Abstract
本发明公开了一种中空玻璃内的百叶窗,中空玻璃下部支撑框内装有磁铁,百叶配重底梁装有磁性体,在百叶配重底梁翻转过程中,百叶配重底梁下降的一侧的磁性体被所述的磁铁吸引。百叶片的翻转控制更可靠,提高了中空百叶玻璃的遮蔽性、遮阳系数和保温性能,提高了中空百叶玻璃总的节能性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种百叶窗,尤其是一种中空玻璃内的百叶窗。
背景技术
为了环保、节能以及舒适的生活需要,遮阳产品被人们大量使用。在室内的窗户上,百叶窗(帘)和折叠帘较为常见。中空玻璃由于其独特的隔热性、隔音性、防凝霜、防灰尘污染等特点,经过一百多年的发展,现已在全世界获得广泛的应用。本发明的申请人此前申请有ZL03238471.8(美国同族专利为US7124803B2)、ZL200320128533.5和ZL200420057384.2等多项专利,均涉及中空玻璃内置的百叶窗,属于中空玻璃内置遮阳产品中的一种。
图1A、图1B是本发明设计人2004年12月15日向中国专利局申请的实用新型专利《中空玻璃内的百叶窗》(专利号为ZL200420057384.2)的构造示意图。如图1A、图1B所示,中空玻璃百叶窗由支撑框24、25,室外侧玻璃23,室内侧玻璃23A,以及若干个百叶片21等组成,如图所示还包括升降拉绳10、12,梯绳3、5,百叶配重底梁20,升降机构,翻叶机构等机构,这种构造可方便的进行百叶帘的升降、打开和闭合等操作,其工作原理这里不再详述。
翻叶机构虽然能够进行较好的翻叶控制,但由于拉绳本身的非刚性的特点,以及配重底梁20存在较大的重量,因此存在百叶上部闭合很好,越到底部闭合逐渐变差的问题。
如图1C所示,出于遮蔽性的考虑,配重底梁20和中空玻璃下部支撑框25之间的距离都很短,一般大约为半个配重底梁20的宽度,以保证配重底梁20翻转后可以完全遮挡住窗户。但是由于配重底梁20翻转不彻底,因此中空百叶玻璃的遮蔽性、遮阳系数和保温性能变差。
因此,进一步提高中空百叶玻璃的遮蔽性和节能性能成为需要解决的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中空玻璃内的百叶窗,能够有效的进行翻叶控制。
为实现该目的,本发明提供的三种中空玻璃内的百叶窗。
第一种方案为,中空玻璃内的百叶窗,中空玻璃下部支撑框内装有磁铁,百叶配重底梁装有磁性体,在百叶配重底梁翻转过程中,百叶配重底梁下降的一侧的磁性体被所述的磁铁吸引。
所述的磁性体为平行并列的两条,分别位于百叶配重底梁中的靠近玻璃的两侧长边;所述的磁铁为若干个。
第二种方案为,中空玻璃内的百叶窗,中空玻璃下部支撑框内装有磁性体,百叶配重底梁装有磁铁,在百叶配重底梁翻转过程中,百叶配重底梁下降的一侧的磁铁吸引所述的磁性体。
所述的磁铁为平行并列的两条,分别位于百叶配重底梁中的靠近玻璃的两侧长边;所述的磁性体为若干个。
第三种方案为,中空玻璃内的百叶窗,中空玻璃下部支撑框内装有磁铁,百叶配重底梁内装有磁铁,在百叶配重底梁翻转过程中,百叶配重底梁下降的一侧的磁铁被所述的中空玻璃下部支撑框内安装的磁铁吸引。
所述的百叶配重底梁内装有的磁铁为平行并列的两条,分别位于百叶配重底梁中的靠近玻璃的两侧长边;所述的下部支撑框内装有磁铁为若干个。
本发明的优点在于,通过提供对百叶配重底梁辅助的拉力,从而使中空玻璃内的百叶窗能够更好的闭合,起到遮蔽的作用,实现更高的遮阳性能和保温性能。

具体实施方式

参见图2A、图2B,百叶配重底梁20的内部靠近玻璃的左右两侧长边安装有铁线28和铁线29。中空玻璃下部支撑框25的内部装有若干个磁铁16,图中只示意了其中的一个。可以在下部支撑框25左右两端各设一个;也可以设三个,位于下部支撑框25的左、中、右部。
当使用者操作百叶窗的翻叶机构时,配重底梁20也会随着翻转,以铁线28侧下降为例。一侧的铁线28位置下降而逐渐靠近中空玻璃下部支撑框25,而另一侧的铁线29位置上升而逐渐远离中空玻璃下部支撑框25。由于配重底梁20和中空玻璃下部支撑框25之间的距离很短,因此在铁线28下降的过程中,就很容易被中空玻璃下部支撑框25内的磁铁16的磁力所吸引,该吸力对铁线28产生向下的拉力,从而帮助了配重底梁20的翻转。如图2C所示,在磁铁16的吸力作用下,配重底梁20能够有效的实现完全的翻转,从而带动了整个百叶窗的完全的闭合。
在以上的技术方案中,还可以有很多种等同的变化。
比如将百叶配重底梁20内的铁线28和铁线29用磁铁来替换,而对应的,将中空玻璃下部支撑框25的内部安装的磁铁16用铁来替换。
还可以将铁线28和铁线29用磁铁来替换,而中空玻璃下部支撑框25的内部仍安装磁铁16。只要安装时百叶配重底梁20内磁铁和中空玻璃下部支撑框25内的磁铁相对的极性相反,就可以实现相吸了。
Claims (6)
1.一种中空玻璃内的百叶窗,其特征在于,中空玻璃下部支撑框内装有磁铁,百叶配重底梁装有磁性体,在百叶配重底梁翻转过程中,百叶配重底梁下降的一侧的磁性体被所述的磁铁吸引。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空玻璃内的百叶窗,其特征在于,所述的磁性体为平行并列的两条,分别位于百叶配重底梁中的靠近玻璃的两侧长边;所述的磁铁为若干个。
3.一种中空玻璃内的百叶窗,其特征在于,中空玻璃下部支撑框内装有磁性体,百叶配重底梁装有磁铁,在百叶配重底梁翻转过程中,百叶配重底梁下降的一侧的磁铁吸引所述的磁性体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的中空玻璃内的百叶窗,其特征在于,所述的磁铁为平行并列的两条,分别位于百叶配重底梁中的靠近玻璃的两侧长边;所述的磁性体为若干个。
5.一种中空玻璃内的百叶窗,其特征在于,中空玻璃下部支撑框内装有磁铁,百叶配重底梁内装有磁铁,在百叶配重底梁翻转过程中,百叶配重底梁下降的一侧的磁铁被所述的中空玻璃下部支撑框内安装的磁铁吸引。
6.根据权利要求5所述的中空玻璃内的百叶窗,其特征在于,所述的百叶配重底梁内装有的磁铁为平行并列的两条,分别位于百叶配重底梁中的靠近玻璃的两侧长边;所述的下部支撑框内装有磁铁为若干个。
