本发明属建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种墙体保温系统专用的以脱硫石膏为基料的罩面砂浆,该罩面砂浆由脱硫石膏、粉煤灰、偏高岭土、煅烧煤矸石、生石灰粉、氯化钙、50-80目石英砂、100-120目石英砂、钙基膨润土、纤维素-丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物和纤维素纤维组成。使用本发明可有效提高墙体保温系统的抗开裂、防水和抗冲击性能。本发明产品的生产大量利用脱硫石膏,粉煤灰,煅烧煤矸石,偏高岭土等工业固体废弃物,具有成本低廉,绿色程度高,降低碳排放等突出优点。本发明适用于各类建筑物墙体的保温系统施工。The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and specifically relates to an overlay mortar with desulfurized gypsum as the base material specially used for wall insulation systems. The production of the product of the invention utilizes a large amount of industrial solid wastes such as desulfurized gypsum, fly ash, calcined coal gangue, metakaolin, etc., and has the outstanding advantages of low cost, high degree of greenness, and reduced carbon emissions. The invention is applicable to the construction of the thermal insulation system of walls of various buildings.
