Abstract

一种三色混光LED点光源装置,包括壳体及固定在壳体内的微棱镜光学板和LED电路基板。所述微棱镜光学板上形成沿两个不同方向延伸的多个V形脊,所述电路基板上排布至少一个光源组,每个光源组中设有四个能够发射出三种不同颜色的单色LED点光源,每个LED点光源发射的光线经过微棱镜光学板形成四个虚拟光源;每个光源组中的四个LED点光源之间保持一预定距离,任意相邻的两个光源组共用一个LED点光源,使相邻的LED点光源对应的虚拟光源存在两对重叠的虚拟光源。本发明将三色LED点光源的数量设置不同比例,来扩大光的色域,增加光的演色性,同时减少光源的数量。

三色混光LED点光源装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种点光源装置,特别是涉及一种可调节光色的三色混光LED点光源装置。
背景技术
LED具有无汞、高发光效率、使用寿命长等优点,具有逐渐取代传统照明光源之趋势。现有LED点光源装置搭配微棱镜光学板使LED点光源产生多倍化的虚拟光源,使在不影响发光亮度的情况下,减少LED的数量,节省了成本,但单色LED照明装置只能做亮度的调整并无法做光色的变化,这使得无法随着环境的变化发射出适当的光色。现有做法中,通常将两种或三种颜色的LED点光源的数量等比例设置,形成适应环境的混光光色,但演色性不足,在该混光光色下,容易导致部分物体的颜色失真。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种三色混光LED点光源阵列的光源装置,同时进一步提高光的演色性。
一种LED点光源装置,包括壳体及固定在壳体内的微棱镜光学板和LED电路基板。所述微棱镜光学板上形成沿两个不同方向延伸的多个V形脊,所述电路基板上排布至少一个光源组,每个光源组中设有四个能够发射出三种不同颜色的单色LED点光源,每个LED点光源发射的光线经过微棱镜光学板形成四个虚拟光源;每个光源组中的四个LED点光源之间保持一预定距离,任意相邻的两个光源组共用一个LED点光源,使相邻的LED点光源对应的虚拟光源存在两对重叠的虚拟光源。
本发明的LED点光源装置,将三色LED点光源的数量设置不同比例,来扩大光的色域,增加光的演色性;同时交替排列的三色LED点光源产生的光线经过所述微棱镜光学板,扩散成四倍虚拟光源,该四倍虚拟光源所形成的混光光色保证光的亮度,同时有效减少LED点光源的数量。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,一种三色混光的LED点光源装置100包括壳体10、电路基板20和微棱镜光学板30。壳体10包括一个底板101、沿底板101的四周延伸的侧壁102及一保护罩103。该底板101和该侧壁102围成一收容腔。所述保护罩103由透明玻璃、毛玻璃、透明塑胶板等透明材质中的一种制成,保护罩103位于微棱镜光学板30的上方,用于保护微棱镜光学板30的表层不受到污染或刮伤。本实施方式中,所述底板101及侧壁102可由具有高反射率的金属或塑料制成,或由涂布有高反射率涂层的金属或塑料制成。所述电路基板20固定在底板101上,电路基板20的表面排布三个或多个不同颜色的LED点光源201。所述微棱镜光学板30位于该壳体10内,其位于LED点光源201的上方且大致与底板101平行。
请参阅图2和图3,所述微棱镜光学板30由透明塑胶材质制成,其具有入光面301及与入光面301相对的出光面302,该入光面301为平面且面向LED点光源201,多个V形脊303形成于所述出光面302上,且该两方向延伸的多个V形脊303相互交错排列,且具有共同的连接点,使得单一LED点光源201发射的光线通过该微棱镜光学板30形成如图3所示的4个虚拟光源204,所述虚拟光源204均匀分布在以该LED点光源201为圆心、以预定值R为半径的圆周上。其中,半径R的值与微棱镜光学板30距LED点光源201的高度相关。
本实施方式中,每个V形脊303的顶角呈45度,该V形脊303沿两个不同方向延伸,包括多个沿第一方向X1延伸的多个长条状V形脊313和多个沿第二方向X2延伸的多个长条状V形脊314,其中,沿第一方向X1延伸的多个长条状V形脊313和沿第二方向X3延伸的多个长条状V形脊315相互正交于一点。分别与两个正交方向X1及X2延伸的长条状V形脊313及314具有共同连接点的对称方向X3及X4也形成长条状V形脊315及316。
请参阅图4和图5,所述电路基板20表面排布点光源阵列21,点光源阵列21包括至少一个光源组202,每个光源组202中包括能发出三种不同颜色光的四个单色LED点光源201,任意相邻两个光源组共用一个LED点光源,每个LED点光源发射的光线经过微棱镜光学板30形成4个虚拟光源204,所述4个LED点光源201之间保持预定距离,使所产生的虚拟光源中存在一组由4个虚拟光源204重叠形成的混光。本实施方式中,每个光源组202中四个LED点光源201依其所在位置顺次连接形成边长为的正方形,使得相邻的LED点光源201所产生的虚拟光源204规则性重叠,重叠部分形成不同强度的三种光色的混光光色。由于,每个光源组202的三色LED点光源201的数量比为1∶2∶1,使形成混光光色的色域范围扩大,从而提高光的演色性,一定程度上减少物体在该混光照射下的失真率。本实施方式中,每个光源组202中的LED点光源201分别能够发射出红色、绿色和蓝色的光,其中,在每个光源组202中,发出红色、绿色和蓝色的光的LED点光源201的数量分别为1个、2个和1个,从而能够混光形成白光。在需要时,可通过调节三种光色LED点光源201的输入功率比或来调节点光源阵列21的混光光色205。
请参阅图6,本实施方式中,所述LED点光源阵列21中,最外层LED点光源201所形成的虚拟光源204发生部分混光,该区域为部分混光区22,被最外层LED点光源201所包围的内部其它LED点光源201所产生的虚拟光源204形成完全混光光色,该区域为完全混光区23。
本发明的三色混光LED点光源装置100,将三色LED点光源201的数量设置不同比例,来扩大光的色域,增加光的演色性;同时交替排列的三色LED点光源201产生的光线经过所述微棱镜光学板30,扩散成四倍虚拟光源204,该四倍虚拟光源204所形成的混光光色,保证光的亮度同时有效减少LED点光源201的数量。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED点光源装置,包括壳体及固定在壳体内的微棱镜光学板和LED电路基板,其特征在于:所述微棱镜光学板上形成沿两个不同方向延伸的多个V形脊,所述电路基板上排布至少一个光源组,每个光源组中设有四个能够发射出三种不同颜色的光的单色LED点光源,每个LED点光源发射的光线经过微棱镜光学板形成四个虚拟光源;每个光源组中的四个LED点光源之间保持第一预定距离,任意相邻的两个光源组共用一个LED点光源,使相邻的LED点光源对应的虚拟光源存在两对重叠的虚拟光源。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED点光源装置,其特征在于,所述微棱镜光学板具有面向LED点光源的入光面及与入光面相对的出光面,所述入光面为平面,所述多个V形脊形成于所述出光面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED点光源装置,其特征在于,所述多个V形脊包括沿第一方向延伸的多个V形脊及与第一方向正交于一点的沿第二方向延伸的多个V形脊。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED点光源装置,其特征在于,所述四个虚拟光源均匀分布在以该LED点光源为圆心,以第二预定距离为半径的圆周上,所述第一预定距离为所述第二预定距离的

5.如权利要求1所述的LED点光源装置,其特征在于,所述微棱镜光学板由透明塑胶材质制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED点光源装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括底板及沿底板的四周延伸的侧壁,该底板和该侧壁围成一收容腔,所述电路基板和微棱镜光学板设置在该收容腔中,其中,所述微棱镜光学板位于电路基板的上方且与底板平行。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED点光源装置,其特征在于,所述LED点光源装置还包括保护罩,该保护罩由透明材质制成,保护罩固定在微棱镜光学板的上方。
