1、健腰方法:健身人员坐于上座板521后扣上安全带5221,双手放在左右扶手上,并使其背部靠在上靠背板351、左下靠背板352及右下靠背板353上,然后按下左扶手321上的脚踏架下放控制键3211,使脚踏架61下放并与地面接触,此时健身人员可将其双脚放在脚踏板62上,当脚踏架61接触地面的同时,座位活动控制件231也同时向前倾倒,从而使座位活动控制件231的凹位脱离座位骨架51的后端面,并使座位骨架51的后端下降,从而可使健身人员的腰部或背部以及健身椅的整个靠背均自动向前倾斜,做好练腰的准备,此时上靠背板与左右下靠背板自上而下与健身人员的背部及腰部完全贴合,同时左下靠背板与右下靠背板自左至右形成与健身人员的腰部匹配的贴合形状,如图8所示,此时为腰部训练的准备运动前的初始位,然后通过腰部的肌肉收缩使靠背逐渐向后转动到最大幅度,如图9所示,再慢慢放松腰部肌肉,让靠背复位到准备运动前的初始位,如此重复就能达到腰部肌肉的训练。通过调节拉伸油缸4的调阻装置42即可改变靠板向后运动的阻力大小,从而达到循序渐进增加阻力来训练腰部肌肉的目的,当训练完毕后用手按下左扶手321上的脚踏架上升控制键3212,即可将脚踏架61收起。
