽管图2中涉及到使用两条涂胶线108,但是从阅读本文其余部分内容更加充分地意识到,这里所提到的方案同样适用更多的涂胶线。
图2同样显示出层102对应的边被固定在辊子或是鼓D上,这样层102相对于它纵向延伸方向不会横向收缩。
图2中概括显示的结果可以以不同的方式得到。例如,图3更详细地涉及一种方案(本身是已知的),其中,辊子或鼓D有两个半圆截面的环形槽T,具有圆形截面的两个小的皮带B缠绕其中。通常是示例性的,图4涉及到另一种方案(本身也是已知的),其中,辊子或鼓D有两个具有梯形截面的环形槽T,具有互补梯形截面的两个小的皮带B′缠绕其中。该方案可以降低起固定作用使得带102不会活动而使用的材料H,H′的最小量。所述皮带将带102的边“压”入槽T中,使带102保持伸展,防止其横向收缩及卷曲。
在图5中所示的下一个阶段中,弹性材料带106以伸展的状态被施加到带102:如果所述层102对应的边没有被固定,那么由于抵抗层106的牵引作用,带102就会横向收缩并卷曲。
正如已经提到的,保持带102伸展避免其横向收缩及卷曲,可以通过不同方式得到:为了引用其他方案,除了那些已提到的之外,可以考虑真空固定到辊子D上,或是利用反向辊或采用高摩擦的侧面进行约束。
可伸展层106被施加在层102之上,使其对应的侧边可以粘附到粘性条108。
弹性材料层106被施加到伸展状态(相对于网100长度的横向)的层102上。
在一个实施例中,可伸展层106的伸展度大约为200%。这意味着层106被施加到层102(使其对应的侧边可以粘附到粘性条108),保持其横向拉伸宽度基本等于层106在静止时(即,没有进行横向拉伸)宽度的3倍。
在一个实施例中,带106的横向伸展可以采用分叉装置实现,该装置包括两个轮R1,R2,所述两个轮R1,R2具有对应的相交和相互倾斜的轴XR1,XR2。
弹性材料带106进给到轮R1,R2,其中这两轮的外围由于它们对应的倾斜的旋转轴而比较靠近。所述轮的旋转逐渐使带106进入区域中,在这个区域,轮R1,R2的外围进一步分开,获得所需要的横向弹性拉伸,然后材料106以这种拉伸的状态被施加到层102。
很多类似的横向拉伸多层材料的技术以多种可能的变化形式已为人熟知,例如文献US-A-5308345所示出的,在本发明中对该方案进行详细的描述是不必要的。
借助粘性材料条108得到的固定作用确保材料层106保持在伸展状态,甚至是在该材料层从包括轮R1和R2的横向伸展组脱离时仍保持在伸展状态。事实上,条108使层106横向固定在层102上,层102的边本身又通过皮带B压入槽T,所以,尽管层106具有弹性牵引作用,由层102及106组成的复合带仍保持在伸展状态,不会横向收缩。
此时,如图6中示意性显示,层104被施加到弹性层106上,完成网状材料100的夹层结构。
如图7和图8所示,该夹层结构包括层102,104以及106,采用超声波焊头(sonotrode)S对其进行超声波焊接处理。
这种焊接处理(所提到的超声波焊接处理为一种较优的选择,然而,也可以采用诸如热焊接等类似的技术代替)可以使之前形成的夹层结构粘在一起,防止夹层结构分层(即,层102,104,106分离)。
在一个实施例中,在将层104施加到层106上之前,可以施加两条附加的粘性材料涂覆线108’(图中以断开的线示意性表示),其特性基本类似之前描述的涂胶线108。
线条108′可以在层106和层104之间产生连接作用,基本类似于线条108在层106和层102之间所起的作用。对夹层材料102,104,106进行的焊接处理可以使该结构具有“透气性”的特点。
正如卫生用品领域所熟知的,透气性指的是层状材料可渗透气体(空气和水汽)以使用户皮肤能够“呼吸”。
在一个实施例中,这种处理基本类似借助适当的焊接图样成形隆起体P在夹层材料中制造排列的开口或是穿孔。在焊接阶段,夹层结构的弹性材料被穿孔。
图7中大体显示出在焊接工艺中所涉及到的各个部分,为了更清楚起见,它们彼此分离。相反,图8中更详细的显示了图7中箭头VIII所指示位置处各个部分的定位,因此,更真实地反映了焊接/穿孔作用得到的结果。
正如图8中所示,穿孔和焊接在同一个阶段进行,此时,对应图样P的材料分子由超声波发生器或是机械焊接机所作用,分子摩擦产生的热使它们熔化,使得它们快速朝图样P的边移动,在其周围产生具有焊接边的穿孔。
在该处理结束时,由薄片层102,104以及置于其中的可伸展层106所形成的夹层结构完成,具有该夹层结构的网100可以被释放,例如缠绕到卷轴上准备后续使用。
当网100从防止它回缩的保持状态释放时,在图9中可见网100的横截面,事实上显示可看到侧片16的截面,其从带100开始形成(在某种形式上,本身是已知的)并被应用(某种程度上,本身也是已知的)到图1中的卫生用品10上。
当网100/侧片16不受牵引作用时,层106收缩,导致层102及104在粘性线条108(或108’,应当强调的是这类线条108’没有必要和线条108完全一致)之间所含区域横向起皱回缩。
图7强调将夹层结构粘在一起以避免其分层的超声波焊接作用(或类似的),以及使该结构具有透气性特点的相应的穿孔作用,在对应于连接粘性线条108(或108’)处未实施所述焊接和穿孔(如果执行)操作。
涂胶条108(或108’)的应用(因为它们是涂覆所获得,具有一定的宽度,例如大约4-6mm宽),使得制成的具有夹层结构的带10相对于其纵向伸展方向可以进行横向伸展至其宽度等于静止时宽度的大约200%(即,3倍),如图9中所示。所有这些并没有引起分离、削弱或是改变网100的材料的现象;这也没有涉及到任何使层102,104,106互相分离的风险。
这种极好的横向伸展特性是因为这里所述的材料100是可横向弹性伸展,该伸展起始于图9中所示的静止状态直到基本类似图4中所示的伸展状态,即,可伸展层106像三明治一样放置在保持在原始平铺状态的两层102和104之间的状态。
一旦横向伸展到达这个状态,网100对进一步的横向伸展有明显的抵抗:这是因为,进一步伸展必然需要也伸展薄片层102,104,根据它们的性质,其基本是不能伸展的。
如说明书导言所述,这种性能(原始弹性伸展至最高伸展值,之后基本不会再伸展)有利于在一些卫生用品中应用,例如像内裤一样穿着的卫生用品的弹性侧片的制造。
图10示意性地涉及将图2至图7中所提到的方法用于获得伸展带的材料,以成对(或,通常是多个)再加工成此处提及的横向伸展带或网结构100。
特别地,图10涉及一种技术方案,其使用了四条涂粘性材料的线条108,有两条线条108位置更靠近中间且互相接近(例如,距离大约为1-2cm)。
当弹性材料106被层叠在材料102之上时,纵向切割弹性材料106,由此将其分成两条材料。
切割之后,如之前所述具有与所述条108相对应的胶条180’的材料104被层叠。然后对这种夹层结构进行焊接及穿孔加工。
切割操控可以借助例如绕XZ轴旋转的刀来进行,发现这样的事实,即对应切割点,底部薄片层材料102自动形成一种槽。
这是因为在砧或反向辊上设置了环形凹陷,材料102楔入这个槽内,形成不受切割作用影响的折痕。
在层106仍然保持横向伸展时进行的切割操作可以使包含在线条108之间的这一部分对半切开,之后形成两个不再伸展的伸展材料尾部106’。
最终得到的结果是形成一个具有基本类似之前所描述的网100的结构的带,其也可以沿其中心线纵向切割,以形成基本等同于之前所见到的材料带的两个材料带100。随后将由此获得的两个带(这种带也可以在数量上多于2个)缠绕(已经分开缠绕或是以后再分离),和/或被送入到利用工序,如果它们还没有分离,仅在单一使用的吸收产品的连续的生产过程阶段将它们进行分离(即,在两个带106中间位置切割夹层结构100),例如在此时其中由于它们要形成同一个卫生用品的相对侧的弹性侧片,所以所述两个带互相分离。
可以在夹层结构形成的操作期间采用断续预切割网100来分离两个带,这样可以采用简单的拉力作用使二者分离。
很明显,对于本领域的技术人员,如果采用片102远远大于片104制作材料100,从技术上来说没有发生什么变化。
这类产品的优点在于,可以提供更经济的片,以及对于成人用失禁产品,更加合身,即,侧片的弹性使得其更加合身,并且材料102的刚性保证了负重了穿用者的分泌物的产品不会滑脱。换句话说,提供了一种真正的弹性带。
上述产品可以对带102使用具有环的无纺布而进一步改进,即,可以采用这些产品中通常使用的机械合拢系统(布条)的钩子(即,微型钩子)连接。
自然地,在不违背本发明基本原理的情况下,根据仅作为非限制的示例所述描述的,实施的细节及实施例可以进行一点变化,而不脱离所附加的权利要求书限定的本发明的保护范围。特别地,但不排除有效的可能性(如前所提到的),使用的材料可以不同于之前得到夹层102,104,106的示例中所涉及的材料。例如,层102,104之一或二者可以由塑料材料膜形成,例如采用聚乙烯代替无纺布。作为另一示例,弹性材料可以是聚氨酯泡沫体,其本身是透气性材料,可以进一步提高侧片16的透气性。
Claims (15)
1.一种可伸展的层状材料(100),包括:复合(108,108’)到至少一个薄片层(102,104)的可伸展层(106),其中,所述可伸展层(106)在无伸展状态下开始伸展使得所述至少一个薄片层(102,104)伸展,所述可伸展层(106)向无伸展状态返回牵拉所述至少一个薄片层(102,104)成为褶皱状态,其中所述可伸展层(106)和所述至少一个薄片层(102,104)通过焊接连接以避免它们分离,其特征在于:
所述可伸展层(106)通过涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)被固定在所述至少一个薄片层(102,104),并且,
在所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)处不实施所述焊接连接,
所述材料具有排列的开口,使得所述材料本身具有透气性特征,其中,对应于涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)处没有所述开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可伸展的层状材料,其特征在于,所述可伸展的层状材料具有夹层结构,所述夹层结构包括置于两个所述薄片层(102,104)之间的所述可伸展层(106)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可伸展的层状材料,其特征在于,所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)位于所述可伸展层(106)的两侧,使其相对于两个所述薄片层(102,104)固定。

7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可伸展的层状材料,其特征在于,在对应所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)处不实施的所述焊接连接是超声波焊接连接。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可伸展的层状材料,其特征在于,所述可伸展的层状材料为相对于带的纵向延伸方向可横向伸展的网(100)的形式,其中所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)沿所述网的边延伸。
9.如权利要求2所述的可伸展的层状材料,其特征在于,所述夹层结构包括:
基本薄片层(102),其具有多对施加在其上的所述涂粘合剂的线条(108);
多个所述可伸展层(106),其通过相应成对的所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)被固定到所述基本薄片层(102);和
至少一个附加薄片层(104),其中,所述可伸展层(106)被放置在所述基本薄片层(102)和所述至少一个附加薄片层(104)之间。
10.一种生产可伸展材料的方法,包括如下操作:
将从无伸展状态开始伸展(R1,R2)的可伸展层(106)复合(108,108’)到保持展开(T,B)的至少一个薄片层(102,104),
通过焊接连接所述可伸展层(106)和所述至少一个薄片层(102,104)以避免分离,和
释放被复合(108,108’)至所述可伸展层(106)的所述至少一个薄片层(102,104),使得所述可伸展层(106)向无伸展状态返回时牵拉所述至少一个薄片层(102,104)成褶皱状态,
其特征在于,还包括下列操作:
用涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)将所述可伸展层(106)固定到所述至少一个薄片层(102,104),
在对应所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)处不进行所述焊接连接,
借助焊接图样成形隆起体(P)在所述材料中制造排列的开口,使得所述材料自身具有透气性,在对应于所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)处不形成所述开口,其中,制造所述开口和所述焊接在同一个阶段进行。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)的宽度在2到10mm之间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂粘合剂的线条(108,108’)的宽度在4到6mm之间。
13.根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括以下操作:
提供其上具有多对所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)的基本薄片层(102),
将从无伸展状态开始伸展(R1,R2)的可伸展层(106)复合(108)至保持在展开状态(T,B)的所述基本薄片层(102),所述复合通过所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)进行,
在所述成对的所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)之间切割(Z)所述可伸展层(106),以便产生多个通过对应的成对的所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)而固定在所述基本薄片层(102)上的所述可伸展层(106),
复合至少一个附加薄片层(104)至保持展开的且其上复合(108)有所述可伸展层(106)的所述基本薄片层(102),形成所述可伸展层(106)置于所述基本薄片层(102)和所述至少一个附加薄片层(104)之间的夹层结构。
14.根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括以下操作:
提供其上具有多对所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)的基本薄片层(102),
将从无伸展状态开始伸展(R1,R2)的可伸展层(106)复合(108)至保持展开(T,B)的所述基本薄片层,所述复合借助所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)进行,
将附加薄片层(104)复合至保持展开的且其上复合(108)有所述可伸展层(106)的所述基本薄片层(102),形成所述可伸展层(106)置于所述基本薄片层(102)和所述附加薄片层(104)之间的夹层结构,
在所述成对的所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)之间切割(Z)所述附加薄片层(104)和所述可伸展层(106),以提供多个通过对应成对的所述涂粘合剂的线条(108)而固定在所述基本薄片层(102)上的所述可伸展层(106),以及提供多个附加薄片层(104),所述可伸展层(106)置于所述多个附加薄片层(104)中的相应薄片层和所述基本薄片层(102)之间。
