Abstract
一种LED照明装置,包括多个LED光源、导光板及灯罩,导光板至少一端形成入光面,且该入光面与LED光源相对设置。导光板的两个侧面分别形成反射面,并有至少一个侧面设置有多个凸起或凹陷的调光纹路。LED光源的出射光从入光面进入后,在导光板的两个侧面之间进行内部反射传输,并照射到调光纹路的光束产生漫射而出光,自导光板的侧面出射的光束照射到灯罩的内表面,最终透过灯罩而出射到外部。本发明透过导光板的设置可使LED照明装置获得出射光均匀的双面光源,再搭配全周的灯罩可获得全周均匀的发光面,满足广角照明特性的需求,并能改善LED光源的直接眩光效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明装置,特别是涉及一种具有良好的照射角度的日光灯型LED照明装置。
背景技术
和传统光源相比,发光二极管(LED)具有较高之发光效率、低辐射、寿命长、用电省、污染低、驱动电压低、灯具可小型化等优点,以LED作为日光灯的照明装置逐渐得到了广泛的应用,并逐渐取代传统荧光灯。但LED为点状光源,其发光角度较小且具有强烈的方向性,LED日光灯的发光角度约为100~140度,而传统荧光灯则为360度全周均匀发光,LED日光灯的有效照明范围远小于传统荧光灯,因此在传统荧光灯的应用场合使用LED日光灯会与原始的照明设计需求不相匹配,使得LED日光灯无法直接等效替代传统荧光灯。另外,由于目前的LED灯是以点状矩阵分布,且LED单体发光强度大,在LED灯具的发光面上形成强烈的直接眩光(亮点),从外部观察它是点状分布的点光源。在生产过程或由于材料质地产生误差,每一LED日光灯的LED点光源的发光效率和波长也会有不均匀现象,并且演色性不佳,从而影响照明质量。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有良好的照射角度并能改善LED光源的直接眩光效果的LED照明装置。
一种LED照明装置,包括光源基板、多个LED光源、导光板及灯罩,所述多个LED光源固定在光源基板上,所述导光板至少一端形成入光面,且所述入光面与所述LED光源相对设置。所述导光板的两个侧面分别形成反射面,所述导光板的至少一个侧面上设置有多个凸起或凹陷的调光纹路。LED光源的出射光从所述入光面进入后,在导光板的两个侧面之间进行内部反射传输,并照射到所述调光纹路的光束产生漫射而出光,自导光板的侧面出射的光束照射到所述灯罩的内表面,最终透过灯罩而出射到外部。
本发明透过导光板的设置可使LED照明装置获得出射光均匀的双面光源,再搭配全周的灯罩可获得全周均匀的发光面,满足广角照明特性的需求,并能改善LED光源的直接眩光效果。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1和2,LED照明装置100a大致为传统日光灯的细长管状结构,其包括散热基座10、光源基板11、多个LED光源12、导光板20及灯罩30。所述散热基座10一端设置有相互间隔一定距离的多个散热鳍片101,并在两侧分别形成有凹槽102,散热基座10另一端形成有一与凹槽102相背的凹口103。光源基板11设置在所述凹口103内,光源基板11通过高导热性的导热胶带固定于散热基座10,该多个LED光源12固定在光源基板11上,从而使得LED光源12产生的热量通过光源基板11传导至散热基座10,然后通过散热鳍片101与空气进行热交换。在其他实施方式中,光源基板11与也可以通过螺钉或者其他方式固定于散热基座10,并在光源基板11与散热基座10之间设置导热板,用来将光源基板11上的热量传导至散热基座10。
导光板20的两端分别与散热基座10的凹口103相扣合,从而将导光板20固定在两个散热基座10之间。该导光板20采用导光材料制成,其两端分别形成入光面201,该入光面201与LED光源12相对设置。该导光板20的两个侧面分别形成反射面,且两个侧面之间形成有光传输通道。为了控制导光板20表面的发光位置及发光强度,导光板20的两个侧面上均设置有多个凸起或凹陷的调光纹路202,入射到该调光纹路202的光线发生漫射而出射。
灯罩30采用扩散基材制成,扩散基材内一般含有如甲基丙烯酸甲酯微粒等的扩散粒子,扩散粒子用于使入射到灯罩30的光线发生进一步的扩散,从而使出射光更加均匀柔和。灯罩30大致为半圆弧形状,其两侧的边缘形成有扣合部301。扣合部301分别与凹槽102相扣合,将灯罩30固定在散热基座10上,从而获得一个传统管状灯管的外形。
请参阅图3,为本发明第二实施方式中LED照明装置100b的发光示意图,该实施方式与图2所示的第一实施方式不同之处在于:灯罩40的形状大致为半椭圆形,其能容纳更宽的导光板20,使导光板20的发光面积增大,从而使LED照明装置100b获得更大的发光面积和更柔和的出射光。
LED光源12的出射光从入光面201进入后,分别在导光板20的两个侧面之间进行内部反射传输,照射到调光纹路202的光束产生漫射而出光,未照射到调光纹路202的光束则继续被反射传输,直至照射到调光纹路202后最终以漫射形态出射。自导光板20的出光面出射的光束照射到灯罩40的内表面,最终透过灯罩40被进一步扩散后而出射到外部。
请参阅图4,为本发明第三实施方式中LED照明装置100c的剖面图,该实施方式与图2所示的第一实施方式不同之处在于:灯罩50采用透明基材制成,导光板20的出光面上设置有光扩散层21,该光扩散层21使自导光板20出光面上的出射光发生进一步扩散作用而变得更加均匀柔和。
请参阅图5,为本发明第四实施方式中LED照明装置100d的剖面图,该实施方式与图2所示的第一实施方式不同之处在于:LED光源12仅设置在导光板20的一端,可满足对光通量的需求较低的场合。
请参阅图6,为本发明第五实施方式中LED照明装置100e的剖面图,该实施方式与图2所示的第一实施方式不同之处在于:灯罩60采用透明基材制成,且其出光面上设置有光扩散层61,从而使出射光更加均匀柔和。灯罩60与导光板20为一体成形。
本发明透过导光板20的设置可使LED照明装置获得出射光均匀的双面光源,再搭配全周的灯罩可获得全周均匀的发光面,满足广角照明特性的需求,并能改善LED光源的直接眩光效果。相对于传统的圆柱状的日光灯型照明装置,本发明的LED照明装置还可以扁平化以加大面光源的发光区域。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种LED照明装置,包括光源基板、多个LED光源、导光板及灯罩,所述多个LED光源固定在光源基板上,其特征在于:所述导光板至少一端形成入光面,且所述入光面与所述LED光源相对设置;所述导光板的两个侧面分别形成反射面,所述导光板的至少一个侧面上设置有多个凸起或凹陷的调光纹路;LED光源的出射光从所述入光面进入后,在导光板的两个侧面之间进行内部反射传输,并照射到所述调光纹路的光束产生漫射而出光,自导光板的侧面出射的光束照射到所述灯罩的内表面,最终透过灯罩而出射到外部。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩的形状大致为半圆形、半椭圆形中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述LED照明装置还包括至少一个散热基座,所述散热基座包括多个间隔设置的散热鳍片。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热基座的一端两侧分别形成有凹槽,灯罩两侧的边缘形成有扣合部,所述扣合部分别与所述凹槽相扣合,将灯罩固定在散热基座。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热基座的另一端形成有一与所述凹槽相背的凹口,光源基板设置在所述凹口内。
6.如权利要求5所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述导光板两端分别与两个散热基座的凹口相扣合,将导光板固定在两个散热基座之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩采用扩散基材制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩采用透明基材制成,导光板的出光面上设置有光扩散层。
9.如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩采用透明基材制成,且其出光面上设置有光扩散层。
10.如权利要求1所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩与导光板为一体成形。
