Abstract
本发明属于石膏建材的技术领域,涉及一种以粉磨、煅烧处理后的氟石膏为主要原料的面层材料在聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板芯层材料上复合制成的轻质夹芯板材,夹芯板两侧向带有凹槽。本发明中外敷于聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板上的面层材料是由以下重量份的原料制成:氟石膏粉100份,硫铝酸盐水泥2-6份,硫酸钠1-3份,玻璃纤维0.5-1.5份,水料比0.50-1.0。本发明的产品性能达到国家质量标准,具有轻质高强、保温隔热、隔音等功能,是一种能应用于框架结构建筑的墙体材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石膏建材的技术领域,涉及一种经处理后的氟石膏制作框架结构建筑用的轻质夹芯板材。
背景技术
传统的墙体材料多为实心粘土砖,它不仅消耗大量的能源,而且严重毁坏耕地。近年来,随着国家限制、禁止使用实心粘土砖等政策的实施,各种新型的墙体材料层出不穷。目前,框架结构建筑在我国已悄然兴起,并且愈来愈热。围护墙体是框架结构建筑的主要组成部分,在框架结构建筑中,要求墙体具有轻质,隔热、隔声、耐冲击、防火等性能。用作框架结构建筑围护墙体的轻质墙材,因适应产业化要求而得到更多的关注。
氟石膏是在氢氟酸生产过程中,由硫酸与萤石反应产出的含无水硫酸钙为主的化工废渣,主要产自无机氟化物和有机氟化物生产厂及其它氢氟酸生产厂。氟石膏属腐蚀性强的有害固体废弃物,其大部分在稍加中和处理后就作为一般固体废弃物堆存,不仅占用土地,还污染土壤和地下水环境,造成生态破坏。
氟石膏是一种无水石膏,水化反应很慢,在水中溶解速度较二水石膏慢,通过粉磨、煅烧、掺加外加剂对氟石膏进行改性,改性后的氟石膏呈块状,其中大部分无水石膏转化为二水石膏。改性后的氟石膏完全可以代替天然二水石膏,适宜于制作轻质墙体材料。利用氟石膏生产轻质夹芯板墙体材料,有利于节约能源、节约土地,有利于环境保护。
发明内容
本发明利用经过处理后的氟石膏为主要胶结材料,配以硫铝酸盐水泥、硫酸钠、玻璃纤维增强材料等为面层材料,以密度为18-24kg/m3的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板为芯层材料,复合而成氟石膏轻质夹芯板材,产品具有轻质高强、保温隔热、隔声、防火、呼吸功能等性质,是一种绿色环保墙体材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:将经过粉磨、煅烧处理后的氟石膏粉、硫铝酸盐水泥、硫酸钠、玻璃纤维按一定比例混合后,加水搅拌为均匀的浆体,在厚度为20-80mm聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板上浇铸成型。本发明制作的氟石膏轻质夹芯板长2500-3500mm,宽600mm,高60、90、120mm。
本发明制作的氟石膏轻质夹芯板两侧向带有凹槽,便于建筑施工安装,避免墙体裂缝等问题。
本发明的氟石膏轻质夹芯板,利用经粉磨、煅烧处理后的氟石膏和聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板为主要原料制作,夹芯板两侧向带有凹槽,其中外敷于聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板上的氟石膏面层材料是由以下重量份的原料制成:
氟石膏粉 100份
硫铝酸盐水泥 2-6份
硫酸钠 1-3份
玻璃纤维 0.5-1.5份
水料比 0.50-1.0

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,是本发明的氟石膏轻质夹芯板的结构示意图和横剖面图,氟石膏轻质夹芯板是在聚苯乙烯泡沫板3上浇铸氟石膏浆体面层材料2所制成,夹芯板两侧有两个侧向凹槽4,用于安装使用。以经粉磨、煅烧处理的氟石膏粉、硫铝酸盐水泥、硫酸钠、玻璃纤维为原料按比例混合均匀,加水搅拌为浆体,利用磨具,在聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板上浇铸而成,浆体完全硬化后脱模而成。本发明的氟石膏轻质夹芯板面层材料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
氟石膏粉 100份
硫铝酸盐水泥 3份
硫酸钠 1份
玻璃纤维 0.6份
水料比 0.7
制作的氟石膏轻质夹芯板尺寸为2500mm×600mm×60mm,技术性能测试结果如表1。

制作的氟石膏轻质夹芯板尺寸为3000mm×600mm×90mm,技术性能测试结果如表2。

1.一种氟石膏轻质夹芯板,其特征在于:利用经粉磨、煅烧处理后的氟石膏和聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板为主要原料复合而成的轻质夹芯板材,夹芯板两侧向带有凹槽,其中外敷于聚苯乙烯泡沫板上的面层材料是由以下重量份的原料制成:
氟石膏粉 100份
硫铝酸盐水泥 2-6份
硫酸钠 1-3份
玻璃纤维 0.5-1.5份
水料比 0.50-1.0
