Abstract
本发明公开了一种营养八珍汤,采用天然脱水冻干蔬菜粉制作,由下述重量配比的原料制成:中白萝卜1.0g-1.25g、胡萝卜1.0g-1.25g、白萝卜叶1.0g-1.25g、火山药1.1g-1.38g、香菇0.9g-1.12g、麦绿素1.0g-1.25g、木耳1.0g-1.25g、番茄素1.0g-1.25g。本发明营养食品中的各种原料来源于天然绿色植物蔬菜,各种原料组成搭配合理、营养丰富均衡、食用方便、容易吸收,具有明显的增强免疫力、通便排毒养颜、延防衰老的功效,适用于各类人群。

技术领域
发明涉及一种食品,具体说是一种营养八珍汤配方及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,对各种食品的要求也渐渐提高,且饮食结构也在不断的更换。而一方面,由于人们工作繁忙,经常无足够的时间去烹饪丰富的美食,因此越来越多的营养丰富的八珍汤问市,以满足人们生活饮食的需求。
目前,食品市场上出售的营养八珍汤有很多,如:豆奶粉、八宝粥、核桃粉、黑芝麻糊等等,上述营养八珍汤多经过烹制后加工而成,食品中的营养成份受到了损失,营养成份较为单一,不能满足人体均衡营养的需求。有的食品在加工制作过程中还添加了各式各样的添加剂:如防腐剂、色素、调味剂等等,食品失去自然的原滋原味,对人体的营养吸收及新陈代谢也带来一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种配方合理、不需烹制、食品具有多种营养成份、且长期食用对人体营养吸收均衡全面,能提高机体的抗病能力的营养八珍汤配方。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种营养八珍汤配方的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种营养八珍汤配方,采用天然脱水冻干蔬菜粉制作,由下述重量配比的原料制成:白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素配制而成,其中白萝卜1.0g-1.25g、胡萝卜1.0g-1.25g、白萝卜叶1.0g-1.25g、火山药1.1g-1.38g、香菇0.9g-1.12g、麦绿素1.0g-1.25g、木耳1.0g-1.25g、番茄素1.0g-1.25g。
由下述重量配比的原料制成:白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素配制而成,其中白萝卜1.15g-1.20g、胡萝卜1.15g-1.20g、白萝卜叶1.15g-1.20g、火山药1.2g-1.28g、香菇1.0g-1.05g、麦绿素1.15g-1.20g、木耳1.15g-1.20g、番茄素1.15g-1.20g。
一种营养八珍汤配方的制备工艺,将所述的各原料白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素按比例进行混合、杀菌、分装内包、外包即得。
采用上述方案后,本发明采用纯天然植物冻干脱水蔬菜为原料,其具体配方为:白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素配制而成,因此本发明的营养食品中的各种原料来源于天然绿色植物蔬菜,各种原料组成搭配合理、营养丰富均衡、食用方便、容易吸收,具有明显的增强免疫力、通便排毒养颜、延防衰老的功效,适用于各类人群。
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
具体实施方式
一种营养八珍汤配方,采用天然脱水冻干蔬菜粉制作,由下述重量配比的原料制成:白萝卜1.0g-1.25g、胡萝卜1.0g-1.25g、白萝卜叶1.0g-1.25g、火山药1.1g-1.38g、香菇0.9g-1.12g、麦绿素1.0g-1.25g、木耳1.0g-1.25g、番茄素1.0g-1.25g。

营养分析:
一、白萝卜:
白萝卜的营养成分列表(每100克中含)
白萝卜是一种常见的蔬菜,生食熟食均可,其味略带辛辣味。本草纲目称之为“蔬中最有利者”。白萝卜有如下功效:
1、消化方面:食积腹胀,消化不良,恶心呕吐,泛吐酸水,慢性痢疾,便秘,口腔溃疡。
2、呼吸方面咳嗽咳痰,最好切碎蜜煎细细嚼咽;咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、声音嘶哑、预防感冒。
3、泌尿系统方面各种泌尿系结石,排尿不畅,可用之切片蜜炙口服;各种浮肿,可用萝卜与浮小麦煎汤服用。
4、其他方面美容,可煮食;脚气病,煎汤外洗;解毒,解酒或煤气中毒,可用之,或叶煎汤饮汁;通利关节,可煮用。
5、白萝卜生吃可促进消化,除了助消化外,还有很强的消炎作用,而其辛辣的成分可促胃液分泌,调整胃肠机能。
当然,要提醒的是,白萝卜不适合脾胃虚弱者,如大便稀者,应减少使用,还有值得注意的是在服用参类滋补药时忌食本品,以免影响疗效。
二、胡萝卜
主要营养成份:每100克胡萝卜中,约含蛋白质0.6克,脂肪0.3克,糖类7.6~8.3克,铁0.6毫克,维生素A原(胡萝卜素)1.35~17.25毫克,维生素B10.02~0.04毫克,维生素B20.04~0.05毫克,维生素C12毫克,热量150.7千焦,另含果胶、淀粉、无机盐和多种氨基酸。各类品种中,尤以深橘红色胡萝卜素含量最高,各种胡萝卜所含能量在79.5干焦~1339.8千焦之间。胡萝卜有如下功效:
1、益肝明目:
胡萝卜含有大量胡萝卜素,这种胡萝卜素的分子结构相当于2个分子的维生素A,进入机体后,在肝脏及小肠粘膜内经过酶的作用,其中50%变成维生素A,有补肝明目的作用,可治疗夜盲症;
2、利膈宽肠:
胡萝卜含有植物纤维,吸水性强,在肠道中体积容易膨胀,是肠道中的“充盈物质”,可加强肠道的蠕动,从而利膈宽肠,通便防癌;
3、健脾除疳:
维生素A是骨骼正常生长发育的必需物质,有助于细胞增殖与生长,是机体生长的要素,对促进婴幼儿的生长发育具有重要意义;
4、增强免疫功能:
胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,有助于增强机体的免疫轼能,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用。胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高机体免疫机制,间接消灭癌细胞;
5、降糖降脂:
胡萝卜还含有降糖物质,是糖尿病人的良好食品,其所含的某些成分,如懈皮素、山标酚能增加冠状动脉血流量,降低血脂,促进肾上腺素的合成,还有降压,强心作用,是高血压、冠心病患者的食疗佳品。胡美国科学家研究证实:每天吃两根胡萝卜,可使血中胆固醇降低10%~20%;每天吃三根胡萝卜,有助于预防心脏疾病和肿瘤。
三、白萝卜叶
白萝卜叶子里富含的营养都比同量绿叶菜大出很多倍。它的含铁量是同等菠菜的3倍。它的VC是柠檬的10倍,一般的蔬菜是不容易取代的。白萝卜叶,含有丰富的β胡萝卜素、蛋白质、糖类、矿物质、铁、钙、磷及维生素B群、维生素C等。维生素A(β胡萝卜素)有助于强化免疫机能作用;维生素B1素有消除疲劳的作用;磷、镁、硒可以提升肌肉强度;维生素D、B群具有强化肾脏、肝脏之功效,能提高人体机体免疫力。
四、火山药
火山药(牛蒡)富含菊糖、纤维素、蛋白质、钙、磷、铁等人体所需的多种维生素及矿物质,其中胡萝卜素含量比胡萝卜高150倍,蛋白质和钙的含量也很高。火山药还含有人体必需的各种氨基酸,且具有特殊药理作用的氨基酸含量高,如具有健脑作用的天门冬氨酸占总氨基酸的25%~28%。此外,火山药的果实火山药子,俗称“牛蒡子”,是一种常用的中药,有疏散风热、宣肺透疹、解毒利咽之功效,可用于感冒发热、咽喉肿痛、咳嗽痰多、麻疹、风疹、痈肿疮毒等病症。
火山药起源于中国,是中国古代普通百姓药食两用的蔬菜。中国明代的李时珍称其“剪苗沟淘为蔬,取根煮曝为脯,应益其人”,中国明代著名药学专著《本草纲目》中称之“通十二经脉,除五脏恶气”。火山药传入日本后,被大规模改良种植并进行深入研究。日本现代医学认为火山药(牛蒡)有以下功用:
1、清肠通便
火山药的膳食纤维可以促进大肠蠕动,帮助排便,减少毒素、废物在体内积存,有预防和治疗便秘的功能。
2、降血压火山药根中所含有的火山药甙能使血管扩张、血压下降。
3、抗菌火山药中含有抗菌成分,可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌及真菌的生长。
4、降血糖火山药中含有菊糖,其提取物在动物实验中能显著而持久地降低血糖,提高机体对糖类的耐受量。
5、抗肿瘤火山药苦素具有抗癌作用,能抑制癌细胞中磷酸果糖激酶的活性。
五、香菇
香菇,含有蛋白质、维生素B群、维生素D1等多种营养2物质和矿物质,其中磷、钾、镁、铜、锌、硒的含量居五种蔬菜之首。香菇腺嘌呤可降低胆固醇,对高血压、心脑血管病、糖尿病、肝硬化等疾病康复有较好的辅助功能;香菇中的多糖中调节人体免疫功能的催化剂,能有效提高机体免疫力和抗肿瘤的作用。
六、麦芽糊精
麦芽糊精含有大量的多糖类,另外还含有钙、铁等对人体有益的微量元素及矿物质,并能促进人体正常的物质代谢。被广泛应用于饮料、冷冻食品、糖果、麦片、乳制品、保健品等行业,还可应用于纺织、日化、医药生产中。具有甜度低,溶解性好,不易吸潮,稳定性好,难以变质的特性。易消化、低热、低甜度等特点。
七、麦绿素
麦绿素具有保健作用,过改善细胞营养、修复损伤细胞,清除体内自由基,抗疲劳,抗氧化,调节血脂。能抗衰老、调解酸碱平衡、抗炎症、抗溃疡、修复细胞、解毒。
八、黑木耳
黑木耳营养极为丰富,含有大量的碳水化合物、蛋白质、铁、钙、磷、胡萝卜素、维生素等营养物质,每100克中含钙375毫克,相当于鲫鱼的7倍;含铁185毫克,相当于鲫鱼的70倍。黑木耳还有多种药用价值,是一种珍贵的药材。木耳性甘平,主治益气不饥等,有补气益智,润肺补脑,活血止血之功效;润肺理气、降血脂、催化结石、抗辐射、清肠胃、减肥。
九、番茄素
所述的番茄素抗氧化、消除增生和炎症、抑制突变、降低核酸损伤、防癌抗衰、预防骨质疏松。
实施例一:
一种营养八珍汤配方,采用天然脱水冻干蔬菜粉制作,由下述重量配比的原料制成:白萝卜为1.0g、胡萝卜1.0g、白萝卜叶1.0g、火山药1.1g、香菇0.9g、麦绿素1.0g、木耳1.0g、番茄素1.0g。此配方中白萝卜其维生素C含量高,是梨和苹果的十倍;并且含有消化酵素和其他酵素,可以促进人体消化液的分泌,调整机体功能,促进新陈代谢,并且,萝卜所含有的杀菌素对某些细菌和病毒源有较强的杀伤作用,有助于消化,预防骨质疏松,同时有很强的解毒作用。
实施例二:
本发明配制实施时,可取白萝卜1.125g、胡萝卜1.125g、白萝卜叶1.125g、火山药1.24g、香菇1.01g、麦绿素1.125g、黑木耳素1.125g、番茄素1.125g,经过加工后制成颗粒状食品,包装成袋后可以随时食用,食用方便,适用于各种人群。
实施例三:
本发明上述配方,还可取其中白萝卜1.25g、胡萝卜1.25g、白萝卜叶1.25g、火山药1.38g、香菇1.12g、麦绿素1.25g、木耳素1.25g、番茄素1.25g。采用上述配方配制成的营养八珍汤,营养含量高,可满足人们日常生活饮食的营养需求。
本发明可以加工制成粉状的营养八珍汤,具体工艺如下:
一种营养八珍汤配方的制备工艺:粉剂的制备方法:将所述的各原料白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素按比例进行混合、杀菌、分装内包、外包即得。

1.一种营养八珍汤,采用天然脱水冻干蔬菜粉制作,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料制成:白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素配制而成,其中白萝卜1.0g-1.25g、胡萝卜1.0g-1.25g、白萝卜叶1.0g-1.25g、火山药1.1g-1.38g、香菇0.9g-1.12g、麦绿素1.0g-1.25g、木耳1.0g-1.25g、番茄素1.0g-1.25g。
2.一种营养八珍汤,采用天然脱水冻干蔬菜粉制作,其特征在于:由下述重量配比的原料制成:白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素配制而成,其中白萝卜1.15g-1.20g、胡萝卜1.15g-1.20g、白萝卜叶1.15g-1.20g、火山药1.2g-1.28g、香菇1.0g-1.05g、麦绿素1.15g-1.20g、木耳1.15g-1.20g、番茄素1.15g-1.20g。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述营养八珍汤的制备工艺,其特征在于:将所述的各原料白萝卜、胡萝卜、白萝卜叶、火山药、香菇、麦绿素、木耳、番茄素按比例进行混合、杀菌、分装内包、外包即得。
