Abstract

本发明公开了一种以藻类为主要原料的皮肤美白复配物,它包括藻白灵和爱科首替,所述藻白灵和爱科首替的重量份数比分别为3∶5~7∶1,确定其最佳的配比范围后,在制成的化妆品中,于室温下加入0~5%的上述混合复配物,搅拌均匀后装瓶即可。试验结果表明,在有效物质控制在4%总量的前提下,当藻白灵和爱科首替复配比例超过3∶5时,其酪氨酸酶抑制能力已经强于任何单独使用其中的一种物质;在藻白灵和爱科首替复配比例在3∶1时,其酪氨酸酶抑制能力最强;当藻白灵和爱科首替复配比例超过3∶1之后,其酪氨酸酶抑制能力开始下降。

一种以藻类为主要原料的皮肤美白复配物
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品,尤其涉及以藻类为主要原料的皮肤美白复配物。
背景技术
多年来化妆品工业不断寻求技术突破,目的是推出高效安全的美白类原料。皮肤黑色素形成的主要路径是皮肤中的酪氨酸酶将酪氨酸转化为多巴,进一步转化成为多巴醌,最后形成黑色素。通常的皮肤美白方法都是通过抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,从而达到美白肌肤的效果。
目前使用较多的人工合成的美白成分有,维生素C及其衍生物、熊果苷、曲酸等,但它们共同的缺点是其性能不稳定,容易被氧化,在储存过程中会逐渐变黄,从而导致产品在储存过程中延伸逐渐黄变而丧失商业价值。对于另外一些植物提取物,比如光甘草定、桑树根提取物、柠檬黄瓜提取物,但这类物质美白功能较弱,很难用实验数据证明其美白实际功效。
文献报道很少的是来自海洋的美白物质,考虑到海洋资源很丰富,原料来源充沛,如果能从中寻求真正有效的美白物质,则是一个非常有意义的工作。查文献可得知,在国外已有这方面尝试,如日本一丸公司有选择三种特定的海洋藻类生产美白提取物,用于化妆品工业;法国西拉博公司也有来自于大西洋红藻的提取物,用于美白类化妆品。除此之外,很少其他文献提及这方面的进展。
发明内容
通过酪氨酸酶抑制率测试实验,证明将两种来自于海洋藻类的不同用途的原料复配应用后,实验证明它可以比仅使用其中一种能更有效的抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,进而可以推断该物质比单纯使用其中的一种更具有美白功效(酪氨酸酶抑制率测试是标准的用于测试美白活性物质美白功能的测试方法)。
将藻白灵Whitonyl和爱科首替EXO-T两种原料复配在化妆品中使用,并确定其最佳的配比范围后,在制成的化妆品中,于室温下加入0~5%的上述混合复配物,搅拌均匀后装瓶即可。
选择来自法国西拉博SILAB公司的藻白灵Whitonyl和来自加拿大优尼派UNIPEX公司的爱科首替EXO-T进行组合,其中藻白灵和爱科首替的优选比例为3∶5~7∶1,在最终产品中该混合美白原料的蕴含量范围为0~5%,其中法国西拉博公司的藻白灵是来自于Palmaria palmate红藻的寡糖,该原料可以限制黑色素的生成,有效阻止黑色素体的运行并控制光诱导色素的沉着,从而可以使光照引起的老年斑和褐色斑淡化,是一个效能已经得到确认的美白类物质;加拿大UNIPEX公司的爱科首替EXO-T是来自于法属波利尼西亚珊瑚藻类表面附着的溶藻弧菌胞外多糖Vibrio Exopolysaccharide,该原料可以促使皮肤细胞分化,角质层脱离,本身并无真正意义的美白功效。
酪氨酸酶抑制率测试的具体方法为:
1.在0.3mg/ml的酪氨酸溶液中加入500μl的0.1M的磷酸钾溶液,加入450μl的测试物,在测试试管中混合均匀,恒温在37度;
2.加入50μl酪氨酸酶溶液(浓度为1250unit/ml),在37度环境下培养10分钟;
3.用UV-VIS分光光度计测试480nm的吸光度。
测试物的组成按照下文所述:
在去离子水中分别添加下述含量的原料,每种样品测试3次,测定其平均值和标准差。

上述结果表明:在有效物质控制在4%总量的前提下,
1.当藻白灵和爱科首替复配比例超过3∶5时候,其酪氨酸酶抑制能力已经强于任何单独使用其中的一种物质;
2.在藻白灵和爱科首替复配比例在3∶1的时候,其酪氨酸酶抑制能力最强;
3.当藻白灵和爱科首替复配比例超过3∶1之后,其酪氨酸酶抑制能力开始下降。

1.一种以藻类为主要原料的皮肤美白复配物,其特征在于它包括藻白灵和爱科首替,所述藻白灵和爱科首替的重量份数比分别为3∶5~7∶1。
