Abstract
本发明涉及一种纤维束分纤水洗方法及装置,其包括以下步骤:1)在机架上设置多组分纤水洗单元和一纤维输出单元,每一单元具有一运行的回转履带;2)在每一分纤水洗单元的履带输入端通过一喂入罗拉,以将纤维束向前输送,进入间隔设置有打手和分纤罗拉的分纤水洗区域,同时开启设置在打手和分纤罗拉上方的高压水管,对纤维束边进行水洗浸泡、边拍打、边梳理分纤;3)将上一分纤水洗单元处理过的纤维送入下一分纤水洗单元继续进行分纤水洗;4)将最后一个分纤水洗单元处理后的纤维送入分纤输入区,经轧水辊碾压出水操作后,送入一摆布机构,通过摆布机构将带状的纤维摆布折叠后落入纤维贮箱。本发明可广泛应用于各种韧皮纤维、叶部纤维和禾本科纤维的分纤水洗处理中。

The present invention can be widely used in the fiber splitting and washing treatment of various bast fibers, leaf fibers and grass fibers.
