Abstract
一种机箱,包括至少一假连接器,所述假连接器包括一本体及一接地部,所述本体上形成一堵塞部,所述接地部上设有若干接地针脚,所述接地针脚可插入并固定于所述机箱内的电路板上,以与所述电路板的地线相连,所述堵塞部可塞入所述机箱外壳上预留给被取消的连接器的开孔中,以防止所述机箱内的电磁波外泄。本发明利用所述假连接器来替代所述机箱内被取消的连接器,并通过所述堵塞部来堵塞所述开孔及所述接地针脚来与所述电路板的地线相连,从而实现了不需修改制造所述机箱外壳的模具,就可防止所述机箱内电磁波外泄的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机箱及其假连接器。
背景技术
请参考图1及图2,在计算机系统中,一机箱10包括一外壳110及一设于所述外壳110内的电路板120。所述电路板120上设有若干连接器122,所述连接器122的针脚插入所述电路板120上对应的通孔中,再通过焊锡焊接在所述电路板120上的。所述外壳110上设有若干开孔112,以让所述连接器122与相应的外围设备相连,从而实现计算机系统与其外围设备的正常通讯。
但随着科技的发展,计算机系统会被规划成不同的架构,从而导致连接器的位置发生变化,有时甚至会出现某些连接器被取消的现象。如果所述电路板120上的连接器122被取消了,那么所述外壳110上对应的开孔112也应被取消掉,否则,所述外壳110的开孔112会导致所述机箱10内电子元件产生的电磁波外泄。这就意味着制造所述外壳110的模具需要修改,然而修改模具的工序繁琐且成本较高。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种在连接器被取消后不需修改模具就能防止电磁波外泄的机箱。
还有必要提供一种假连接器,用以替代所述机箱内被取消的连接器,进而防止机箱内的电磁波外泄。
一种机箱,包括至少一假连接器,所述假连接器包括一本体及一接地部,所述本体上形成一堵塞部,所述接地部上设有若干接地针脚,所述接地针脚与被取消的连接器的接地针脚相同,以使得所述接地针脚可插入并固定于所述机箱内的电路板上与被取消的连接器的接地针脚对应的通孔中,以与所述电路板的地线相连,所述堵塞部可塞入所述机箱外壳上预留给被取消的连接器的开孔中,以防止所述机箱内的电磁波外泄。
一种假连接器,包括一本体及一接地部,所述本体上形成一堵塞部,所述接地部上设有若干接地针脚,所述接地针脚与被取消的连接器的接地针脚相同,以使得所述接地针脚可插入并固定于一机箱内的电路板上与被取消的连接器的接地针脚对应的通孔中,以与所述电路板的地线相连,所述堵塞部用于堵塞所述机箱外壳上的对应开孔,以防止所述机箱内的电磁波外泄。
上述机箱利用所述假连接器来替代所述机箱内被取消的连接器,并通过所述堵塞部来堵塞所述开孔及所述接地针脚来与所述电路板的地线相连,从而实现了不需修改制造所述机箱外壳的模具,就可防止所述机箱内电磁波外泄的功能。

具体实施方式
请共同参考图3至图5,本发明机箱30的较佳实施包括一设有若干开孔312的外壳310、一设于所述外壳310内的电路板320及若干用于替代所述机箱30内被取消的连接器的假连接器20。每一假连接器20包括一本体220及一自所述本体220延伸形成的接地部226,所述本体220上凸设有堵塞部224,所述接地部226上设有接地针脚228。其中,每一假连接器20的接地针脚228与被取消的连接器的接地针脚相同,故可直接插入所述电路板320上与对应的被取消的连接器的接地针脚对应的通孔中;且每一假连接器20的堵塞部224恰好可塞入所述外壳310上与被取消的连接器对应的开孔312内。
在本实施方式中,仅以一替代所述机箱30内的PS/2连接器的假连接器20为例来进行说明。当所述PS/2连接器被取消时,将所述PS/2连接器对应的假连接器20的接地针脚228插入所述电路板320上与所述PS/2连接器的接地针脚对应的通孔中,再用焊锡将所述接地针脚228焊接到所述电路板320上,此时,所述假连接器20被固定在所述电路板320上,且其接地部226通过所述接地针脚228与所述电路板320的地线相连。将所述电路板320装设于所述机箱30后,所述堵塞部224塞入所述外壳310上预留给所述PS/2连接器的开孔312中,从而不需修改制造所述外壳310的模具,就可防止所述机箱10内的电磁波外泄。在其他实施方式中,可在所述本体220与所述外壳310之间设有静电泡棉,从而达到更好的防止电磁波外泄的效果。
上述机箱30利用所述假连接器20来替代所述机箱30内被取消的连接器,并通过所述堵塞部224来堵塞所述开孔312及所述接地针脚228来与所述电路板320的地线相连,从而实现了不需修改制造所述外壳310的模具,就可防止所述机箱30内电磁波外泄的功能。所述假连接器20由金属材料制成,其结构简单,易于制造,更具有生产成本低廉的特点。
Claims (10)
1.一种机箱,包括至少一假连接器,所述假连接器包括一本体及一接地部,所述本体上形成一堵塞部,所述接地部上设有若干接地针脚,所述接地针脚与被取消的连接器的接地针脚相同,以使得所述接地针脚可插入并固定于所述机箱内的电路板上与被取消的连接器的接地针脚对应的通孔中,以与所述电路板的地线相连,所述堵塞部可塞入所述机箱外壳上预留给被取消的连接器的开孔中,以防止所述机箱内的电磁波外泄。
2.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述堵塞部的形状与所述开孔的形状相匹配。
3.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述接地针脚可通过焊锡焊接在所述电路板上。
4.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述本体与所述机箱外壳之间设有静电泡棉。
5.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述假连接器由金属材料制成。
6.一种假连接器,包括一本体及一接地部,所述本体上形成一堵塞部,所述接地部上设有若干接地针脚,所述接地针脚与被取消的连接器的接地针脚相同,以使得所述接地针脚可插入并固定于一机箱内的电路板上与被取消的连接器的接地针脚对应的通孔中,以与所述电路板的地线相连,所述堵塞部用于堵塞所述机箱外壳上的对应开孔,以防止所述机箱内的电磁波外泄。
7.如权利要求6所述的假连接器,其特征在于:所述堵塞部的形状与所述对应开孔的形状相匹配。
8.如权利要求7所述的假连接器,其特征在于:所述对应开孔为所述机箱外壳上预留给被取消的连接器的开孔。
9.如权利要求6所述的假连接器,其特征在于:所述接地针脚可通过焊锡焊接在所述电路板上。
10.如权利要求6所述的假连接器,其特征在于:所述本体与所述机箱外壳之间设有静电泡棉。
