Abstract
一种分体式金刚石磨盘快装结构,该结构是一种由固定板(1)、弹簧压板(2)、连接垫板(3)和快装磨块(4)组成的分体式磨盘快装结构;所述弹簧压板(2)通过带有弹簧(6)的螺钉(7)联接到固定板(1)上,连接垫板(3)穿过弹簧压板(2)并通过螺钉(9)与固定板(1)相联接;固定板(1)上设有“L”型卡槽(8),快装磨块(4)通过“L”型卡槽(8)设置在固定板(1)上;整个快装结构通过连接垫板(3)设置在设备轴上。本发明实现了金刚石磨盘的快速装卸,提高了产品的使用率和工作效率,刀头磨损后仅需更换一个新的磨块,而磨盘仍可重复利用,从而降低了钢材的消耗,节省了成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及对非金属进行平面磨削所使用的金刚石磨盘,特别是一种装卸快、成本低的分体式金刚石磨盘快装结构。
背景技术
目前国内外的金刚石磨盘产品为整体式,其结构主要是由钢基体和金刚石刀头两部分构成。通常是采用在钢基体上焊接含有金刚石刀头的传统方法来制作整体磨盘,而磨盘的磨削工作是由刀头部分完成的。当刀头消耗完后,整体磨盘就会失效不能使用,导致磨盘的使用率很低,成本加大。常规的金刚石整体磨盘是使用螺钉联接到设备轴上,存在着装卸速度慢、使用不便等缺点,直接影响到磨盘的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装卸自如、成本低廉的分体式金刚石磨盘快装结构,从而提高磨盘的使用率和工作效率。
本发明的目的由以下技术方案来实现:
本发明是一种由固定板、弹簧压板、连接垫板和快装磨块组成的分体式磨盘快装结构;所述弹簧压板通过带有弹簧的螺钉联接到固定板上,连接垫板穿过弹簧压板并通过螺钉与固定板相联接;固定板上设有“L”型卡槽,快装磨块通过“L”型卡槽设置在固定板上;整个快装结构通过连接垫板设置在设备轴上。
上述设置快装磨块是将快装磨块对准固定板上的“L”型卡槽,并对快装磨块施力压入,致使弹簧压板压缩螺钉上的弹簧让出空隙,使快装磨块通过固定板上的“L”型卡槽且向圆外推动磨块到达工作位置,弹簧压板复位后顶住快装磨块将其固定。
上述联接弹簧压板与固定板的带有弹簧的螺钉和联接垫板与固定板的螺钉均为四个,且均匀分布。

本发明的优点和效果:本发明根据金刚石磨盘的特点,结合弹簧压板和特殊的“L”型卡槽,实现了磨块的快速装卸。刀头磨损后只需更换新的快装磨块即可,而磨盘仍可重复利用,从而提高了磨盘的工作效率和使用率,降低了钢材的消耗,节省了成本。

具体实施方式
以上附图所公开的结构是本发明一个实施例的结构。图中,各标号与零件的对应关系为:1.快装磨块固定板;2.快装磨块弹簧压板;3.连接垫板;4.快装磨块;5.螺丝刀;6.弹簧;7.带弹簧的螺钉;8.固定板1上的“L”型卡槽;9.连接垫板与固定板之间的螺钉。
参阅图1、图2,弹簧压板2通过四个带有弹簧6的螺钉7连接到固定板1上。连接垫板3穿过弹簧压板2并通过四个沉头螺钉9与固定板1联接起来,构成一个快装结构安装固定到设备轴上。此结构中固定板1、弹簧压板2和连接垫板3联接一体后相当于常规的整体式磨盘中的钢基体,而快装磨块4相当于常规的整体式磨盘中的金刚石刀头。
固定板1上面设有特殊的卡槽8(L型),快装磨块4通过特殊的卡槽8固定在固定板1上。安装快装磨块4时,将快装磨块4对准固定板1上的特殊的“L”型卡槽8,并对快装磨块4施力压入,致使弹簧压板2压缩螺钉7上的弹簧6让出空隙,使快装磨块4通过固定板1上的“L”型卡槽8且向圆外推动磨块到达工作位置,弹簧压板2复位后顶住快装磨块4将其固定;拆卸快装磨块时,使用螺丝刀5将弹簧压板2向上推动让出空隙,将快装磨块4向圆心推动即可取下。可见,本发明的安装、拆卸和使用均很方便。

Claims (4)
1.一种分体式金刚石磨盘快装结构,其特征在于:该结构是一种由固定板(1)、弹簧压板(2)、连接垫板(3)和快装磨块(4)组成的分体式磨盘快装结构;所述弹簧压板(2)通过带有弹簧(6)的螺钉(7)联接到固定板(1)上,连接垫板(3)穿过弹簧压板(2)并通过螺钉(9)与固定板(1)相联接;固定板(1)上设有“L”型卡槽(8),快装磨块(4)通过“L”型卡槽(8)设置在固定板(1)上;整个快装结构通过连接垫板(3)设置在设备轴上。
2.按权利要求1所述的分体式金刚石磨盘快装结构,其特征在于:上述设置快装磨块(4)是将快装磨块(4)对准固定板(1)上的“L”型卡槽(8),并对快装磨块(4)施力压入,致使弹簧压板(2)压缩螺钉(7)上的弹簧(6)让出空隙,使快装磨块(4)通过固定板(1)上的“L”型卡槽(8)且向圆外推动磨块(4)到达工作位置,弹簧压板(2)复位后顶住快装磨块(4)将其固定。
3.按权利要求1所述的分体式金刚石磨盘快装结构,其特征在于:上述联接弹簧压板(2)与固定板(1)的带有弹簧的螺钉(7)和联接垫板(3)与固定板(1)的螺钉(9)均为四个,且均匀分布。
4.按权利要求1或3所述的分体式金刚石磨盘快装结构,其特征在于:上述联接弹簧压板(2)与固定板(1)的带有弹簧的螺钉(7)和联接垫板(3)与固定板(1)的螺钉(9)均为沉头螺钉。
