Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及骨锚式骨导助听器。本发明尤其涉及一种骨锚式骨导助听器,其具有:可植入骨的螺杆,植入轴被设计成通常垂直于植入点处的骨表面;以及穿透皮肤的支座,该支座在其相反侧端通过接触表面连接到该可植入的螺杆,支座在其侧端具有耦合表面,助听器沿着助听器耦合轴可拆卸地耦合到该耦合表面。
背景技术
对于遭受传统助听器不能胜任的某些特殊类型听力损失的病人的康复来说,骨锚式骨导助听器是必需的。这种类型的装置由具有振动传感器的外部助听器组成,振动传感器通过连接器连接到穿透皮肤的支座,该支座安装在锚定到颅骨中的植入固定物上。该连接器足够牢固是重要的,以避免振动的不良传送,但是该连接器不过分牢固也是重要的,因为在突然碰撞的的情况下助听器脱落也很重要,以避免颅骨锚定受损。在像这样的连接器中,总具有在连接中作用在支座上的耦合力压制部件。该耦合力可以由单独的弹簧或弹性材料产生或者由磁体产生。病人每天要带上并取下助听器,所以该连接器的摘带耐用性也是重要的。
发明内容
在传统的植入物系统的一些情况中,锚定到颅骨中的植入固定物,可能由于解剖学上的差异而最终处于不适当的位置。
本发明的目的是提供一种克服该问题的助听器。
本发明的该目的是通过如上所述的骨锚式助听器实现的,其中植入轴和助听器耦合轴被设置成相对于彼此具有角度α。
通过在这两个轴之间提供该角度,保证了助听器可以保持耦接在支座上,而不会在任何其它点接触到用户的皮肤。
本发明的其它方面是通过在从属权利要求和本发明的详细说明中限定的实施例实现的。

图2和图4中示出用于将骨导助听器(图3中的位置2)连接到骨整合植入物3的助听器附着系统1。如图2和图3中特别示出的,该系统包括固定到佩带者的骨10中的植入物3。如图中所示,植入物3包括具有外螺纹4的螺杆和穿过皮肤11的支座5。如图3和图5中所示,助听器2具有允许将助听器2连接到支座5的连接器7。为此,支座5在其侧端具有耦合表面15(“侧”应被理解为远离骨或皮肤表面的方向,而相反侧应被理解为朝向佩带者的皮肤或骨表面的方向)。耦合表面15与助听器连接器7接触。在图4和图5中的实施例中,在杯形支座5的内圆周处提供该耦合表面。如图3和图5中所示,当助听器2附着到支座5时,助听器连接器7相对于植入的螺杆3的轴方向由耦合表面15的轴方向决定。支座5在其相反侧端具有植入接触表面16并且表面16与植入物3的侧端接触。助听器耦合轴20由耦合表面15限定,并且植入物轴25由植入物螺杆3限定。如图1中所示,该支座被设计成使得在助听器耦合轴20和植入物轴25之间具有角度α。
通常将植入物螺杆3垂直于骨表面植入,但是这不总是处于明确的方向,因为骨的表面不一定是平的,并且在植入过程中由于该过程的工匠本性,螺杆的放置可能产生一些变化。
角度α的范围优选在5度和20度之间。
优选地,通过耦合表面15和接触表面16相对于彼此的转动提供角度α。
耦合表面15和接触表面16二者都是圆形的。这允许支座5围绕轴25转动并且以关于植入物螺杆3的任意转动角固定,从而角度α可以关于植入物轴25自由转动。
如图1、图2和图4中所示,该支座具有中心孔30和连接螺杆31,如图2和图4中进一步示出的,植入物3具有用于连接螺杆31的内螺纹孔32。连接螺杆31的轴方向对应于植入物螺杆3的轴方向。
支座5在侧端包括凹槽6,其成形为使得螺杆31的头33可以坐在其中。凹槽6由此包括垂直于植入物轴25设置的用于螺杆头33的座面17。这样,连接螺杆31的头33可以从支座5的侧端进入,并且螺杆31可以紧固到螺孔32中以通过作用在表面17上的扣紧力在支座接触表面16和植入的螺杆3之间建立强密封力。
在进一步的实施例中(附图中未示出),支座耦合接触表面是球形表面并且助听器连接器具有对应的相反球形表面,此外,助听器连接器磁附着到支座耦合接触表面。这允许通过将助听器连接器附着到球形支座耦合接触表面上的不同位置来改变角度α。
本发明由独立权利要求的特征限定。优选实施例由从属权利要求限定。权利要求中的参考标号不意图限制其范围。

Claims (7)
1.一种骨锚式骨导助听器,具有:可植入骨的螺杆(3),植入轴(25)被设计成垂直于植入点处的骨表面;以及穿透皮肤的支座(5),该支座在其相反侧端通过接触表面(16)连接到所述可植入的螺杆(3),该支座(5)在其侧端具有耦合表面(15),助听器沿着助听器耦合轴(20)可拆卸地耦合到耦合表面(15),其中所述植入轴(25)和所述助听器耦合轴(20)被设置成相对于彼此具有角度α。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨锚式骨导助听器,其中所述角度α的范围在5度和20度之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的骨锚式骨导助听器,其中所述耦合表面(15)和所述支座(5)的接触表面为圆形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的骨锚式骨导助听器,其中所述支座包括用于紧固螺杆(31)的通孔(30),并且其中螺杆(31)与螺杆孔沿着所述植入轴(25)对准。
5.根据权利要求4所述的骨锚式骨导助听器,其中在所述支座(5)的侧端提供凹槽(6),用于接收紧固螺杆(31)的螺杆头(33)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的骨锚式骨导助听器,其中所述凹槽(6)在其相反侧端包括所述螺杆头(33)的座面,该座面被设置成垂直于所述植入轴(25)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的骨锚式骨导助听器,其中所述助听器耦合之间的连接器磁附着到穿透皮肤的支座(5)。
