Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED导光板灯泡,其包括导光板(1),设于该导光板表面的导光点(2),设于导光板侧边的LED光源(3),与LED光源连接的整流变压电路(4)、通过一散热器(5)与所述导光板(1)的一端连接的灯头(6),该灯头还与所述的整流变压电路连接。本发明还公开了LED导光板灯泡的制作方法。本发明通过设置不同形状的导光板,将LED点光源或线光源转为柔和的面光源,美观大方,节能环保。解决了用LED照明时点光源令眼睛不舒服的一大难题,本发明不需增加任何透镜、扩散材料等,克服了现有LED必需有其他材料配合,进行二次发光才能达到照明效果的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯泡,尤其一种适用于各类照明、艺术照明及装饰照明等方面的LED导光板灯泡及其制作方法。
背景技术
导光板设计原理源于笔记本电脑的液晶显示屏。导光板利用荧光灯、CCFL、LED光源透过按光学原理计算后的导光点或导光槽,在反光膜(反射板)和扩散膜作用下,将线光源或点光源转变为面光源。为使导光板能均匀发光,必须通过各种疏密、大小不一的导光点,以保证光线往各个方向反射的效率基本相同。反射片(反射板)的用途在于将导光板底面透露出的光线反射回导光板中,用来提高光的使用效率,提高亮度。由于LED是一种点光源,不能直接应用于照明,直接使用会刺激人的眼睛。现有的技术是通过很多不同的如反射、透镜、直射式加扩散板等材料、或整块侧边入光平面导光板等方式将点光源转变为面光源的。这样势必要增加能耗,降低光效和提高生产成本。已不能满足当前经济发展的需要。由于LED光效越来越高,而LED是点光源而不能直接应用于照明,所以必须通过二次发光形式达到照明目的。现有的LED灯泡是采用各种透镜、扩散灯罩等材料遮光,进行二次发光才能达到不眩光或刺眼的发光效果,而透镜和扩散用的灯罩等材料会有一定的遮光作用,不能完全把光线射出,导致损失大部分能耗,造成光效较低和生产成本提高等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述LED灯泡的技术难题,提出一种能耗和生产成本较低以及光效较高的LED导光板灯泡及其制作方法。
本发明提出的LED导光板灯泡,其包括导光板,设于该导光板表面的导光点,设于导光板侧边的LED光源,与LED光源连接的整流变压电路,通过一散热器与所述导光板的一端连接的灯头,该灯头还与所述的整流变压电路连接。
优选的,所述导光板外围设有一灯罩,该灯罩灯头与所述的散热器连接。
所述的导光板至少为矩形、U形、十字交叉形、空心方柱体或空心圆柱体的任一种。其可以由多个同一形状的导光板组成,还可以由各种不同形状的导光板组合构成。
所述的整流变压电路可以设于所述灯头内部,也可以是做成独立的整流器和变压器,置于灯具之外。
所述的灯头是圆型的或方型的;该灯头是卡扣式或螺旋式连接的灯头。
所述的导光板由亚克力、玻璃、PC等任一种导光材料制作。
所述的导光点由印刷、雕刻、激光雕刻、模具或腐蚀等任一种方法制作。
所述的导光板由模具或热弯成型等方法制作。
本发明提出的LED导光板灯泡的制作方法,其步骤如下:
根据要求进行导光点的设计,并在导光板的表面制作导光点;
根据设计的需要,采用模具或热弯的方法将导光板制作成型;
再将LED光源设于导光板的侧边;
最后将灯头、散热器、LED光源、导光板及整流变压电路组装连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有优点:
(1)现有的LED照明是点光源而不能直接当作照明使用,会产生眩光和刺眼,必需有其他材料配合使用进行二次发光才能达到照明效果,如透镜、扩散及遮光罩等材料。本发明可以由LED导光板直接导出光线,减少能耗,由于导光板(PMMA)材料的透光率一般大于93%,是LED最好的导光搭档,提高光效,降低成本(减少光源及扩散等材料成本);
(2)本发明应用更广泛,寿命长,节能环保。产品广泛应用于各类照明、装饰照明等领域。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1a、图1b,本发明提出的LED导光板灯泡,其包括导光板1、设于该导光板表面的导光点2,设于导光板侧边的LED光源3,与该LED光源连接的整流变压电路4、通过一散热器5与导光板1的左端连接的灯头6,该灯头6还与所述的整流变压电路4电连接。根据需要,也可以在导光板1外围加装一个透明的灯罩7,该灯罩与散热器5固定连接。本发明的整流变压电路4可以设于灯头6内部,根据需要也可以做成独立的整流器和变压器,置于灯具之外。灯头6可做成螺旋式连接结构,也可做成卡扣式连接结构。
本发明可以制作成各种结构形状,如矩形导光板灯泡,见图1a、图1b所示。还可以制作成其他形状,如图2a、图2b所示的U形导光板灯泡,其中导光点2可以设于导光板1的外侧面,也可以设于导光板的内侧面。
如图3a、图3b所示的是十字形导光板灯泡,该灯泡中的导光板是由两块带有缺口的导光板交叉组合而成的。
如图4a、图4b所示的是空心的圆柱体导光板灯泡,其导光板1是一端封闭的空心圆柱体,而导光点2可以设于导光板1的外侧面,也可以设于导光板的内侧面。
如图5a、图5b所示的是空心的方形柱体导光板灯泡,其导光板1是一空心方形柱体,而导光点2可以设于导光板1的外侧面,也可以设于导光板的内侧面。该实施例的灯头6与上述实施例圆形灯头不同,其与方形的散热器相适配,也做成方形灯头。
本发明的导光板还可以由多个同一形状的导光板组成,如,两块矩形导光板平行组合而成。还可以由各种不同形状的导光板组合构成。
导光板1可以由亚克力、玻璃、PC等任一种导光材料制作。导光点2可以由印刷、雕刻、激光雕刻、模具或腐蚀任一种方法制作。而导光板1可以由模具或热弯成型等方法制作。
本发明U形导光板灯泡具的制作方法,其步骤如下(请参阅图2a、图2b):
步骤1:根据要求进行导光点形状的设计,并在导光板1的内表面(或外表面)制作导光点2。导光点可以通过印刷、雕刻、激光雕刻、模具或腐蚀等方法制作。
步骤2:根据设计需要,采用热弯的方法将导光板制1作成U型。也可以采用其他成型方法,如模具成型。
步骤3:再将LED光源3安装于U型导光板1一端的两直边上。
步骤4:将散热器5和U型导光板1套接用绝缘胶固定,将整流变压电路4置于灯头6的内腔中。最后可以用绝缘胶依次将带整流变压电路4的灯头6、散热器5和U型导光板1、灯罩7组装连接成一体,并保证各元器件电路联通、并与外部绝缘。
使用时只要将该灯具的灯头装入灯座,接通电源便可照明。
本发明通过设置不同形状的导光板,将LED点光源或线光源转为柔和的面光源,美观大方,节能环保。解决了用LED照明时点光源令眼睛不舒服的一大难题,本发明不需增加任何透镜、扩散材料等,克服了现有LED必需有其他材料配合,进行二次发光才能达到照明效果的问题。
Claims (10)
1.一种LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,包括导光板(1),设于该导光板表面的导光点(2),设于导光板侧边的LED光源(3),与LED光源连接的整流变压电路(4)、通过一散热器(5)与所述导光板(1)的一端连接的灯头(6),该灯头还与所述的整流变压电路连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,所述导光板(1)外围设有一灯罩(7),该灯罩灯头与所述的散热器(5)连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,所述的导光板(1)至少为矩形、U形、十字交叉形、空心方柱体或空心圆柱体的一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,所述的整流变压电路(4)设于所述灯头(6)内或外置。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,所述的灯头(6)是圆型的或方型的;该灯头是卡扣式或螺旋式连接的灯头。
6.如权利要求5所述的LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,所述的导光板(1)由亚克力、玻璃、PC任一种导光材料制作。
7.如权利要求6所述的LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,所述的导光点(2)由印刷、雕刻、激光雕刻、模具或腐蚀任一种方法制作。
8.如权利要求7所述的LED导光板灯泡,其特征在于,所述的导光板(1)由模具或热弯成型制作。
9.一种如权利要求1所述LED导光板灯泡的制作方法,其步骤如下:
根据要求进行导光点的设计,并在导光板的表面制作导光点;
根据设计的需要,采用模具或热弯的方法将导光板制作成型;
再将LED光源设于导光板的侧边;
最后将灯头、散热器、LED光源、导光板及整流变压电路组装连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的制作方法,其特征在于,将一灯罩7套于所述导光板之外,并于所述散热器固定连接。
