本发明公开了一种复合型饮料,其特征在于,它主要由以下组分组成(用量为重量份):雪莲果5-80份、红枣5-80份、木耳1-20份、库拉索芦荟凝胶1-20份、膳食纤维1-20份、柠檬酸0.001-10份、砂糖5-50份;该复合型饮料的制备工艺,它包括如下步骤:a、选料,将雪莲果、红枣、木耳经高温蒸煮处理后,分别用胶体磨打成浆;b、将a步骤中制备的3种浆液按比例混合后,再添加聚葡萄糖、砂糖、再经过压力均质,升温杀菌;c、灌注进预置有库拉索芦荟凝胶的容器中。本发明可以调理肠道,增值肠道中有益菌的数量的聚葡萄糖以及美容排毒的库拉索芦荟凝胶,进一步增强通便排毒、调理肠胃、降脂降压的功效。

雪莲果,含丰富的带有甜味的低聚果糖,雪莲果的低聚果糖含量是干物质的60-70%,其含量是所有植物中最高的,还含有丰富的矿物质及钙、镁、铁、锌、钾、硒等微量元素。日本研究并发现,每天服用3-6g的低聚果糖,3周之内,人的粪便中有毒致癌化合物的含量可减少百分之40以上。低聚果糖具有:①促进消化,调理胃肠道;②使肠内有益菌丛的促生剂,产生双歧因子;③调理血液,清除高血脂,有效地控制胆固醇和糖尿病;④通便、防治下痢;⑤降火清毒、防治面疱、暗疮;⑥提高免疫力。雪莲果的药用价值和保健功效1、调理血液,能降低血糖、血脂和胆固醇,可预防和治疗高血压、糖尿病,对心脑血管疾病和肥胖症等也有一定疗效。2、帮助消化,调理和改善消化系统的不良状况。因雪莲果富含水溶性膳食纤维和所有植物含量最高的低聚果糖,所以能显著促进肠胃蠕动,润肠通便,不仅能消除便秘,还可防治下痢,是肠胃道疾病的克星。最神妙之处还在于它是肠内双歧菌的增殖因子,克服了由于生活节奏紧张,过量使用抗生素等原因造成的双歧杆菌等肠内有益菌减少失衡引起的系统疾病,可清除由食物带入人体内的环境污染物,是肠胃的清道夫和保护神。

木耳,别名黑木耳、光木耳。富含多糖胶体,有良好的清滑作用,是矿山工人、纺织工人的重要保健食品。还具有一定的抗癌和治疗心血管疾病功能。

膳食纤维(聚葡萄糖,Polydextrose),是一种水溶性膳食纤维。与不溶性膳食纤维相比,聚葡萄糖有更多的保健功能和加工优势。聚葡萄糖除具有不溶性膳食纤维所特有的明显增加粪便体积、增强通便、降低肠道癌的风险等的作用外,还具有不溶性膳食纤维所不具备或不明显的功能,如结合清除体内的胆酸,明显降低血清胆固醇,更容易引致饱腹感,能明显降低饭后血糖水平等。聚葡萄糖因其具有低热量、稳定、极高耐受性等的特性,可广泛应用于各种食品中,尤其是低能量、高纤维等的功能食品中。经研究验证,聚葡萄糖可改善排便功能而无腹胀、腹泻等不良效应。被摄入人体后,它在胃肠道的上半部分并不被消化,只是到了胃肠道的下半部分才有部分被发酵,这有助于增加肠道中有益菌的数量,减少有害菌的数量,降低大便pH值。可减少小肠对葡萄糖的吸收,摄入后在大肠中发酵产生短链脂肪酸如丁酸、异丁酸、醋酸等(Zhong Jie et al.,2000)。降低甘油三酯和胆固醇。聚葡萄糖可阻止或减少甘油三酯和胆固醇进入淋巴细管的量。同时,聚葡萄糖进入肠道后被肠道微生物降解的产物可抑制胆固醇的合成,并能吸附胆固醇的代谢产物胆汁酸并排出体外,从而降低人体内胆固醇含量,阻碍对胆固醇的吸收。也可预防胆结石的形成(SOgata,et al.,1997)。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有滋补、调理肠道、进一步增强通便排毒、调理肠胃、降脂降压功效的复合型饮料的生产工艺。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种复合型饮料,其特征在于,它主要由以下组分组成(用量为重量份):
雪莲果 5-80份、
红枣 5-80份、
木耳 1-20份、
库拉索芦荟凝胶 1-20份、
膳食纤维(聚葡萄糖) 1-20份、
柠檬酸 0.001-10份、
砂糖 5-50份。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述雪莲果、红枣、木耳分别制备为浆料,在雪莲果浆中原果含量为45~55%,在红枣浆中原果含量为45~53%,在木耳浆中湿木耳含量为63~68%,含雪莲果浆、木耳浆以及红枣浆的复合型饮料优选重量的配比是:雪莲果浆10-50份、红枣浆10-50份、木耳浆5-20份、库拉索芦荟凝胶1-10份、膳食纤维1-20份、柠檬酸0.01-1份、砂糖5-20份。
所述复合型饮料最佳重量的配比是:雪莲果浆(原果含量50%)14份、红枣浆(原果含量50%)12份、木耳浆(湿木耳含量66%)6份、库拉索芦荟凝胶2.5份、膳食纤维(聚葡萄糖)3.5份、柠檬酸0.12份、砂糖5份。
本发明一种复合型饮料的生产工艺,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
a、选料,将雪莲果、红枣、木耳经高温蒸煮处理后,分别用胶体磨打成浆;
b、将a步骤中制备的3种浆液按比例混合后,再添加聚葡萄糖、砂糖、再经过压力均质,升温杀菌;
c、灌注进预置有库拉索芦荟凝胶的容器中。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,在所述a步骤将胶体磨打成浆过程中,往雪莲果浆中添加柠檬酸保护,对红枣浆过滤果核和果皮。
在所述b步骤中,还添加木糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、阿斯巴甜等、蜂蜜、原花青素、花色甙中的一种或几种。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明采用将雪莲果,木耳打磨成浆,另外由于雪莲果具有大寒性质,并非所有体质的人士均能接受,因此加入传统的滋补佳品红枣调和其性质;另外再加入可以调理肠道,增值肠道中有益菌的数量的聚葡萄糖以及美容排毒的库拉索芦荟凝胶,进一步增强通便排毒、调理肠胃、降脂降压的功效。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种复合型饮料,它主要由以下组分组成(用量为重量份):
雪莲果浆(原果含量50%) 14份
红枣浆(原果含量50%) 12份
木耳浆(湿木耳的含量66%) 6份
库拉索芦荟凝胶 2.5份
膳食纤维(聚葡萄糖) 3.5份
柠檬酸 0.12份
砂糖 5份
其中,还可以加入添加剂,添加剂可以任意组合:添加木糖醇、异麦芽同糖醇、阿斯巴甜等可以调整成低热量的无糖口味,也可以添加蜂蜜、原花青素、花色甙等,可以丰富营养成分,养颜美容,益寿延年。雪莲果浆中原果含量50%,剩下的百分比含量是柠檬酸溶液;其他的浆液(红枣浆、木耳浆)剩下百分比含量均为水。
本发明饮料的典型制备方法是:预先将库拉索芦荟凝胶灌装进瓶(或罐)中,将雪莲果、红枣、木耳经高温蒸煮处理后,分别用胶体磨打成浆,其中雪莲果浆添加柠檬酸保护,红枣浆需过滤果核和果皮,将3种浆液按比例混合后,再添加聚葡萄糖,白砂糖,再经过压力均质,升温杀菌等工序,88-92℃灌注进添加了库拉索芦荟凝胶的瓶(或罐)中。
本发明与现有技术相比,它采取了将雪莲果,木耳打磨成浆,另外由于雪莲果具有大寒性质,并非所有体质的人士均能接受,因此加入传统的滋补佳品红枣调和其性质;另外再加入可以调理肠道,增值肠道中有益菌的数量的聚葡萄糖以及美容排毒的库拉索芦荟凝胶,进一步增强通便排毒、调理肠胃、降脂降压的功效。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种复合型饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下组分组成,用量为重量份:所述复合型饮料重量的配比是:雪莲果浆14份、红枣浆12份、木耳浆6份、库拉索芦荟凝胶2.5份、膳食纤维3.5份、柠檬酸0.12份、砂糖 5份;所述雪莲果浆的雪莲果含量50%,红枣浆的红枣含量50%,木耳浆的湿木耳含量66%。
2.一种权利要求1中所述的复合型饮料的生产工艺,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:它是预先将库拉索芦荟凝胶灌装进瓶中,将雪莲果、红枣、木耳经高温蒸煮处理后,分别用胶体磨打成浆,其中雪莲果浆添加柠檬酸保护,红枣浆需过滤果核和果皮,将3种浆液按比例混合后,再添加聚葡萄糖,白砂糖,再经过压力均质,升温杀菌工序,88-92℃灌注进添加了库拉索芦荟凝胶的瓶中。
