本发明提供一种便携式电子装置,其包括一机体、一电池盖及一卡合机构;所述机体具有一背面,该电池盖罩设并通过所述卡合机构可拆卸地装设于机体的背面上;所述机体的背面上凸设有二卡钩;所述卡合机构包括一固定座、二卡持件、二弹性件及一释放件,该固定座装设于电池盖上,该二卡持件可旋转装设于固定座上并对应于机体上的二卡钩相对露出固定座;所述二弹性件抵持于该二卡持件与该固定座之间;所述释放件可滑动地装设于固定座上并推抵于该二卡持件以使二卡持件与二卡钩卡合或脱离,实现电池盖与机体的锁合或解锁。该卡合机构操作方便,结构简单。

Description

卡合机构及应用该卡合机构的便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡合机构,尤其是关于一种应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置上的电池盖卡合机构及应用该卡合机构的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,这些便携式电子装置多采用电池作为其能量来源。这些电池通过一与便携式电子装置机体插接的电池盖将其装设于便携式电子装置中,以给便携式电子装置提供电量。随着电池能量的不断消耗,必须对便携式电子装置的电池进行更换,因此人们设计出各种电池盖结构,以求方便可靠地更换电池。
一现有移动电话的电池盖,其包括一顶壁、一左侧壁、一右侧壁及一底壁。所述顶壁大致呈矩形板状,所述左侧壁及右侧壁分别由该顶壁的相对的左右两侧缘延伸弯折形成。所述底壁由该顶壁的另一侧壁延伸弯折而成,该底壁两端分别与所述左右侧壁相接,从而形成一大致矩形凹腔状,且一端开口、一端封闭的容置空间。电池盖相对底壁一端的顶壁的开口端壁上延伸有一突起部,突起部可与移动电话机体的凹槽相卡合。装配时,先将电池盖顶壁、左侧壁及右侧壁对着移动电话机体,同时突起部对着机体的凹槽,再向突起部方向推动电池盖,电池盖的突起部卡于凹槽内,同时左侧壁,右侧壁及底壁贴合于移动电话机体周壁上。该种形式的电池盖结构虽可将电池盖取下,以便于更换电池,但是,该种电池盖拆下时,需反向推动电池盖,因左侧壁、右侧壁及底壁与移动电话机体贴合较紧密,电池盖不易从移动电话机体脱离,拆装较为不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单、使用、拆装方便的卡合机构。
还有必要提供一种应用该卡合机构的便携式电子装置。
一种卡合机构,其包括一固定座、二卡持件、二弹性件及一释放件,该二卡持件可旋转地装设于固定座上;所述二弹性件装设于固定座上分别抵持于该二卡持件与该固定座之间;所述释放件可滑动地装设于固定座上并可推抵该二卡持件旋转。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一机体、一电池盖及一卡合机构;所述机体具有一背面,该电池盖罩设并通过所述卡合机构可拆卸地装设于机体的背面上;所述机体的背面上凸设有二卡钩;所述卡合机构包括一固定座、二卡持件、二弹性件及一释放件,该固定座装设于电池盖上,该二卡持件可旋转装设于固定座上并对应于机体上的二卡钩相对露出固定座;所述二弹性件抵持于该二卡持件与该固定座之间;所述释放件可滑动地装设于固定座上并推抵于该二卡持件以使二卡持件与二卡钩卡合或脱离,实现电池盖与机体的锁合或解锁。
相较于现有技术,所述卡合机构结构简单、操作方便,其装设于一便携式电子装置的电池盖上,通过按压释放件,使该卡合机构的卡持件与便携式电子装置的机体上的卡钩脱离或卡合于一起,轻易、快速地实现所述电池盖与机体上的拆卸与安装。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种卡合机构及一种应用该卡合机构的便携式电子装置,该便携式电子装置可以为移动电话、个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等。
请参阅图1,本发明便携式电子装置包括一机体10、一电池盖20及一卡合机构30。所述机体10可为一主机体或壳体,其大致呈矩形板状。所述机体10具有一背面11,其上凹设形成一大致矩形的电池容置槽13,以用于装设一电池(图未示)。所述背面11靠近机体10的一端凸设有二大致“L”形的卡钩15,该二卡钩15朝向电池容置槽13设置。
所述电池盖20可拆卸地装设并罩设于所述机体10的背面11上,其大致呈矩形罩体状,包括一板体21及一由该板体21的周缘延伸弯折形成的周壁22。该电池盖20的周壁22与该二卡钩15相对应的端部的中部向板体21方向凹设形成一大致矩形的缺口23,以用于装设所述卡合机构30。所述缺口23两侧的周壁22内表面分别凸设有一卡块24,以用于与所述卡合机构30卡合。
请一并参阅图2,所述卡合机构30装设于所述电池盖20的缺口23位置处,该卡合机构30包括一固定座31、一释放件32、二弹性件33及二卡持件34。
所述固定座31大致呈矩形槽状,包括一底壁310、凸设于该安装底壁310周缘且依次连接的一第一侧壁311、一第二侧壁312、一第三侧壁313与第四侧壁314及由上述底壁310和侧壁311、312、313、314共同围成的装设空间。所述第一侧壁311及第二侧壁312分别与所述第三侧壁313及第四侧壁314相对设置。所述第一侧壁311上大致中部位置处开设有一与所述装设空间贯通的矩形开口315,以用于装设并容置所述释放件32。所述第一侧壁311上临近该开口315的两侧对应于所述电池盖20的周壁22上的二卡块24分别凹设形成一卡合凹槽316,以将该固定座31固定装设于所述电池盖20上。所述第二侧壁312与第四侧壁314上大致中部位置处分别相对开设形成一与所述装设空间相互连通的矩形缺口部317。所述底壁310上设有二第一定位柱318和二第二定位柱319。该第一定位柱318为圆柱形,其靠近所述第三侧壁313间隔凸设并临近第二侧壁312与第四侧壁314,以用于装配该弹性件33。该第二定位柱319为圆柱体,其间隔凸设于底壁310上并邻近所述第三侧壁313大致中部位置。
所述释放件32为一按键,其滑动装设于固定座31的装设空间内并部分容置于电池盖20的缺口23内,以实现电池盖20相对机体10的开启与闭合。所述释放件32包括一按压体321和二按压臂322。所述按压体321为一弧形阶梯状板,其外形尺寸与所述电池盖20的缺口23相当。该按压体321包括一弧形按压面3211和一与按压面3211相对设置的阶梯3212。所述释放件33装设于所述电池盖20上时,该按压面3211容置于该缺口23内,该阶梯3212与该电池盖20抵持。所述二按压臂322大致呈“L”状,其相对向外延伸形成于所述按压体321的两侧。
所述弹性件33为一扭簧,其设有一固定部331、一第一弹性端332和一第二弹性端333。该固定部331大致螺旋环状,以对应装设于该第一定位柱318上。该第一弹性端332和一第二弹性端333分别抵于该第三侧壁313和卡持件34上。
所述二卡持件34相对可滑动地装设于固定座31上,其包括一固定端341、一连接臂342、一连动臂343和一卡合块344。该固定端341大致为矩形块体,其中部设有一圆形通孔3411。该通孔3411可旋转地套设于该第二定位柱319上,用以将该卡持件34装设于该固定座31上。该连接臂342为长条状,其由该固定端341一侧远离该固定端341弯折延伸形成。该连动臂343为长条状,其由该连接臂342端部向平行该固定端341方向弯折延伸形成。该连动臂343设有一抵持面3431。该卡合块344为一矩形块体,其凸设于该连动臂343上与该抵持面3431相对的另一表面上且靠近连动臂343端部。该卡合块344与所述机体10的卡钩15卡持,用以将该固定座31固定于机体10上。
请一并参阅图3,组装所述卡合机构30时,先将释放件32可滑动地装设于固定座31的装设空间内,其按压体321对应容置于固定座31的开口315内;该释放件32的二按压臂322对应容置于固定座31的装设空间内的两侧。然后,将所述二卡持件34及弹性件33装设于所述固定座31的装设空间内,该二卡持件34固定部341套设于该第二定位柱319上,该连动臂343穿过该缺口部317;该弹性件33的第一弹性端332与该第三侧壁313抵持,该第二弹性端333与该连动臂343抵持面3431抵持,此时该弹性件33使该连动臂343远离该第三侧壁313;该释放件32的二按压臂322分别对应抵触于连接臂342,即完成所述卡合机构15的安装。
请一并参阅图4,组装所述便携式电子装置时,先将所述组装好的卡合机构30固定装设于所述电池盖20上,该固定座31上的二卡合凹槽316分别对应地卡合于所述电池盖20的二卡块24上,所述释放件32的按压体321对应地容置于所述电池盖20的缺口23内。接下来,将装设有卡合机构30的电池盖20装设于机体10上,该电池盖20罩于机体10的背面11上,按压所述释放件32,该释放件32的二按压臂322分别推抵二连动臂343压缩弹性件33,从而使连动臂343在缺口部317内向第三侧壁313滑动;同时,该弹性件33积蓄一定的弹性势能。向下按压电池盖20,使所述二卡持件34的卡合块344对准机体10上的二卡钩15;释放该释放件32,该弹性件33被释放以推动该二卡持件34回复至其初始位置处,该二卡持件33的卡合块344对应卡合于机体10的二卡钩15上,从而将所述电池盖20固定装设于所述机体10上,即完成该便携式电子装置的安装。
当需要将所述电池盖20从机体10上拆卸下来时,先按压所述释放件32的按压体321,该释放件32的二按压臂322分别推抵该二卡持件34的连动臂343,使该连动臂343绕该第二定位柱319于缺口部内向第三侧壁方向旋转;同时,该二卡持件55挤压该弹性件33,使得该二卡持件34的卡合块344分别与机体10的二卡钩15脱离,即可将所述电池盖20从机体10上取下。
所述卡合机构30结构简单、操作方便,其装设于一便携式电子装置的电池盖20上,通过按压卡合机构30的释放件32,使该卡合机构30的卡持件34与便携式电子装置的机体10上的卡钩15脱离或卡合于一起,轻易、快速地实现所述电池盖20与机体10上的拆卸与安装。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种卡合机构,其特征在于:该卡合机构包括一固定座、二卡持件、二弹性件及一释放件,所述固定座包括二第一定位柱,该二卡持件可旋转地装设于固定座上;所述二弹性件为扭簧,每一弹性件设有一环状固定部和由该固定部延伸的第一弹性端和第二弹性端;每一弹性件通过固定部固定于该第一定位柱上;该第一弹性端和第二弹性端分别抵持于该二卡持件与该固定座之间;所述二卡持件上分别设有一连动臂,所述释放件包括一按压体及二按压臂,该二按压臂相对设置于按压体两侧并分别抵持于该二卡持件的连动臂上,所述释放件可滑动地装设于固定座上并可推抵该二卡持件旋转。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡合机构,其特征在于:所述固定座还包括二第二定位柱,该卡持件还包括一设有通孔的固定端,该连动臂设有一抵持面;该二卡持件通过通孔可旋转套于该第二定位柱上,该抵持面与该第二弹性端相抵持。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡合机构,其特征在于:所述固定座还包括一第一侧壁、一第二侧壁、一第三侧壁与第四侧壁,该第一弹性端与该第三侧壁相抵持;该第二侧壁与该第四侧壁设有缺口部,该卡持件的连动臂穿过该缺口部露出于固定座的两侧外部,该抵持面与该第三侧壁相对。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡合机构,其特征在于:所述固定座还包括一底壁,该第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁与第四侧壁凸设于该底壁周壁且依次连接;所述第一侧壁及第二侧壁分别与所述第三侧壁及第四侧壁相对设置,并与所述底壁共同围成一装设空间;该二第一定位柱间隔凸设在该底壁上并临近第三侧壁,该二第二定位柱间隔凸设于该底壁上并位于该二第一定位柱中间位置。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡合机构,其特征在于:所述第一侧壁上形成一与该装设空间相互连通的矩形缺口,以用于装设并容置所述释放件;所述缺口部与该装设空间相互连通。
6.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一机体、一电池盖及一卡合机构;所述机体具有一背面,该电池盖罩设并通过所述卡合机构可拆卸地装设于机体的背面上;其特征在于:所述机体的背面上凸设有二卡钩;所述卡合机构包括一固定座、二卡持件、二弹性件及一释放件,该固定座装设于电池盖上并包括二第一定位柱,该二卡持件可旋转装设于固定座上并对应于机体上的二卡钩相对露出固定座;所述二弹性件为扭簧,每一弹性件设有一环状固定部和由该固定部延伸的第一弹性端和第二弹性端;每一弹性件通过固定部固定于该第一定位柱上;该第一弹性端和第二弹性端抵持于该二卡持件与该固定座之间;所述二卡持件上分别设有一连动臂,所述释放件包括一按压体及二按压臂,该二按压臂相对设置于按压体两侧并分别抵持于该二卡持件的连动臂上,所述释放件可滑动地装设于固定座上并推抵该二卡持件旋转以使二卡持件与二卡钩卡合或脱离,实现电池盖与机体的锁合或解锁。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述电池盖上对应于该二卡钩位置处开设有一缺口;该固定座装设于电池盖上并位于该缺口下方;所述释放件设有一阶梯,该阶梯与该缺口内卡持。
8.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述电池盖包括一顶壁及一由该顶壁的周缘延伸弯折形成的周壁,该电池盖沿纵向方向一端的横向中部位置处设置缺口,该缺口两侧的周壁上分别凸设有一卡块;所述固定座的第一侧壁上临近其开口的两侧对应于所述电池盖的二卡块分别凹设形成一卡合凹槽,以使固定座固定装设于所述电池盖上。
