Abstract
一种火炬,其包括一灯罩及一把手。所述灯罩包括一本体及一沿所述本体向外延伸的连接部。所述本体内固定一承载板。所述承载板上固定一灯泡及一电池,所述灯泡通过一开关与所述电池相电连接。所述连接部与把手活动连接。所述连接部内开设一贯通的容置腔。一弹性元件容置在所述容置腔中,所述弹性元件包括相对的第一端部及第二端部,所述第一端部固定于所述把手的内表面,第二端部容置于所述灯罩内。当所述灯罩处于竖直状态时,所述第二端部与灯罩的内壁不接触,当所述灯罩倾斜时,所述弹性元件的另一端部抵持于灯罩的内壁。本发明的火炬,与燃烧型火炬的形态非常相似,在风雨中使用,火焰不会熄灭。同时因为不需要燃料进行燃烧,非常安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种火炬。
背景技术
传统的火炬都是燃烧型的,火焰通过燃烧燃料而形成,当在风雨中使用时,火炬上的火焰非常容易被熄灭。目前随着科技的迅速发展,虽然出现了一些防止火焰在风雨中熄灭的燃烧型火炬,但是这种火炬内部的结构比较复杂,价格比较昂贵。另外,燃烧型火炬在使用中有一定的危险性,故不适合少年儿童使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单,可防止火焰在风雨中熄灭并且使用安全的火炬。
一种火炬,其包括一灯罩及一把手。所述灯罩包括一中空的本体及一沿所述本体向外延伸的连接部。所述本体的内部固定一承载板。所述承载板上固定一灯泡及一电池,所述灯泡通过一开关与所述电池相电连接。所述连接部与所述把手活动连接。所述连接部内开设一贯通的容置腔。一弹性元件容置在所述容置腔中,所述弹性元件包括相对的第一端部及第二端部,且所述第一端部固定于所述把手的内表面,所述第二端部容置于所述灯罩的本体内。当所述灯罩处于竖直状态时,所述把手的第二端部与所述灯罩的内壁不接触,当所述灯罩倾斜时,所述弹性元件的第二端部抵持于所述灯罩的内壁。
本发明的火炬,结构简单,而且与燃烧型火炬的形态非常相似,在风雨中使用时,火焰不会熄灭。同时因为不需要燃料进行燃烧,所以非常安全。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,为本发明实施方式提供的一种火炬1的结构示意图。所述火炬1包括一灯罩10及一把手20。
如图2所示,所述灯罩10为一类似火焰的形状,其包括一本体11及一沿所述本体11向外延伸的连接部12。如图3所示,所述本体11包括一外壁111,一容置空间112及构成该容置空间112的内壁113。所述容置空间112内固定一承载板13。所述承载板13包括一上表面131及一下表面132。所述承载板13的上表面131固定一灯泡134,一光感应元件135及一电池136。一开关137设置在所述灯罩10的外壁111。如图4所示,所述灯泡134与所述光感应元件135,所述电池136及所述开关137相串联。所述电池136用于给所述灯泡134提供电源。由于所述光感应元件135是一种特殊的半导体,其可感测光信号并将光信号变成电信号。所述光感应元件135内部存储有一预定亮度值,当所述光感应元件135感测到有一达到该预定亮度值的光源靠近所述光感应元件135时,所述光感应元件135将光信号变成电信号,此时若所述开关137为闭合的状态,整个电路导通,所述灯泡134就会被点亮,就可模拟点燃火炬1的动作。当所述火炬1不使用时,将所述开关137断开,整个电路被切断,所述灯泡134熄灭。在本实施方式中,所述灯泡136为一发光二极管。如图3所示,所述承载板13的下表面132固定一线坠14,所述线坠14相对于所述灯罩10的重量比较大,用于控制所述灯罩10的重心位置。所述连接部12内开设一贯通的容置腔121,所述连接部12与所述把手20枢接。
如图2所示,所述把手20为一内空的壳体状结构,其包括一内表面23及一外表面24。所述把手20的内部沿所述把手20的径向固定一柱状的固定杆21,且所述固定杆21上套设一弹性元件22,所述弹性元件22用于当所述灯罩10由运动状态变成静止状态时,使所述灯罩10可慢慢由倾斜状态恢复至竖直状态。如图3所示,所述弹性元件22容置在所述容置腔121中,所述弹性元件22包括相对的第一端部22a及第二端部22b。且所述第一端部22a固定于所述把手20的内表面23上,所述第二端部22b容置在所述灯罩10的容置空间112中。当所述火炬1静止时,所述第二端部22b与所述灯罩10的内壁113不接触。当所述火炬1运动时,所述把手20的第二端部22b抵持在所述灯罩10的内壁113。当所述火炬1静止下来时,所述弹性元件22利用其本身的弹性使所述灯罩10慢慢恢复竖直状态。在本实施方式中,所述弹性元件22为一扭簧。可以理解,所述开关137也可设置在所述把手20的外表面24上。
如图5所示,所述火炬1的工作过程如下,使用者将所述开关137闭合,并用一亮度达到所述光感应元件135内存储的预定亮度值的光源去靠近所述灯罩10,所述光感应元件135将光信号转变成电信号,整个电路被导通,所述灯泡134就会被点亮,此时火炬1即被点燃。当使用者拿着所述火炬1加速奔跑的时候,这时所述线坠14由于惯性会保持原来的竖直状态,并会向后偏移一些,使所述灯罩10的重心向后偏移,从而使所述灯罩10在重力作用下向后倾斜。当使用者拿着所述火炬1减速前进时,由于惯性,线坠14会向前偏移,从而使所述灯罩10在重力作用下向前倾斜。当使用者停止跑动时,所述弹性元件22使所述灯罩10慢慢由倾斜状态恢复至竖直状态。整个过程与燃烧型的火炬的状态非常相似。
本发明的火炬,结构简单,而且与燃烧型火炬的形态非常相似,在风雨中使用时,火焰不会熄灭。同时因为不需要燃料进行燃烧,所以非常安全。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种火炬,其包括一灯罩及一把手,所述灯罩包括一中空的本体及一沿所述本体向外延伸的连接部,所述本体内部固定一承载板,所述承载板上固定一灯泡及一电池,所述灯泡通过一开关与所述电池相电连接,所述连接部与所述把手活动连接,所述连接部内开设一贯通的容置腔,一弹性元件容置在所述容置腔中,且所述弹性元件的一端固定于所述把手的内表面上,另一端容置在所述灯罩的内部,当所述灯罩处于竖直状态时,所述把手的另一端部与所述灯罩的内壁不接触,当所述灯罩倾斜时,所述弹性元件的另一端部抵持在所述灯罩的内壁。
2.如权利要求1所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述灯泡与一光感应元件,一电池及一开关相串联,所述光感应元件内存储一预定亮度值,当所述光感应元件感测到有一个亮度达到该预定亮度值的光源靠近所述灯泡时,所述光感应元件将光信号变成电信号,此时若所述开关为闭合的状态,整个电路导通,所述灯泡就会被点亮。
3.如权利要求1所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述承载板上还固定一线坠,用于控制所述灯罩的重心位置。
4.如权利要求1所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述把手为一内空的壳体状结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述把手枢接,所述把手的内部沿其径向固定一柱状的固定杆,所述弹性元件套设在所述固定杆上。
6.如权利要求1所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述灯泡为一发光二极管。
7.如权利要求1所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为一扭簧。
8.如权利要求2所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述灯罩的本体包括一外壁,所述开关设置在所述外壁上。
9.如权利要求2所述的火炬,其特征在于,所述把手包括一外表面,所述开关设置在所述外表面上。
