Abstract
The invention discloses a communication method of a support system and a network management system, an interface convergence device and a communication system, relates to the field of communication, and aims to solve the problems that the probe cost which operators need to pay is increased because the network size is enlarged and the number of probes is increased in the prior art. The communication method of the support system and the network management system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps that: the interface convergence device acquires identifiers of two or more lower-layer network management systems connected with the interface convergence device; the interface convergence device receives information from the lower-layer network management systems; and the interface convergence device adds the identifiers of the lower-layer network management systems for sending the information into the information from the lower-layer network management systems and sends the information added with the identifiers to an upper-layer support system. Description
Technical Field

In the current telecommunication operation maintenance system, system butt joint is carried out through an upper layer supporting system and a lower layer network management system, and then relevant operations such as service distribution, stock inquiry and the like are completed. Detailed Description
In the existing telecommunication operation maintenance system, system docking needs to be performed through an upper layer supporting system and a lower layer network management system so as to complete service distribution and stock query. An existing upper-layer system and lower-layer system communication architecture of a telecommunication operation maintenance system is shown in fig. 1, an upper-layer support system is connected with each lower-layer network management system through a probe, and the probe is used for completing information transmission between the upper-layer support system and the lower-layer network management system. The probes are generally provided by an independent software provider in a component form, the independent software provider charges value according to the number of the probes, and the number of the probes is increased along with the increase of lower-layer network management systems accessed to an upper-layer support system, so that the cost of the probes required to be paid by an operator is increased, the whole network is more complicated, and the overall maintenance of the network is not facilitated.
In order to reduce the number of probes required by the upper layer support system, the embodiment of the invention adds at least one interface convergence device as shown in fig. 2, and each interface convergence device is connected with the upper layer support system upwards through one probe and is connected with two or more lower layer network management systems downwards. And the interface convergence device sends the message from the upper layer support system to the lower layer network management system. And sending the message from a certain lower layer network management system to the upper layer support system, or packing the messages of the same type from a certain lower layer network management systems into a message and sending the message to the upper layer support system. Therefore, the communication between the upper layer supporting system and the lower layer network management system can be completed only by a small number of probes, the probe cost is saved, and the network structure is simplified.

The embodiment broadcasts the message from the upper layer support system to each lower layer network management system through the interface convergence device. Since a plurality of lower layer network management systems sharing one interface convergence device send messages to an upper layer support system, the interface convergence device is required to identify the lower layer network management system sending the message in each message sent to the upper layer support system, so that the upper layer support system can identify the messages. If the interface convergence device packs the same type of messages from some lower layer network management systems into one message to be sent to the upper layer support system, the identifier of each lower layer network management system sending the message needs to be added in the packed message respectively. The identifier of each lower layer network management system must be unique, and the identifier may be an independently set identification code, or an existing identifier, such as an ID number of each lower layer network management system, may also be borrowed. Therefore, the embodiment can complete the communication between the upper layer supporting system and the lower layer network management system only by a small number of probes, thereby saving the probe cost and simplifying the network structure.
