When deviating from second resting position pivot around described second pivot axis, described blade unit is setovered towards described resting position by second return force, described second return force comprises the magnetic force that is produced by second group of magnetic element, described second group of magnetic element relative to each other moves in response to described blade unit centers on the pivoting action of second pivot axis that is different from described first pivot axis, and pivot along with described blade unit deviates from second resting position, the value of described return force increases.
8. safety razor as claimed in claim 7, wherein said second group of magnetic element is arranged to produce the repellency magnetic return force that is used for described blade unit is pushed into second resting position.
9. safety razor as claimed in claim 7, wherein said first group of magnetic element comprises first magnetic element and second magnetic element, and the contiguous top cover of described first magnetic element is installed on the described blade unit.
10. safety razor as claimed in claim 9, wherein said blade unit are pivotly by a pair of relative arm carrying of stretching out from wheel hub, and described second magnetic element is positioned at described wheel hub.
11. safety razor blade units as claimed in claim 9, wherein said first pivot axis is positioned at the front of described at least one blade.
12. safety razor blade units as claimed in claim 7, wherein said first pivot axis is positioned at the below on the plane that is tangential to described protector and top cover.

14. safety razor blade units as claimed in claim 7, wherein along with the pivoting angle from second resting position around described second pivot axis increases, the spring rate characteristic of described magnetic return force increases smoothly.
15. safety razor blade units as claimed in claim 7, wherein said first pivot axis is substantially perpendicular to described second pivot axis.
